Politics vs. cash

Would mp get a better rate to advertise because they are the future regulation(banned substance free)?
Or would money play a bigger part and comPanies say "it's for sale, most cash wins"?

I'd be curious if mp gains leverage with the banned free substance when it comes to advertising??

If I were a distilributor or gym or retail I would love to have some good products that I can say " atlesst its banned substance free"
