I don't think so.... Not sure....but from my interpitation you can NOT short a stock in any way this exchange.

Maybe I read wrong too....

My only original worry was they dump the a/s there ...but like I said ......I think they might end up 6 feet under due to their own products side effect....raging investors who will take it out on them.

From a Professional view I think I have a legit theory "theory"....

This exchange like the A/S increase was a back-up plan to them saying we know we can make the next step....problem is back order! And if you claim you have a back order for 25% of your gross....
2 things happening:
A. You don't have cash on hand and are waiting for check to arrive from previous order so they can pay supplier to make next batch....that losing income and possibly reputation for filling clients needs. Good problem to have ....if there is an answer? That is fiscally responsible?(imagine a 90 produce to sold days, but a 60 day get paid date?) therefore they are not using any financing and are simply believing they can make this go by being cash flow positive and balancing books.

B. similar to above, but they are confident in their big picture and are preferring to use minimal investors as they do not want to give uP more of their company....they are being picky about the terms and whom they are going to bed with! At this point they believe it is adventagous to move our pps for the short term....how much $ changed hands recently compared to pump in April? What date did q2 start? How much volume April 1,2,3??
I think taking $50k fro investors to keep our financing "in-house" could be worth it
