You can't be serious. I dumped this
stock a couple years ago after holding
a few years while in dormancy always
holding out hope. I have gotten screwed
royally on a couple of these that recover.

Maybe any dormant one you have you should
always keep it as long as it shows it's
trading or listed.

I am going to talk to the man himself soon

and get the scuttlebutt on what he sees happening
with the company and the share price say through
2014.

This dilution is ridiculous and he has got to get
this resolved for the shareholders if he is to
maintain any credibility downt the road for new
investors.

No longer is there money to be made (by most)
due to the copious amount of dilution..the
share price is going no where.

Anyone who wishes to make money on this, and
a lot of it, will be the ones who stick this
out for years >>>> like maybe even another
ten years. By that time Mr. Wiley likely will
have sold the company.

The way in which he went about growing this
company, (one man show, his own way, methodically)
never lended to a frog-march to success on our
part, with the exception of a yearly blip in the
pps for some decent profit taking.

There are always, at least for years, going to be
buses and day care vans et al and the more states
that get with the program, and it WILL HAPPEN,
there will be a change in share price to more than
a worthless penny stock.

I see no reverse split happening for a variety of
reasons.

Got to just realize, this is LONG, like very Long.

DAL now @ $13.89, but had good news
doday, and premarket bid/ask is holding
strong @ $14.00 We could see a 52 week
high by EOW.....

Yeah, he has been boasting that the last few years,
each time saying "10 years ago"

The fact is, and I verified this through the mouth
of the CEO himself, so either it is truth or he is
lying, the reverse split did indeed occur, but before
the IPO

In otherwords, he adjusted the share price by performing
the r/s before any of us could trade the stock.

Now, what I say is look at the bloody history of this
the last 10 years or so. No reverse splits.

You and I both know these pink sheets, most of them,
the fake onces, like R_D_, go through numerous r.s
so they can generate more money to line their pocket-
books....is the only way they can survive.....

but a real company, albeit in the dungeon of despair
like many other small business, and ones that have
put their name on the stock market, it can take years
and years, and years.

If this guy was some douche bag who did not give a
rats arse, we would be gone, or, like R_D_ instead
of 14 million shares I am now left with 2 beautiful
shares.

The man is not going to do a reverse split until he
gets this to at least a few cents a share or I suppose
possibly prior to selling the company, I don't know,
this is just my opinion there, but the proof is in the
puddin.

Hey, this one am actually in the black, and kept some
for greatness to be achieved. Let's hope and pray
God will provide for all, and for this man who has
worked hard to achieve his vision.

makes it attractive for swing trading.
Just a couple days ago, 75 cent range
in one day. Daily DAL is volatile, and
so long as it is bullish snippets here
and there or staying long hard to go
wrong here.

Target right now is $19.00/share

I paid the ultimate price last year and got out
on 52cents/share. Never thought it would got back
to over a dollar, but at some point my 5000 shares
are going to be worthless. Anyone tells me otherwise
gets a flat nose. lol...just kidding.

Still, AMR was good to me for a year and a half, and
is just down the street. They'll be back.

this. Check out the even daily spread on this
and you can see you can make minumum of a 2%
gain almost daily.

I pretty much have disowned "long term" under
the current president. Sorry, not to put all
the blame on him, but too much uncertainly with
the economy, so smaller gains x frequency to me
is the way to go.

Hey, took some nice profits on Delta (DAL) yesterday
In at $12.95 out at $13.30. It actually hit $13.65
and had I not been out of town and able to lift my
limit order.....oh well, do not want to get greedy,
was still at 2.4% gain.

Wow...my old nemisis goes up 366% today

Has been a bit tempting the last couple
years and every time, regardless of potential
pay off, the answer comes back: "Don't do it"

It takes a heart.
It takes a lack of heart to take.

In any event, I am proud of the 2 shares I still
have, with, thankfully, now gives me a total equity
of $0.00.

14 million shares to 2 shares. Yum Yum.

This is slightly down from the $20,000 I once had.

Let me be clear: I assumed the risk. No matter how
unscrupulous a CEO or anyone in charge of others money
in this type system, there is no room for blame-shifting.

There is room for cathersis, and to be pissed off some-
times. Thankfully, and past that here, and came by to
wish anyone well for taking profits.

I could have here, about a 90% gain, and chose to get
greedy. That was my downfall.

Now, swing trading is where it is at, smaller gains x
frequency, safer, more exhilarating, less chance at
large losses, though they still exist.

Penny stocks, with few exceptions, are not for me, and
were almost my downfall.

This CEO remembers me----we talked numerous times, and
he is a charming man. Not sure where his heart is, but
he has stressors just like the rest of us, and knows he
can't take it with him. Here is to living each day for
Eternities sake.

How can I forget it--------------I still have
it, and have a whopping 2 shares, a little less
than the 14 million shares I once had. Many thanks
Mr. Berman....do I have his last name right, has
been a while.

Still, no matter what the company and/or CEO stand
for, I could have pulled the trigger and doubled my
investment, but like a greedy fool, I held, and paid
the price because I believed the guy. I take full
responsibility for my actions. However, imo there is
some complicity on the part of many of these CEO's of
pink sheet penny stocks.

I can't remember ChannelTrader...may take some more
thought. Sorry.

Changed my whole philosophy in stock trading to swing
trading solid big board stocks, though I f-ed up royally
last year with AMR, but if one is meant to be here, the
saying is "Don't Quit."

Success is Failure turned inside out
How many people have failed before they
succeeded. It's done by hard work and
due diligence, not complaining and contant
blame-shifting.

This continues to be a great stock to
swing trade, so long as one can take
losses, which has been my achilles heel,

but just did again and will continue
with this share price, 1-3 day spread
in the share price, makes it an attractive
play imo.

I think after all the buying because of
the Virgin deal this is going to come back
some; there are two gaps in the high 10's
this is going to fill at some point before
it continues its upward ways.

Sure, he is in trouble, but surviving, and so
long as he is making progress, which he is, albeit
slow, especially for those holding a lot of shares,
I am quite satisfied the man is building this company.

His major problem is he comes from an old school that
does not accept help, and he's just done just that.

Some day, the KiddieAlert will be sold in many more
states. Those who held shares will be glad.

I always wish you the best, you and family. I tried
contact a while back with no response. Not sure if
that was intended or not, but I still hope you are
doing well. I have never wavered from what 3 of us
said a couple years ago, and it holds true to me today

Penny Stocks. The Birds. :(

Penny Stocks = Assumption of Risk

Have been through the XKEM. RSDS's
and EMOC's and learned hard lessons
on penny stocks early on, and it is
a tough pill to swallow.

I still have shares here and at least
I have some hope this is real and
there is still a vision that will some
day come to fruition. As we have seen,
it takes years.

One can make money along the way but
millions?? I want to believe, but anyone
saying that needs to be slapped on the
side of the head, even if we are responsible
for our own decisions.

strings, which I don't subscribe too, these
penny stocks are a waiting game.

I still believe in ATWT mostly because
it is still here, is a real company, and
the man has not affected a R/S when he

This one will have it's spikes here and
there, but will never get where it wants
to be until this product and more are
at a multi-state level.

If they stay healthty I think they

have a shot at competing for the title, but they
lost their #1 running back to God knows what problem
this time. Luckily they have a stable of powerful
running backs--still, a pretty significant loss.

I think first year in Big 12 their record, including
non-conference, will be about 9-4 and get them in a
good bowl. This is worst case scenario. Best is
maybe 13-0, but their last 5 games are brutal, and
their last two are Texas and Oklahoma.
