The first obligation on any CEO is to the company, what any individual share holder thinks in immaterial. What is good for the company will ultimately be good for the shareholders. Any CEO that bends to the will of what the shareholders want is not worth his salt and should not be a CEO. Bishop is gong to do what is best for the company, you can bet they he has more than just the preferred shares in the company. He has kept it going for a long time and he likes money as much as we do. As for those 1.3 billion shares in the offering @.015, to me that appears to be a prediction into the future value of the company. The SEC can take over 4 months or more to approve the sale of those shares and Bishop knows that, that is most likely why the price is where it is at. MMs and short traders make there living off of the weak traders/weak hands, that sale into roomers and unfavorable posting done mostly by the short traders, also don't be surprised if the mms are not doing some of the posting themselves.
