"The Company had to shut down its production late in the fourth quarter of 2013 due to severe cold weather that caused damage to condensers and other components of our processors."

Which was a bald faced lie. The weather was normally cold in December 2013.

The flagship machine 'blew the F up' when they pumped a mixture water and cutting oil into the 400C rotating gas fired kiln. The pressure rose dramatically and uncontrollably until the safety diaphragm ruptured, filling the factory space with hydrocarbon gasses and steam.

The water probably got into the system because they had previously run afoul with the DEC over their handling of barrels of heat transfer fluid (used cutting oil). They cleaned up the spills with a wet-vac, and pumped the stuff into their HTF holding tanks.

When the Flagship blew up, it was taken off-line, and then probably never restarted. It's not surprising residual water in the cooling condensers froze in December 2013.
