Morning All, Another Day another Dollar. It’s Sunny Friday and 80 deg. All the storms to the North good weekend for a road trip in the Van. Don’t expect much action today so I guess I’ll leave out early after noon. Luck to All, Today.
Why in the world would anyone “wants this to drag out endlessly” as you stated, it would serve no purpose. You make no sense with your statement.
I didn’t see anywhere that anything said that SEC rejected the first offering, I’m pretty sure Bishop made the change himself for some reason. In searching through article’s (using Google’s search) on Form type 1-A, I was curious and wanted to know what all Form type 1-A was about. That’s when I read that it typically takes that long. Please don’t ask which article, it was back when the Form first came out and was only reading about Form type 1-A for my own information not to be positing about it at the time. I often just try to read up on things that are new to me to get a better understanding of them.
That's funny, NNRX hasn't even been around that long. Give it a rest for a while, will you.
There is a small change of 77,859,250 shares added for the month of July that shows in the 8/13 share count, the purpose of which is anyone’s guess. Salaries, purchase of something, retainer for bulk materials, or rental of farm/fields/warehouse, down payment on a crop this fall, who knows. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Depending on when the shares were added it could represent any where between 70 to 150 thousand dollars in value. I can already imagine what poster on this board will say and that’s none of the above.
If anyone out there knows for sure please correct my understand of this offering: The way I take it is that; After the offering is approved in 4 to 5 months by the SEC, the offering price of .00015 can change. Either because the existing share price at the time being higher than to offering price or by Bishop making a direct change in the offering price, it could also be bid up to a higher price when shares go on the market for sale. Also, Bishop has the right to extend the offering time period past one year or stop selling shares in the offering at any time during the sale of shares.
Hoping they hang onto the remaining unused 3+ billion shares in reserve. Share count hopefully should not increase until SEC approves the revised form a-1, which could take as long as 4 to 5 months.
!!!! I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE EOY REPORT !!!! There’s all most 450 million on the Bid and only 22 million on the Ask and very little action. It appears all the shorts and squeamish traders have sold out with a few exceptions. Everyone else is in holding pattern till the EOY comes out, then watch out, one way or another we are going to see a big move up or down and very quickly. Looking at the Bid side of the Level II; I would say NNRX appears to be a good gamble, at least that’s what the numbers are saying. 450 million bid, the RSI and Williams both are saying oversold also accumulation is through the roof.
Morning All, another day another dollar! I hope, don't look good on the Dow
I have an idea, every one that is disheartened with NNRX sell there their shares, there’s seems to be plenty of buyers out there to by them. Oh, I though no one wanted to own NNRX wonder where the buyers are coming from. They must be more disgruntled traders that like to have something to cry about, NOT. Last Thursday everyone couldn’t wait for the EOY report to come out. Do you really think SEC would allow the filing of the offerings if they were scams? I’m sure that they were gone over by SEC before they were listed. Who knows maybe the original plan with the .015 offering has had a counter offer of a better agreement by another company, there’s a reason for the change to a 10 billion share offer and SEC seems satisfied with it.
But, OTCs only reason left for stating it is a Shell Risk is that NNRX is not stating any income, which is one of OTC's definitions of a shell risk all the other reasons have been satisfied. The main use of a real shell company is to pass through phony transaction of a monetary value. NNRX has showed no income producing transaction in the past couple of years, which reduces this risk though it is still there.
I stand corrected, YOU ARE RIGHT. Ihorchu has come out with so many negative comments that, I misread this one expecting the worst from him as in the past. This time he made a true statement.
If someone said; he carries a gun he could be a murderer, does that make him a murderer.
Just some numbers as I understand them: as of April 2021’ NNRX had a cash deficit of over 12 million dollars on the books. That is equal to roughly (-0.0012) per share based on 10 billion shares. When and if the SEC approves the additional 10 billion shares for NNRX (bringing the total to 20billion shares) and assuming at the time of sale of these shares the market value per share is at .0015 per share that will bring in a positive amount of cash of approximately of +15 million dollars. The total share count for the company will be 20 billion shares. The 15 million minus the (-12million of deficit) will equate to a positive cash balance of 3 million or a positive (+.00015) per share and NO debt on the books. All this is based on numbers form last April 2021’. What has taken place with cash flow form last April to end of July will affect the above number of course; any positive cash accumulation from April till the end of July will only improve the positive (+.00015) per share value. Also, this is assuming that at the time of sale of the additional shares the market value per share is only .0015, (Note: it could take OTC 4 to 5 months to approve the sale of the additional 10 billion shares) by Dec of this year the market value per share could be well above the current value depending what the EOY Q report looks like. To my way of thinking this makes NNRX a very good speculation stock going forward and worth the risk I have take in it to date.
It there is someone out there with a better understanding of stock values and accounting, please fill free to correct my numbers, I am only a layman at working on books for the small company that I own.
Wrong, OTC would not give it a Pink rating if it were officially listed as a Shell Company.
Guess this tropical storm is driving all the slugs out of the ferns into the open, lot of chatter going on that don't mean a thing.
hang in there, it will be back up.
never happen
why are you still here then and a admim to boot, move on to greener pastures.
Couldn't resist any longer, had to buy some more at .0007, just to dam tempting.
Well it looks like the trading is thinning out and the 11+s look like the near bottom. It’s getting close to the time for the swing traders on this board to quit talking down NNRX and Bishop and buy back in. Can’t wait for the bottom, this board is beginning to sound like a week night at the local bar. You know, the bar hounds bitching about there bad marriages that they won’t get out of because then they wouldn’t have anything to bitch about.
Don’t take this the wrong way but after reading back through your post and the timing of them I am beginning to suspect you are not long time long, just a day trader playing the swings and trying to help them along with your post, same go for Nebuchadnezzar who appears to be a little more aggressive. There’s nothing wrong with day trading and playing the swings I do it myself, I just try not to make misleading post. I also like to play the long game and buy and hold like I'm doing with NNRX.
FOR THE RECORD: Are you sure you don’t mean 3 days and not 50, NNRX started getting range bound between 11 and 13 on the 10th of this month (not 11 to 12) its only to 12th now. In the last 30 days NNRX has reach its second highest level since the middle of March of 2019. WE DON'T WHAT TO BE MISLEADING ANY NEW COMERS DO WE
Restating what we all know for any newbie’s here: As I see it, it appears for the month of July we have set up new resistance points, lower: is .0011 and the upper is: .0018. My own view is that we break through the upper resistance point by the end of the month. Looking at the overall chart for this year we are consistently reaching higher lows each month. And with the exception of mid May when we reached .0031 for a close the upper resistance seems to be .0018. My reasoning for breaking through .0018 is that we will be getting very close to the end of the year Q report coming out and the anticipation of it saying something good will help us break through. Of course if we get some good news or a filing between now and the end of the month, watch out above.
There was an old picture of him standing in front of a large Hemp field last year, if you look at his profile in the picture, notice the chin and throat area it matches the profile on the right side of the leaf.
Don't remember if I mentioned this before, but has anyone else notice that on the new logo leaf the right side is Bishops profile. there's an old picture around somewhere of Bishop standing by Hemp field look at his profile.
Morning All, another day another dollar (or more) we all hope.
Have owned shares since it merged with Buka, my original shares were Buka shares, have been trading shares of NNRX all along when I reached 20m put it aside and been just trading the swings now.
Hope it makes a $1 before 2033’, I’ll be long dead by then bushing 80 now.
!!!AGREEDED!!!! TrueNorth your right on.
I think you are over estimate your value as a stockholder. YES, stockholders help a company to grow as an investor. The MAIN reason a stock holder invest in a company is purely selfish, they want to make money for themselves. Without the company coming first there would be nothing to invest in, hence the investor works on a principle of greed. The CEO also has self-interest in making money for himself as well, but he also has another reason its called pride. When a CEO does well, he takes pride in his accomplishments and the company, always striving to improve the company for both monetary and prideful reasons. The Company existed before there were share holders; a company grows by producing a product of some sort that is useful to society. If what they produce is not useful the company will fail on its own. A company and shareholders have a sort of a love-hate relationship, when things go well everyone is in love with the company, when not everyone hates the company. The difference is a shareholder can move on if he is dissatisfied when the company is doing poorly, the Company must just endure and keep trying to succeed. At present Bishop is all things to the company; Owner, president, CEO, etc…, as well as an investor in the company. Bishop will keep trying to make money for the company and I as a greedy investor will go along for the ride.
Morning, guess should say Afternoon, looks like another low volume churning day at hand so far. Think I'll take a little trip to a State Forrest and watch the trees grow while sitting in the shade with a cold one. The way I see things developing with NNRX so far this year makes me feel at ease. Might do a bit of fishing, this evening.
The first obligation on any CEO is to the company, what any individual share holder thinks in immaterial. What is good for the company will ultimately be good for the shareholders. Any CEO that bends to the will of what the shareholders want is not worth his salt and should not be a CEO. Bishop is gong to do what is best for the company, you can bet they he has more than just the preferred shares in the company. He has kept it going for a long time and he likes money as much as we do. As for those 1.3 billion shares in the offering @.015, to me that appears to be a prediction into the future value of the company. The SEC can take over 4 months or more to approve the sale of those shares and Bishop knows that, that is most likely why the price is where it is at. MMs and short traders make there living off of the weak traders/weak hands, that sale into roomers and unfavorable posting done mostly by the short traders, also don't be surprised if the mms are not doing some of the posting themselves.
Weak hands are getting out and smart ones buying, must making shorts very happy today. Lot of good buys went off at .0012 is my take for today.
Weak hands are getting out and smart ones Buying, must make you very happy.
Which means there is a lot of confidence that the stock will not be down come Monday morning.
Turn the Cold Water Tap Off, its Friday very few traders buy into the weekend. What’s GOOD to see is the day was just low volume churning, No Big Selling into the weekend either, That’s A Good Sign.
You’re saying that the little trader only makes up a small number of the trades that take place on OTC and they can’t even find stocks to trade? Enough said on the subject. Back to NNRX: I can under stand the pull back today; there was a lot of stock bought on the speculation of going pink. When NNRX went pink and there was no big move up they moved on. The real move up will only come with positive news, either in the end of year report or a very good PR. When NNRX start showing income again, that’s when we’ll start the real move up IMHO, that's going to take place sooner than later.
I was referring to the majority of the trades on OTC, You had said OTC had not seen such large volumes of trading: “there is far too much volume trading in the OTC daily to be just retail traders the OTC has never seen volume like it has in 2021” and “my guess is that 3-5 trillion shares have traded in the OTC so far in 2021”. The large volume of trades is what my statement was referring too, the trillions of OTC trades you were talking about. OTC trading is mostly made up of the smaller retail traders, granted there are large block traders on OTC as well, we are talking about number of trades not the size of them, there are far more trades of 2,000,000+ or less than there are 25,000,000+ block trades. P.S. over two billion people got those 1,300 dollars payouts, which is a small portion of the total payout given. 1% of just 2 billion people (which are less than the number of people that received the $1,300) that received the money are equal to 26 billion dollars. I can’t even imagine what 1% of the total payouts would amount to and they are still ongoing.
That’s your tax dollars at work, when you give out free money Wiley Nelly to every one; those that don’t need it spend it. The difference is a lot of people have money they never expected and are looking to get rich quick and pis*ing it away instead of paying bills. Its human nature always looking for the easy way.
