and I have to agree with you: it looks like all the ingreadients are there for a serious jump in the PPS. Also went through the recent news, the recent 10-K SEC filling (OS = 133M, no dilution during the last Q), and everything looks good, IMO.

Sitting near the bottom despite their best financial situation ever, especially after that strong forward looking Q1 and 2006 fnancial statements as per above, you got to like the graph here:
