Thanks, While I have your time for a moment (I know you don't post much...anymore atleast)....do you know if or if NOT the following is true?

If warrants are exercised when PPS is higher, which results in the derivatives books loss, is this also considered a short from a trading point of view?

Could MSLP essentially short these shares as a hedge??? Is this legal? It would seem smart to me?
