The wording is...but the reality is not. What's laughable is that they waited 12 years to now address it. I don't think people realize that personal data et al has been being collected for decades. Way before the personal computer.
Where were they then..eh?
To follow up...this is a positive:
One of the Oregon coaches even got in a fight with another player from the other team
They are definitely gonna' go through some rough patches and are behind. The venues will definitely have issues in some areas. This was a good review for the pre season game @ Oregon(I believe):
https://www.reddit.com/r/arenafootball/comments/1c99sf9/my_first_arena_football_experience/
The roof of the arena was way too low. Anyone playing in Oregon is going to struggle with this. Only one kickoff didn't hit the roof and get called a touchback
No goal posts were put up. This meant they were always going for it on 4th down. The announcer said goalposts would be up during regular season, but once again the low roof will be a challenge for this.
The score boards were tiny, barely readable, and only showed the score. The entire audience had no clue how much time was on the clock, and you had to really pay attention to the chain gang to know what down it was.
Both team's uniforms were as basic as they get. No names, no logos, two tone coloring. Even the helmets were just a solid color. I felt like I was watching small town high school teams.
No real merchandise. There was one stand selling shirts and hats with very generic fonts on them with the team name, once again no logos.
Very bare field. No logos, or colored end zones.
Refs, players, anouncer, and coaches seemed to all be confused about the rules which of course made the fans confused. At one point a kickoff went out of bounds, and after much deliberation the other team got 2 points for it. The announcer had no idea what happened. Additionally, the coaches for both teams were on the field with the players, standing a bit behind them calling out instructions. One of the Oregon coaches even got in a fight with another player from the other team.
No way....lol....always just the worst of worst.
so I'd blame the local headline writer.
I'm kind of surprised they wrote that. I didn't read what the Company's independent "what ever" wrote though...lol. ....so probably speaking too soon ..
OH....by the way .... I love this song ...
Yeah...Roy didn't need any pedals. With regards to Eddie...way before...and also:
Nowadays, although he says he doesn’t listen to that many people, Buchanan still has his fave guitarists. “I’d say probably Eddie Van Halen. And I like the guy who played with the Stray Cats, Brian Setzer. And Ray Gomez–he backed up Stanley Clarke for a lot of years.”
Stevie..eh?. I'll see that and raise you Roy Buchanon:
AFL already not paying their bills...and one team got kicked out due to the AFL not paying rent or presenting proof of insurance.
Gene Thibodeaux, Attorney and Spokesperson for ASM, offers the following statement on behalf of ASM:
ASM is an internationally recognized company with a long track record of success in the management of arenas and event centers around the world. Working with the City of Lake Charles, ASM did everything in its power to make the inaugural season for the Louisiana Voodoo a reality for Lake Charles. The AFL signed and agreed to lease terms that required the team to provide lease payments, insurance certificates, and other functions in connection with their use of Lake Charles Event Center. Ultimately, the Arena Football League (AFL) did not pay their rent, nor did they provide a certificate of insurance as outlined in the executed contract, leading to the contract’s termination. The City and ASM would have been irresponsible in protecting the taxpayers’ best interest had they allowed the team to host any games at the Lake Charles Event Center without paying rent or providing a certificate of insurance.
Regarding other...yes. It just needs to be adjusted in their jurisdiction first...and can remain "as is" via FINRA until it needs to be revised/raised/consolidated.
I caught that later.
A lot of great news on all fronts. Much healthier currently...
Is something happening market related or am I just being faked out currently with futures? It's nothing too crazy yet...maybe I'm just a little stoned..lol.

I don't think I will ever be able to cheer on the Rangers...the only team I have some respect for are the Capitals...mostly due to pity:
I'm convinced that there will be an essentially non existent labor market @ 20 years from this date. They're all being replaced by machines.
ooops...she got arrested last year
https://stjohnsfl.mugshots.zone/methvin-crystal-june-mugshot-01-19-2023/
Looks like she's still smoking or possibly "chasing the dragon".
Yep....and so it goes
Depending on the situation...she(attorney) can file a post-conviction relief..and have it dropped to a misdemeanor. That's the last chance after a plea deal failure or first offense "no go".
That was 6 years ago....maybe look for soem follow up..eh?..lol.
Yes....she did. She could have changed her name or simply quit smoking meth in the parking lot..lol. You know damn well that everyone she knew called her by her shortened name..lol. I.e..."Fuck...here comes Crystal Meth again....hide the pipe" ...lol
sorry fr the appropriate language.
I'll see that and raise you:

Yep :) ... luckily they raised the initial cash/merger prior to this.

Bigger news! ... divi' is coming. I am taking that as a plus with regards to Steward.
Yep...wondering that as well.
I forgot about that one ... https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/biotech-ceo-pleads-guilty-covid-19-securities-fraud-scheme
The cat is 70 years old. What the hell is wrong with him...
ps I just read he got 7 years
What in hell is that PDF nonsense. Who is "we" (We represent a number of concerned shareholders of Decision Diagnostics Corp) ? One of the best parts.... using the definition of "perfect" in order to further your case...be it point.
I have had a headache for three days...and that didn't help.
NO..can't be that obvious. Oh wait.... :)
You mean the one that hasn't paid a dividend since April of 2020... ;)
Oh no...I don't worry about it. I'm really just sick and tired of all the bull shit and try my best to ignore it...lol. Sometimes I just can't ..and need to exhale :)
Funny you mentioned that. I was saying the same damn thing to my neighbor last week.
Yep. Just so tired of everything.... so perpetually stupid.
Can't wait to check futures tomorrow evening. F' sake...it just doesn't stop. Thankfully we have an election to look forward to. Wait...oh shit....
On a more important note:
https://www.mlb.com/news/pirates-paul-skenes-career-high-strikeouts-triple-a
Skenes came back for the fourth inning, the first time he has done so this season, where he only needed one pitch to record his final out. In total, he threw 55 pitches, 36 for strikes, while hitting 100 mph on the radar gun 15 times.
Skenes hasn’t given up a run through three appearances at Triple-A, accumulating 19 strikeouts, allowing just four hits with only two walks issued.
It's what the SEC was trying to avoid....and they put up a valid legal effort(stalling the process). I have little doubt that the SEC will have to get involved at some time down the road. The election cycle makes it more dicey for DJT...and I already smell it :)
Who knows though...
? You narcissistic ass hat. Look in the mirror for fucks' sake. Pointing out the obvious or having an opinion does not make you a screwball. Being narcissistic is considered a mental deficiency though...AKA screwball.

And...I never said that..did I? Attaching a moral relevancy to a whistle blower or short report writer/seller is absurd though. They don't do it to correct a wrong doing...they do it for fat cash.
I replied to this:
Activist investors are trying to correct a wrong with a company they invest in or follow
They could care less about "correcting a wrong" ...if they just wanted to do that...they wouldn't be putting money down on it. They only care about profit...and the more attention they get...the more they profit. I am just calling it as it is.
The DOJ is in place to correct any wrong doings:

Fuzzy Panda piggy backed off that...and well played.
You all get so called "whistle blowers" and these so called short reports way wrong. They don't give a shit about correcting a wrong doing. They are in it for the cash...ONLY. And no...I don't like them...same goes for analysts.
Lest I forget about our best buddy....Jim Kramer et al. But that's another story :)
Exactly. They are even worse:

It has nothing to do with them being short and everything to do with the word "activist". Activist investors are full of shite'..quite frankly...all activists are full of shite'. The Company is in Insurance....of course it's dicey. They all are.
I don't care which side of the trade it is....a write up on hindsight is nothing more than exploitation. The same as a write up on foresight. They are both pitch pieces. That's all.
It's called exploitation.
