Re: SDGL
"Looks/smells/acts like a GVPB to me!"
'man4apenny,' thanks again for bringing it to our attention. I've read again this last night:
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060420/20060420005888.html?.v=1
and I have to agree with you: it looks like all the ingreadients are there for a serious jump in the PPS. Also went through the recent news, the recent 10-K SEC filling (OS = 133M, no dilution during the last Q), and everything looks good, IMO.
Sitting near the bottom despite their best financial situation ever, especially after that strong forward looking Q1 and 2006 fnancial statements as per above, you got to like the graph here:

This, and especially the $15MM contract negociating news, should (finally) start moving this sleeper on Monday, IMO.

You foolish folks (the ones that sold me more shares @ 0.021 today), you still don't get it, do you? This company has a great potential, and at this price, it's a Buy (and keep), not a sell.
This is, of course, JIMHO. You do whatever you feel like. It's your money after all.
PS: I didn't want to post this earlier, so as not to influence the price (which, BTW, I don't believe I or anyone else posting here could). When its time will come, the price will take care of itself.
Mike
The foolish folks selling me @ 0.013 today will come to regret it soon, IMO.
Enough said,

U.S. pump prices keep rising, with the average price of a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline at $2.855, up 3 cents from a day earlier and more than 60 cents higher than a year ago, according to AAA's daily fuel gauge report.
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/060421/oil_prices.html?.v=13
The experts are still predicting even higher oil prices ahead due to world events and the upcoming summer driving season.
Bad news for all of us, can be good news for the holders of CKEI, and other renewable oil related stocks.

Re: ADTR
Bones, thanks for the info. I didn't do yet my own in deapth DD on it. Questions:
1. What it's the OS/float?
2. The R/S scare is for real. 99% of all companies that go for it (the R/S) do it so they can later on dump more shares. If that it's a given gfact, I would wait until after the R/S. Why are they going for it? Is it a requirement for them in order to complete the Fesco acquisition?
3. What do you know about this Fesco entity? If they are indeed producing that type of revenue/net revenue, why would they (or their shareholders) accept to be acquired by ADTR? Something seems fishy, don't you think?
Mike
Re: SDGL, good call "man4apenny." After yesterday's forward looking statements, this should grow some nice legs, IMO.
Mike
Thanks G&V. Will look @ TSTA & RGMI over the weekend. In the mean time does anyone here cares to check them out?
Mike
Re: ADTR, it looks good, yet going down? Bones, or anyone cares to find out why? Otherways, it does fits well our GVPB's description. I'll check on it over the weekend.

Thanks to whoomever brought it to us. That's exactly the type of a stock our GVPB MB should get into. By pure chance I bought some just about one hour before this great news. I expect good thinks from it.
Mike
Bones,
I didn't have yet time to do a good DD on CLSI. I'll look over the weekend at it, and also at ADTR, and will let you know.
Mike
Thanks "Big Pep," and now that you registered don't be a stranger.
Mike
This is poised to move up fast from here. Why? Cause I got in today, just 1 hour or so b4 the good news. Been watching it for a while though.
Good luck folks,
Mike
PS: you might wish to visit the GVPB MB:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5444
Bones1420,
1. Not sure about CLSI
2. DNDT, indeed this could be a good GVPB. Although semi's are down these days, and along with most other semi's the revenue of DNDT was going down lately, one can expect this to start turning around. And if it does, it will run fast, IMO. I have a Buy order @ 0.021, just in case. I'll add it to our watch list.
3. Were you the one that brought us SDGL? If so, I just bought a few shares here (only 80K for now, @ 0.0621). Now that I get a good enough incentive to do a better DD on it, I might buy more. As per one of my previous post, at the surface it looks very good, and most definitevely it belongs on our GVPB's list.
4. It looks like I was wrong about VFIN going down again. Hence, I cancelled my additional buy order there (I already have enough of those) so I might buy more SDGL, IGAI, and/or CKEI.
PS: Anyone has any other good GVPB candidate?
Mike
For our newbies friends: Sooner rather than later, good stocks (e.g. GDVI, VFIN), or good potential stocks (e.g., CKEI, PMED, and IGAI) always make their move. All you need is some PATIENCE!
Hope no one from here sold me yesterday:
120K GDVI @ 0.066
400K PMED @ < 0.01
250K CKEI @ 0.0205
Good buys, right now, IMO:
IGAI, with a P/S < 0.02, this is a good buy, IMO
VFIN, after the small move this week, it might go a bit lower. As always people that have no patience, and some of those that might have bought it recently at < 0.2 are selling. This is not a short-term, but for long-term people it's a good buy, IMO. FYI I just posted an additional Buy @ 0.185.
CKEI: FYI, I still have a large buy order @ 0.0205.
Other good buys, IMO: DLTK @ SDGL
Mike
Dsp, as per my previous post: "sooner rather than later good stocks always make their move." All you need is some patience.
Mike
That's what we all should care about the prospects here: "This offers further confirmation to our shareholders that our Company is headed in the right direction." Mr. Hamilton further stated, "The need for school buildings in California remains great and we are confident our Company is in the right place at the right time with the perfect products. We anticipate strong demand heading into 2007 with continued record revenue growth."
No other penny stock in my portfolio (or I know about) has reported such strong numbers: "Revenues Surge 98% to $11.5 Million With Net Income Rising 195% (this is for the first 9 months, compared to similar last year). The above numbers include the traditionally week winter quarter. With this kind of numbers we won't sit here for too long, IMO. Do I hear 0.4's by fall? I believe that is a good possibility.
I wonder how the fools that sold me yesterday 120K at that big discount feel now. Sooner or later good companies allways move. The clearance sale it's over here, I believe.

Re: Financials out soon?
Hope you are right. The notification for late 10-K filling came out on April 3-rd:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename%3D0001140377%252D06...
I believe the deadline is for tomorrow. If the 10-K doesn't come out tomorrow, we might receive the "E" at the end of PMED. I'm not as much worried about the new PMEDE symbol as much as I am about the numbers whenever they will come out. Being an 10-K, the numbers will reflect the activity (or lock thereof) of the old CEO.
In any event, the Q1 results (that should come out less than 2 months after the 10-K) will give us the first hint on the efectiveness of the new CEO. Let's hope all will be ending good here. In any event, in case it goes down below 0.01, I'll be taking the chance and loading a lot more here.
Mike
OT: Thank you stupidos. Got quite a few more (400K) shares this morning @ less than 0.01. Do me a favor: I need some more shares at that price. Anyone? TIA
Mike
FYI: The order @ 0.0621 (only 200K) it's mine. Please help me feel it this week. Need it to reach the 1M mark.
Mike
Am I the only one buying? Anyone else? Bought 120K more @ 0.066.

***Biodiesel Fuel - Latest News:
http://www.alternative-energy-news.info/biodiesel-fuel/
Fact: Renewable energy as a whole has surpassed the fast growth rate of conventional energy. And Biofuels, if you follow the trend (using sites such as the ones above - hope some of you are reading them), are amongst the fastest growing segment of renewable energy.
Conclusion vs. CKEI - draw your own, after reading at least the latest biofuel-related news.
Mike
John, unfortunately no. Did you, or anyone else here? Only saw it when it was already too late. But, I just put an order to add some more to my already significant holding here in case it does the same in any near future.
Did some checking, and couldn't find anything that will explain the big drop (on low volume) today. As I recall, however, a few days before the run to 0.045 it did the same.
Mike
Re: "i think veryone sold today and run but by is there any reason for that pps drop"
Let the stupidos go. They don't deserve better.

http://money.excite.com/jsp/nw/nwdt_rt.jsp?section=news&feed=bus&src=202&news_id=bus-n12...
Much noise for nothing, or somehow the naked short-selling will come to an end? Hard to say, as this will require a well orchestrated action against the naked short seller offenders. Hopefully something will happen, as this is already long over due.

**Re: CKEI. A small tutorial
"it seem's to me that CKEI has turned out to be a huge loser...I even have my doubt about long term"
Anytimetrader,
When you post such predictions, you should learn to justify them. Short of that, your postings look like cheap bashing. "Cheap," because a good basher has some good arguments to back up his/her statement. Let me help you out, so in the future you at least know how to do a better bashing job (if, in fact, that's what you are trying to do).
Short-term, you might be right as well, providing that CKEI is not able to extend to other markets (electricity, gas, oil). Heating oil being a seasonal commodity, if CKEI continues to restrict its business to it, yes it will take a while for this company to move to higher Q over Q income. If you would have posted at least this much info to back up your statement, then yes, you would have had something worth posting.
Howeverm if you ever read the company's "Fact Sheet" (which I doubt you did), under the paragraph: "Sales Model May Be Replicated For Distribution Of Other Energy," you would have learned that:
"The Company has created a unique, proprietary, turn-key system for pricing and selling oil. This model may be replicated for other energy services delivered to the home, such as electricity or natural gas. An expansion into selling other forms of energy, while opening the Company up to sales throughout the U.S., or other territories, would be predicated upon deregulation of those energy markets."
http://www.clickableoil.com/ClickableFactSheet.pdf
You may or may not know that US utilities are moving toward deregulation. Just a recent example:
"Illinois Is Poised for Energy Deregulation."
http://www.heartland.org/Article.cfm?artId=18784
Conclusions:
1. While no one can say for certain that CKEI will be succesful in what they are trying to do, I personally believe they have a very good chance to extend. See why:
1.1 ClickableOil's Fiscal 2006 Revenue Anticipated To Exceed $5 Million, Monday February 13, 8:30 am ET
1.2 Google Reports a 9.4% Click-Through Rate For CickableOil.com for February, Thursday March 23, 8:30 am ET
1.3 The veggie-based oil component of their business is growing fast in the US.
For you to see what I'm talking about see the article I posted on CKEI iHub yesterday, entitled: "Go Bioheat!:"
http://www.renewableenergyaccess.com/rea/news/story?id=44575
2. Piece of advice for you, or anyone else posting the kind of statements you've been posting. Before you do it, if you care anyone to take you seriously, at least you should know some basic facts about the company you are trying to express an opinion about.
"Clickable Enterprises, through its wholly owned subsidiary, ClickableOil.com, Inc., is the first Internet-based home heating oil company to offer customers affordable home heating oil and related services. Based in Mount Vernon, New York, ClickableOil.com specializes in price control, risk management and product positioning, leaving the oil delivery and services to specially chosen vendors. The company currently operates in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, and has a license to operate in Maryland. It continues to grow geographically along the East coast. For more information, please visit www.clickableoil.com."
In this particular case, try learning not only what the company is been doing, but also try to understand where they hope to go from here, and do some DD to see if what they are trying to do it's doable.

CIRT had quite a few litigations, including one settled last year with the SEC. When company litigations mix-up with personal problems, this may partially explain the lock of progress as the PPS is concern. Here's a funny one (oh well, not very funny):
http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/deliverdocument.asp?citeid=249196
Put in the mix Cornell's involvement, that CIRT has been trying to hide from investors (the new headge fund is part of Cornell), you may get the whole picture.
