Looks like nothing we didn’t already know about. Just so so, ho mum.
April's Q report is out, haven't read it yet
It’s seems that there might be a little misunderstanding on what the YIELD sign infers. It is not the Big Bad Boogieman that some seem to think. NNRX back in July of 2018’ file a form for “Rule 12g-4(a)(1)” which limited there liability to file reports under rule “Section 15(d)”, this is the reason for the yield sign, try hovering your mouse on top of the Yield sign for its definition. Yes, NNRX is way late on the filing date (nothing new there), but it is still in compliance with SEC regulations and that is the reason there is only a “Yield sign” and not a “Stop sign”. Dwelling over the yield sign is a waist of time and over need of worry. Until the third quarter report comes out followed by the end of year, stop worrying, NNRX has been around for quite some time. As for resolving the court case, there is no hurry there either with the trial hearing being pushed off for a year.
I, like the Fisherman have put this on the back burner and following other pursuits, while Enjoying Life (it’s short in the scheme of things) with out dwelling on just this one thing. There has been nothing put out there that is fact that tells me that NNRX or “The Plant” are not functioning and viable companies, till then I will remain positive on NNRX as well as "The Plant" and will keep the “positive vibes” going.
I’m thinking most have set phone alerts for NNRX and just doing other things till some news comes out. I stick my head in here because I have too much time on my hands. Been sitting still here in Florida for too long going to have to get on the road again if only for short trips, cold front coming through the area going to take advantage of it. Stay strong and have fun playing your other stocks.
Misterfishman hope your doing well and staying strong on NNRX, I’ve stopped traveling for a while and am back down in Florida. Will be taking short outing from here for a while before going back North in late Oct… I’m waiting for this heat wave to break before doing much more outings.
All though Record Sales is a good thing, it doesn’t always equate to record profits. In the case of “The Plant” it does not cover there overall expenses and who knows how much debt the “The Plant” had on the books that NNRX inherited when they purchased “The Plant”. NNRX would not have been able to purchase “The Plant” in the first place if it was making money for its owners, the existing owners bailed out of owning the company because they could not make a profit with it, that’s why Bishop was able to get it so cheep. Bishop is turning the company around which is evident by the increase in sales. It’s going to take time. Not seeing much increase outstanding shares since December of 2022’ to me is a good sign that “The Plant” is covering most of the expenses and liabilities of “The Plant” and NNRX. Also is most likely why the previous owners who could not make a go of “The Plant” want it back now. Bishop/NNRX has made significant improvements to the plant which is absorbing the plant’s revenues it appears. This is NOT an overnight play on OTC but it’s is moving in the right direction. The 60 billion shares are for use as capital if needed and as leverage for future purchases/acquisitions, which I’m hoping Bishop is spending most of his time on and letting Bazegian oversee the plant’s daily operations.
Only the future will tell the outcome of NNRX and my money is betting it’s going to be a bright one.
Let’s back track a bit here and clear up a couple of things. The 60,000,000,000 shares took place in September of 2021’ for which 50,000,000,000 shares of were for working capital and to repay current debt. Back then Bishop was working on new investment which brought forth the purchase of “The Plant” which Bishop must have been working on before it was revealed to the public in January of 2022’
There was no merger, Bishop bought the plant outright and “The Plant’s” holdings as well, which included a few other small companies as listed on NNRX’s web site. There is NO partnership or Merger with “The Plant” Bishop owns it.
Getting ready for a long road trip to Fl. trailer and then who know where, depending if this heat front breaks. The old van is full, wondering if I can find room to add hip boots or get away with knee boots to take with me to read this sites BS, would rather see old charts posted than this BS.
To each his own, think of your well being first, if this stock is causing you more unrest than it’s worth.
You say: “this stock had so much apparent potential”, I say it still has so much potential. I have seen nothing that says this stock is going to implode and self-destruct, what I see is this was a one man company that is now a two man company. NNRX now has Five other companies that it owns as well, a few years back it own none. Yes it is going further in debt year over year, but it is also growing at the same time. It may not be growing as fast as we would like but after it’s restructuring in 2021’ it had nothing. As for the debt there’s a saying; “it takes money to make money”, if you don’t have any cash you borrow it or sale off part of your company as stock to raise money.
There were a lot of investors looking to make a quick buck with NNRX, which rarely happens with a Sub-Penny stock unless you are in and out in the same day and that doesn’t work more than 50% of the time if you’re not an accomplished day trader. I though it was quick money play at first also, and like you made a little a while back with it, now it’s a long term play as I see it, and like you will continue to hold my shares and keep investing in other stocks.
P.S. As far as long term play, who knows it could be as soon as the next Q report or as far out as never. I'm keeping my positive thoughts, I sleep better looking at the bright side of life, not dwelling on the down sides.
P.S.S excuse my highlights and annotations it's a bad habit I got into when I was a Construction Superintendent making out reports and kind of like it in my old age, keeps the brain sharp.
I’m curious is there any one on this board that actually knows what “The Plant’s” finances are and what there sales have been since the beginning of February? Does anyone know what NNRX’s finances are and what there sales have been since the beginning of February? Does anyone know what “The Plant’s” sales staff has been and is now working on? Does anyone know what NNRX is working on since the time he had acquired “The Plant”? I guessing that NO is the answer to the above, unless there are some true mind readers out there. NNRX has stated in a SEC filing that they will are on limited information in the past which is still in effect, the IHub’s “Pink Limited Information” sign confirms that NNRX is still giving out limited information. It appears that the court case isn’t as strong as it is being made out to be, since it’s being put off till 2025’. Bishop owns NNRX outright, no board members or share holders have the voting rights to boot him out, the same goes for the other companies NNRX owns. If you want to complain about something complain about Senate not passing laws to allow interstate sales of cannabis market and not taking cannabis off the illicit drug list, AS WAS PROMIST BY THIS ADDMINASTRATION! NNRX will not change hands till someone buys Bishop’s company “NNRX” outright. Or there is a merger (not a reverse merger) and then Bishop may be out which is not a given. If on the very outside chance that the court in 2025’ would reverse the sale of The Plant to NNRX it would go back to being a private company and not be listed on any exchange, we own NNRX’s stock not “The Plant” (The Plant has no stock it’s just a company)!
Thanks, very informative. It looks like you have an active PACER account now with the amount of dates you have supplied. Very Good DD!!!
Thanks for the update; as I said I hadn’t heard any news since the Judge rejected the request that the plant be taken out of NNRX’s hands a while back. If you get any further updates on this case please post them. Your post is the first update that I’ve seen posted for a while.
We all have choices; some hold because they still like the stock while others hold because they overbought the stock and can not afford to sell. The first rule in buying a Sub-Penny Stock is not to invest monies you can’t afford to loose. Sup-penny stocks are always a very big gamble, I learned my lesson the hard way with a stock called Sonus Networks many years ago. Myself I still like this stock and look forward to it succeeding in the future.
You know I been catching up on all the post since I got back last Friday from short trip to North East Pa., and there is something I can’t quite get my grips around. Besides the tone of all the posts being seamlessly very negative, I can only see a few things that have really changed with NNRX since the beginning of NNRX’s calendar year.
1) Three Officers of "The Plant" quit be for Bishop could fire them for not performing as outlined in there contract.
2) A tenuous law suit filed by the same three Officers, which the Judge refused to hear and seems to have gone nowhere.
3) No new PR’s since April 27, which is not unusual for NNRX in the least. They have started posting only things that they are sure has happened.
4) They got current on their quarterly reporting on June 1st.
5) Updated January's report on June 12th, and there April 30th report was due second week in June which makes them three weeks+ behind again, not the first time they've been behind and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last.
6) "The Plant"’s (not NNRX) second quarter revenues have increase by $200,000+ over there first quarter, that’s roughly a 50% increase over the first quarter’s report.
7) "The Plant"'s Gross Profit (Loss) has decreased by about $250,000 from the first quarter loss.
8) Dept has increased from the beginning of the calendar year, The Plant is still a work in progress, though revenues have increased, expenses still out stride revenue thought this seems to be improving.
9) Outstanding Share Count had not increased from Dec 22’ through May 23’.
10) June’s share count went up 50 mil for which; as of now we do not know the reason for. Everyone seems to have forgotten that the reason for the 50 Billion increase in total shares allowed, was for the purchase of The Plant and it’s improvements and operating expenses till it was self sustaining. Bishop appears to have been very frugal as to how he has been putting those additional shares on the open market, Instead of diluting share count further he has preferred borrowing.
Myself I still like NNRX and will continue holding my shares without complaining every day. Though the post due give me something to read on the board, with out them board would be silent.
P.S. If anyone has herd anything new on the briefs that were suppose to have been written up in regards to the Judge's rejection of the suite, please post. It seams that everything has has died, I haven't heard anything new.
Not much of a socialite almost deaf was a feeder on a 50 cal in Nam in 67’ when I wasn’t working on stat mats for landing pads for HAL3. Back then there wasn’t much ear protection and working in heavy construction all my life didn’t help much either.
Well OTC’s in the process of updating there site, wonder what tomorrow will bring?
Just keeping a little hope alive. Keeping up the positive vibes can never hurt, besides all the negative vibes here lately are way to common and repetitive which is getting boring.
Well someone thanks it’s worth a gamble, single 10,000,000 share buy showing on the trades. That or someone knows something we don’t for the near future.
You’ve got to have faith in something before you can have a Miracle!
Have to correct my last post was doing it on cell phone while driving, (i have voice typing on phone) didn’t scroll down on phone while looking at the trades screen. Well stopped driving for the day, sitting at a boat ramp in a state park just north of Palmerton, Pa. on the Lehigh River going to see if I can get away spending the night here. I see now there were some trades by the M&M’s in the five decimal places earlier. It’s about 3:30 now and trades look good, M&M’s traded for about an hour then looks like one buy trade at 11:05 for 15 mill. Looking to see what the close looks like. P.S. Fisherman so far I am having fun camping in the old van, though today's ran was a bomber. Never thanked you for your good wishes on by travels.
Has anyone taken note of the trade activity so far today, 14+mil and no M&M five decimal trades yet. Looks good for a change, guessing it may be because the end of the third quarter report is coming due here shortly. Just guessing there may be some new speculation going on, time will tell.
Bishop was running this company as a one horse show till Geoff came into the picture, now it’s a two horse show. Remember NNRX is the company, not “The Plant” which has its own management for which NNRX keeps an eye on. The management of NNRX hasn’t been great, I would however call it fair, this is a relatively new legalized industry and I doubt if Bishop has had any experience in it. Bishop is a business man getting into a new industry market, he has fail several times in the past with this company because of inexperience in this market, but he is learning the ropes and making more contacts along the way. I’m still betting on NNRX to come through in the end, when ever that happens.
There is still some value in the shares, and on the plus side there is more up side potential from here than down side from here.
Funny, I don’t remember some one coming to my door asking for money. I remember a few years back the Government relaxing the regulations on cannabis and thought to my self here is a new market to invest in. It looks like NNRX is a vitamin company that is going to try and get in on the cannabis market. I bought additional shares when this change in there market strategy took place to cannabis came about; there vitamin company had too much competition to make any real money. I though well I’ll try taking a ride on there coat tails and see if I can make some money off of them, I’m too lazy to start my own company, I’ll let them do the work for me. I have some extra funds that are just lying around getting very little interest, here’s a GAMBLE to make some real money think I’ll take a chance.
1.2 million for a home isn’t that much anymore for a home in the area he lives in. As for his salary it’s not that much either for owning a company. I retired as a construction superintendent working for another company 10 years ago and was making six figures. Power to him, wish him all the best and makes the company into a billion dollar company in the future. I,ll go along for the ride no mater where it take me, that's why I invested in this SUB-penny stock in the first place.
The reason one owns a company is to make money, I don’t blame them for making money. The reason a person invest in a company is hoping that the company will make enough money that they will profit also, give it time.
The big reason the stock is worthless (not my opinion) is because they are not making a profit yet, penny stocks are a gamble hoping they will perform in the FUTURE.
“could have something to do with a shady management team who dumps a billion shares into the bid for sh!ts and giggles on any given day”
I see you still don’t get it. No increase in share count since the end of Oct. 2022 till this past month which was only 50 million for which we don’t know what it is being used for. Things are changing with NNRX, not going to happen over night could take another year or even next month no one knows.
Not saying it’s anyone’s fault, if it’s so easy to make a profit with a company, why doesn’t everyone do it? All it takes is PO #, a little cash to get started, a Pay Pal account and an EBay account (which is free); see how long it takes to grow the company.
From I Hub’s page on Financials for NNRX (The Plant). Looks like The Plant’s Revenues have improved over the last three years, not showing a profit yet but have improved year over year.
7/31/2022 7/31/2021 7/31/2020
Revenues $2,846,000 $1,756 ,000 $0
Cost of Revenue -3,052,000 -2,705,000 -1,000
========= ========= =====
Gross Profit -$(205,000) (-948,000) $0
If some on this board hate NNRX and Bishop so much why are they all still here spouting there BS. Just Wandering, they say they can’t afford to get out, yet instead of helping promote NNRX so they can recoup what they have invested they put the company down and chase away future investors who want to take a chance??????
New share count is out; 50 million shares added something is going on in the background.
Not so small, shows how unjustifiable the law suite filing was. The part that’s a shame is that so many here turned on NNRX and "The Plant" because of some X employees that resigned before they were fired for not performing. It’s a shame that it will be settled out of court just to save having to go through the expense of it, that money comes out of the company, Bishop should file counter suite for deformation.
What I would like to see happen by the (end of year, fourth quarter) report is all of the disgruntled employees of “The Plant” completely out of the picture and Bishop/NNRX move on with new projects and companies added to NNRX. That is what will make this stock start moving again. The Plant’s sales have increased over the past two quarters and I think all the major expenses to the plant have been done. Can’t wait to see what the End of the Year report looks like, till then I’m going to enjoy the summer and do some traveling down south away from all the smoke in the North East after the 4th of July is over. Will still be keeping an eye on what’s going on here, still expecting good things with this stock.
The change is on page 40 or 42, “Litigation” a second paragraph was added. It appears the main point in the amended report is quote: “The preceding application for Temporary Restraining Order and Appointment of a Receiver was denied by the Court and ordered the plaintiffs and defendants to serve and file briefs regarding the matters with the Court.” It appears to me that the plaintiff’s were trying to pull a fast one and not let Bishop Respond to there complaint with the use of an Ex Parte Application which was denied by the Court.
THE ADDED CHANGE:
"On April 21, 2023, Mattie Cooper (former President of The Plant), Sherratt Reicher (former Senior Vice President of Business
Development of the Plant), Clayton Wiedemann (former Vice President of Operations of the Plant, and other natural persons and legal
entities (“the Parties”). filed a complaint for recission of merger in United States District Court for Central District of California (“the
Court”). Subsequently the Parties filed an Ex Parte Application for a Temporary Restraining Order, Appointment of a Receiver, and
Order to Show Cause Why Preliminary Injunction Should not be issued. The preceding application for Temporary Restraining Order
and Appointment of a Receiver was denied by the Court and ordered the plaintiffs and defendants to serve and file briefs regarding the
matters with the Court."
The Company has retained legal counsel and is in settlement negotiations with the parties, and believes that an agreement will be
reached by July 31, 2023 (fiscal year end).
One wonders if there isn’t something new in the wind. NNRX forms a new partnership for additional financing then goes form being 3 Q Reports behind to up to date and current on reporting. Just saying, why go through all the effort to get current in a short period, if something isn’t sitting in the wings waiting for the right moment to be brought forward at the right time. Just saying!!!!
One can never tell with penny stocks, at least there was no new bad news to speak of. Being back to current may be enough to wake up a few for a little action here, guess we shall see. It’s starting to warm up again here in the North East, going to pack a few thing and head for the woods for some peace and quite, don’t know if I will have any internet or not.
Glancing through report there appears to be NO earth shattering new events to speak of. Just a little increase in cannabis sales as well as increase in dept to go along with it. Guess we will have to wait again till next Q Report comes out or we get some PR’s… Going to take a few trips to take mind off of this stock for a while.
January’s quarterly report is out for 2023’, haven’t read it yet hoping for some good news though.
NNRX does not run the companies, they own them, each company has there own officers and business plans. NNRX business profile now is basically a holding company, buying companies in distress with potential and supplying finance and support for said companies to make them profitable which in turn will make NNRX profitable in the future.
This is what is shown for NNRX on OTC’s website as to what NNRX does:
Products and Services:
NutraNomics is focused on empowering our partner companies and subsidiaries with critical investment funding and vertical integration resources, in their efforts to excel in areas of organic plant-based nutritional science, innovation and production.
Reading something very interesting, starting on page 32 and ending at the second paragraph on page 35, it talks about notes issued by DHS 10 not NNRX (“the Company” as stated in definitions for this Q report). It appears a lot of these notes were for “Cash” received by DHS 10, there is even a note issued to one of the previous owners of the plant while he still owned “The Plant” a “Mr. Doron”. Mr. Doron received some repayments against the note by DHS 10 for which he sold to a third party for "Cash".
All should read that part of the report very carefully; it seems to be showing that the daily working of the plant were done by DHS 10 and NOT by NNRX/Bishop. Those dealings are the ones that are in default at present. Hum, just saying, looks a little funky on DHS 10’s part doesn’t it? Also, guessing that in the daily working of The Plant DHS 10 should have been paying the rent out of the receivables of the plant, or some of the Notes it issued, as well and not Bishop as has been stated in a round about way.
Sheds a different light on things a little doesn’t it. Doesn’t appear that the resigned officers of The Plant may not be as squeaky clean as they make them selves out to be.
Just saying and reading between the lines at present. I don’t think the Law Suit going to be as simple as it appears and I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if Bislhop files a counter law suit of it's own at all.
