I'm sure they want their money back.
Maybe 20 Iroquois Ave and 1776 Allanport Road have already changed hands. The Air Facility, Petroleum Bulk Storage and Solid Waste permits were set up to be transferred to someone back in January. Aspin? Brain? Which one gets the rusted gas/oil tank farm in Thorold?
Heddle is never getting back his money, but I've always felt he didn't really want it back. Maybe the source of those funds came from early TRTN/JBII dealings.
Maybe his job was to keep everything locked down until things 'blew over'. I think Rauber and the BoogeyMan were going to blow the whistle on the whole scheme. (Blow the whistle as in: $10/bbl was a big fib; it never will make money)
I'm getting the feeling things have blown over. Heddle probably feels he has bigger fish to fry, and bigger rusting hulks to de-scale.
Next up: the move to Pink Stop sign on OTCmarkets.
