PTOI renewing the solid waste permit

They last renewed it 5 years ago, in 2014, after the processor blew the F up, and PTOI was already basically a shell corp.

5 years later, with no business activity, they're renewing again.

Maybe Mr. Brain will take heart, and 'lend' Heddle some more cash to keep the charade going.

If they didn't renew the waste permit, they'd incur the costs of cleaning up all the leftover plastic and petcoke and worthless 'naphtha' from the site.

Cheaper to keep the charade going.
