Lol.....oh my god, I despise you...lol. I've seen some like that ...and are actually real. They had little stubs inside though. But come on...lol....
I knew it! ....I typed that in the search bar and got this:

When Janice gives me a link for shopping....I know better. Maybe this one isn't crazy...but she is ornery as hell...lol. And when I say "ornery"...it's the Southern definition. There's a big difference...lol
Yes and no. The legal reefer game is a shite' show. Money laundering is heavy and so is the black market coming off of excess inventory. If I were a bank, I would certainly want a buffer beyond any newly instated law. I would also want that as a trusted dispensary. So, profit margin may decrease and the banks would retain(gain on) the company's margin loss, but volume should increase.
If said act would pass, taxes would increase. Remember, when the Government enacts something...it usually fks' it up.
My old flat had an apple orchard up over the hill. When they cut the trees back, I would grab me a ton of Apple. So similar to oak..burns hot and slow..excellent!
I used to use salt when ever I was in a hurry. Just smash it ..slip off the skin and chop all on top of the salt. There's just something about using a parring knife and a very thin slice. The thinner the better.
Pellet grill? That's for a tourist. A Webber owner always gets a pass. Just oak man....plenty of that around. It's free as well.
I am not opening up that link. I don't trust you. I am going up to get a few beers, bring them home and look at the asian market. I'll probably unwittingly open it up later after I lose some of my senses.
:)
No..no...no. First off, I don't need some garlic crusher called Gracula..lol. I only slice garlic...crushing it is like snapping pasta in half. I actually tend to make fun of friends that use those...same as gas grills(fn' heathens!)
:)
lol....you can be such an ass..lol. That's a compliment by the way.
They are not Pumas.
lol..."just looks cool". Hopefully you forgot how much it costs...you did say Hotel bar I believe...lol.
? ...lol. They received USD5 Million and future option and warrant money as an attachment to the equity. Not to mention Dror Ortho Design ltd, It's device and it's management.
I'm still trying to figure out the plastic mushroom that holds baking soda for a whopping $20.00 Lol.... https://www.target.com/p/arm-38-hammer-pure-baking-soda-1lb/-/A-15133726?ref=tgt_adv_xsf&AFID=google&CPNG=Bakery%2BDeli&adgroup=261-5
or https://www.amazon.com/OTOTO-Fun-Guy-Fridge-Deodorizer/dp/B09QD1ZC8T?ref_=ast_sto_dp plus baking soda....lol
oh my :)
Ok...and that still is not debt. Again, it's called equity. The shares were part of the merger and 5 Million dollar raise(equity). All to be adjusted via consolidation.
Why do you always pick on me with those shopping links...lol..lol. More importantly...how do you find them so often?...lol.
No...it's clearly equity. Debt is something that has to be paid back.
Interesting. I've read about that, but have never known anyone personally that had that fat issue. It's probably a good thing...I certainly don't dig edibles....they can be a little heavy.
Sounds horrible. That has hangover written all over it..lol. Kudos to you for attempting it though!
Yep...thankfully, that is not part of this scenario.
I never liked Costco...I get it..and it has crazy good deals...but I like the local spots. I would always get my friend to grab me some jarlsburg swiss cheese though. The price was just insane...lol.
For all you dudes out there....she is and always will be a keeper!....She kicks ass:
;) ....

I didn't know anything about that...lol.
Shares. That should come later though.
lol...that's a good one. If anyone wants to truly understand the industry...look no further than Northern Dynasty Minerals via Pebble. Studying the second largest mineral reserve in the world and the failures over two decades is the best possible education you will ever get. I mean, the State of Alaska is currently suing the EPA over it. And it has really nothing to do with the Company and everything to do with politics ..not to mention the fishing industry. Start circa early 2003(2005 was pay dirt)...and continue on for another 21 years...lol.
It just aint' easy to actually get going...no matter how legitimate and proven the resources are. Especially in the USA.
Yeah...if you are going to play it...that's a no go. Any sign of legitimacy is one that never strays and just solicits cash. Then you have to study the dilution and play the cycle. If you can find any that have a claim around large proven reserves held by others(large major etc).........you might have a shot :)
A decent junior knows when and where to stake and hold a claim. They really never get past the drilling samples though. If they actually do.....then comes the red tape if they get lucky. It will still be a bust though..and just drag on at best.
Well...that was kind of common. Just like the oil and gas gig. I've played a few shite' oil and gas ponies in the past. Same thing...lol.
Never mind, I found it ... https://web.archive.org/web/20100501000000*/https://westernsierramining.com/ That's certainly not what I remember though.
I didn't follow it that much. Where is the old website(western sierra mining co.)? From memory...it seemed really nice given the time period. That was the first sniff of stink.
That's an old one. I didn't even know they were still at it. Fn... Atkins...lol....the forever man. No more.
Yep....and what kind of service work is needed on a 2 year old vehicle.
Seems to be a trend. I actually saw Rivian in my neighborhood yesterday. I just read this today:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/bad-news-rivian-investors-131500612.html
Then I read this comment stating the art.' was biased:
One thing we may see is updated owner filings. As in, private sale. I am thinking primarily of that 501c..probably stretching there with private sale at this time...but you never know
Form 211 Filing on watch. and other..of course. Let's see what comes first.
I saw that. Let's see what transpires after this filing today ... 424B3 https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1282980/000121390024053390/ea0207922-424b3_drorortho.htm
Same reason.....and they were apparently desperate.
