Sure, he is in trouble, but surviving, and so
long as he is making progress, which he is, albeit
slow, especially for those holding a lot of shares,
I am quite satisfied the man is building this company.

His major problem is he comes from an old school that
does not accept help, and he's just done just that.

Some day, the KiddieAlert will be sold in many more
states. Those who held shares will be glad.

I always wish you the best, you and family. I tried
contact a while back with no response. Not sure if
that was intended or not, but I still hope you are
doing well. I have never wavered from what 3 of us
said a couple years ago, and it holds true to me today
so long you feel the same.

Mr. Wiley, keep up the good fight sir.
