Yeah, he has been boasting that the last few years,
each time saying "10 years ago"

The fact is, and I verified this through the mouth
of the CEO himself, so either it is truth or he is
lying, the reverse split did indeed occur, but before
the IPO

In otherwords, he adjusted the share price by performing
the r/s before any of us could trade the stock.

Now, what I say is look at the bloody history of this
the last 10 years or so. No reverse splits.

You and I both know these pink sheets, most of them,
the fake onces, like R_D_, go through numerous r.s
so they can generate more money to line their pocket-
books....is the only way they can survive.....

but a real company, albeit in the dungeon of despair
like many other small business, and ones that have
put their name on the stock market, it can take years
and years, and years.

If this guy was some douche bag who did not give a
rats arse, we would be gone, or, like R_D_ instead
of 14 million shares I am now left with 2 beautiful
shares.

The man is not going to do a reverse split until he
gets this to at least a few cents a share or I suppose
possibly prior to selling the company, I don't know,
this is just my opinion there, but the proof is in the
puddin.

Hey, this one am actually in the black, and kept some
for greatness to be achieved. Let's hope and pray
God will provide for all, and for this man who has
worked hard to achieve his vision.
