I don't think so.... Not sure....but from my interpitation you can NOT short a stock in any way this exchange.
Maybe I read wrong too....
My only original worry was they dump the a/s there ...but like I said ......I think they might end up 6 feet under due to their own products side effect....raging investors who will take it out on them.
From a Professional view I think I have a legit theory "theory"....
This exchange like the A/S increase was a back-up plan to them saying we know we can make the next step....problem is back order! And if you claim you have a back order for 25% of your gross....
2 things happening:
A. You don't have cash on hand and are waiting for check to arrive from previous order so they can pay supplier to make next batch....that losing income and possibly reputation for filling clients needs. Good problem to have ....if there is an answer? That is fiscally responsible?(imagine a 90 produce to sold days, but a 60 day get paid date?) therefore they are not using any financing and are simply believing they can make this go by being cash flow positive and balancing books.
B. similar to above, but they are confident in their big picture and are preferring to use minimal investors as they do not want to give uP more of their company....they are being picky about the terms and whom they are going to bed with! At this point they believe it is adventagous to move our pps for the short term....how much $ changed hands recently compared to pump in April? What date did q2 start? How much volume April 1,2,3??
I think taking $50k fro investors to keep our financing "in-house" could be worth it
One other thing that makes me feel safe:
Can you imagine if these guys tried to f their investors here even further after all the recent pr's of buyback, new bod, 4million ebita by end of year????
Dude their selling drugs that get people pumped up...well these people will only end up pumped up to kick some exec a$$.....man would that be the day....the mslp execs get their a$$ beat by their own investors..I'd pay to watch that fight...should even get us some publicity!
Ok..cause I've been checking every day. And it has been showing changes in price in correlation with ours.
I'm not worried about it at all at this point....they can't sell share to make the pps go down if they don't own any.....they will have to buy before they can sell
IMO of course....
Euc, I don't see any volume....on my iPhone right now....did you see a opening date or something
Thanks, While I have your time for a moment (I know you don't post much...anymore atleast)....do you know if or if NOT the following is true?
If warrants are exercised when PPS is higher, which results in the derivatives books loss, is this also considered a short from a trading point of view?
Could MSLP essentially short these shares as a hedge??? Is this legal? It would seem smart to me?
I appreciate any info regarding this...thanks for your time
Oldengray, you think something is interesting that HDSN started the day with a .096 ask on otcbb.com before coming back down to .016??
I also asked what brokerage you use and if you can see accurate view of L2???? I'd appreciate a reply to this.
It could be a feed issue...or a feed issue on purpose so somebody can play/manipulate the stock.
Normal NO.....happened before yes.
I already made a call to Etrade...and talked to somebody with less knowledge than I (which is rare- as I said I am NOT the most experienced trader)....and I had to walk him through the whole thing so he would understand my concern.
At first he said that all MM were routing through 1 MM, and I asked why is the quote different on different feeds, etc....
He eventually came back on the line...didn't sound to happy himself with the explanation he was told to give me???
I might have to make a "real" call
anybody getting accurate L2 quote? If so, whats your borkerage?
U think its that simple? Everybody just routing through HDSN because of lack of trading??
Is your brokerage showing you the same thing? or a more accurate view of L2?
What broker you use?
Which broker you use?
Not sure what to think? I do know the this happens from time to time...sometimes its Etrade, sometimes Scott Trade...and the stock always trades weird on days like this because not everybody can see the same thing?
Last time there was a build up to the run....all MM were on display on the Etrade Pro, yet if you viewed quote within the normal site....somebody had a bid at .02....so it was MMs holding it back for a day...or the lack of visual meant lost trading...
I'm NOT a very experienced trader so I wouldn't know??
Whats your thoughts? your borker, you getting an accurate feed?
dont you find it interesting that it is happening today?
Anybody here getting a more accurate L2 view?
Me too..but then I went to OTCbb.com and saw LII and HDSN who records an order on it everyday....recently it's always a bid around .01 and a sell around .016.
But today HDSN showed a bid .01 and ask of .096!
Just checked again and now its changed to what we see now .005 and .016?
something weird
anybody know why only 1 market maker today?
Can't blame hamham though.....how else would you hedge your bet against your stock option at .50??? With a short....and it seems to working well for him.....he'd prefer it to stay here forever
LOL...you responded to that....I've asked for your input before on real issues and can't get a response to what was acutally asked,,,,then you come along and take the time to reply to that post.LOL
Naked shorts covering.....same thing as yesteday and few days last week....????
I Know some executive from somewhere too....and he says the management is doing a great job
It could be naked shorts covering to save their butts....
I tried to push thee pps and what ever I did nonexistent shares showed up at my limit price....
Other had same issue a few days last week.....naked covering.....
I'm new to trading in chart "stuff" but this looks like boom!
Naked shorter is worried....if someone unexpectedly pulps this now....they are in trouble!!!but somebody gave them shares just NOT to pump!
Are we ready? Think about it......
Why the Facebook jet picture.....why the negativity?????
Maybe they were celebrating what they can't(prefer to wait) to tell the public (remember pr's aren't for us; they are for the public and future investors .....without those shares are worthless because nobody would be there to buy!)
I look at the jet picture as look at us now!!!
Oh...and look at warrant details-price based on final 3 or 10 "depending" days prior to end of q?? Where did vfin, vert, vndm go today??
Thats the only way to get shares today atleast....can't buy without it going up??
I just bought 25K more with a .014 limit. It went through at 10k, 10k, 5k,....somebody really doesn't want this going up right now?????
Nite basically just added shares so it wouldn't move even though I had my order at .014...he just added more shares for me at .0139???
So did I...but what is with tradeing today...yesterday it was the best part....
There are NO MM's and there are almost NO shares available.....
Great day a MP...I will agree.
I am curious though if their products being substance banned free gives them any leverage when it comes to marketing cost??
on same page as you....already checked....looks like NO....still no volume
There is only 7 MMs. Instead of the usual 12 to 15 or more.
There also is NO VFIN,VDMN,or VERT.....
It just isn't normal at all
where's all the Market Makers?
something is going on..........
Politics vs. cash
Would mp get a better rate to advertise because they are the future regulation(banned substance free)?
Or would money play a bigger part and comPanies say "it's for sale, most cash wins"?
I'd be curious if mp gains leverage with the banned free substance when it comes to advertising??
If I were a distilributor or gym or retail I would love to have some good products that I can say " atlesst its banned substance free"
You should go....of course I'm biased as I married one, but great place all around....
Most mind-blowing thing for me was much more diverse they are....I always thought the US was the most culturally diverse country because all the immigrants,,,but ther are atlesst a generation ahead of us....it's crazy....
You go to a restaurant and you'll see a black guy, a white guy, an Asian, a brown guy....all siting at the same table speaking with the same accent and rhythm....it's a noticeable thing if your well traveled....never have seen anything like it anywhere
Good people too, value their time, and life, and definitely know how to eat and party
Which means supplement store.
I am still waiting for some info from there.....so far I just know its the second most popular in physical locations and the price is extremely high; comparatively that is....
When I have concrete info I will share
Hamham, why do think....do you think it has to do with the .04% institutional investor?
The 1 million plus shares with options at .50 that are exempt from dilution?
With that alone the hold a 6% stake with only .04% shares....
Would they have hedged their bet with a massive short...an now it is them that are greedy?
Best part of today was the trading....
1. Someone tried to play flip....and still no major selling(sending the message that retail longs will take a shake up, but not a shake down)
2. Somebody wants shares at any price under .015....they bought a million on a 20% change up (meaning they don't care about anything under .015 or thats the only way to get them)
I expect major bashing coming soon......
Dakota, we see eye to eye on this one....not that is really relevant or good or bad....just is.
I wouldn't be surprised thats is where a major portion of the miscalculation of q1 revenues went....they probably wanted to calculate sales of bb as their own, when in reality it is bb selling for them....and the cost to bb should be recorded as revenue....
not what I am referring to....follow the thread
I'm pretty sure Turok is correct on this...that its' paid placement.
It's similar to adwords - those small ads on the top or side when you do a search.
Remember people...the internet is a major marketing tool on every level and the best way to maximize profits is to sell placement.
This is my only driving force/marketing behind my company other than word of mouth....I can place my ads on google if I want or other sites that use adsense.
BB.com is essentialy the google of supplements: the #1 seller of supplements, most used, etc....
Also there is no problem with pay for placement if its done well....some sites will even let you decide what hours of the day to pay for better placement, or for that matter...certain days of the month.
Didn't see anywhere that said....no expiration...just wondering if existed??
Here is what I was trying to understand better:
The Company has the following common stock equivalents at March 31, 2012 and
2011 respectively:
2012 2011
Stock options (exercise price - $0.50/share) 1,617,500 2,767,500
Warrants (exercise price $0.002- $1.50/share) 72,096,327 16,310,000
Convertible debt (exercise price $0.002- $0.02/share) 2,100,000 46,504,410
Total common stock equivalents 75,813,827 65,581,910
In the above table, some of the outstanding instruments from 2012 and 2011
contains ratchet provisions that would cause variability in the exercise price
TurokMan, you mentioned an explanation to deaf yesterday....I was wondering if you noticed if some of the warrants never had an expiration date? At 1.00 or .50?
Even though it's only a million shares or so....couldn't this actually be a heavier burden than we think? Especially if they are infinite in time? Meaning they will always be valued at $1million cash until they have been sold? That in itself is almost 6% of companies current market cap.......and at the same time only .001% of the O/S??
I'm learning too...have you tried looking from this angle?
Excellent job and point....way to go to source....sometimes it's easier to disprove something than prove it.
With that being said I can see both sides...however the relevance for me is a time issue....if he is short lived will you think mp is not a good stock? It's an effort to mainstream and I they gotbBryce for a few appearance cheap it's still better than multimillion dollar endorsement...remember they have sales, but sales limited to only a few sources.......of course I could be wrong....and he remain with mp for a year with 4-6 prs

Bryce Harper part of new BOD for MP?
What will we think I this?
We all know we didn't sign to a multimillion dollar endorsement deal??
