Sounds plausible. The volume was of interest yesterday. Inevitable it would at least fall back 50-70% when that atypical punctuated volume was withdrawn.
Pressure to pay debts can be severe. Someone(s) made over $135,000 yesterday selling at 3 cents, stock acquired at or below half a cent.
Clever devils.
Why a 10-fold difference in the price of shares issued for compensation versus those issued for services? Common shares if issued for services are valued at less than 10% of common shared issued for compensation?
Was there a typo there?
There's plenty of rules already: they are useless because there is no competent entity for enforcement.
dtrader - help me out (to understand something basic missed in my education)... Why do people say 'mostly selling' or 'mostly buying', when there has to be a seller on the other side of every Buy?
No idea, but the only thing that lifted my spirits in quite awhile.
When the debts are paid, matters could improve.
Amazing to me how people on a message board know every intimate detail (information not visible to others), about who the company have and have not repaid. Is it possible the IRS has been paid now?
There is a chance share value can increase without a R/S. But Value will only be decimated by any R/S.
Did you write the Geologic history of WEM? It is very interesting reading.
Smoke: How could they remedy that situation?
There shouldn't be any stock below 0.005. I don't think most investors are out for percentages at this level, but rather hope for a genuine turn-around, assuming conscientious officers who feel an obligation to investor-shareholders.
And PLEASE, don't anyone bother re-stating your views about this company's officers in response to this: we've heard it 100 times.
Not doubting your DD in the past: just saying the branch has been bent too far.
Shareholders should get a vote. Does everyone on this iHub board not own at least roughly the equivalent of the 90-day daily volume?
That why a reverse split won't be tolerated.
No, not artificially depressed for 4 years, but since a few to 12 months ago, IMHO.
.005 is the same as zero, for most banking purposes. So WTF is going on, basically....
There is no need for a reverse split -- merely selling stock that ceases to be overly suppressed/ depressed would allow the officers to pay all the company debts. IMO current price has been artificially depressed.
Volumes ranging 2 to 100 million daily in past few weeks, often averaging 20 to 35 million. Check OTCmarkets and other free sites. Even charts on iHub will illustrate volumes since Oct 14.
Up in Smoke -- you are half right.
Anyway, i would never expect more than a brief run to 1 penny -- a pipe dream.
Paying JMJ and IRS, i imagine, but i don't know anything, really.
No, it won't do at all.

Where would we view this video?
Y'all.... This is dreadful depressin.
Having a lien on land does not necessarily mean that a sale can be coerced, it often only means that, at such future time as a sale may occur, the lien holder's claim must be satisfied first and foremost before any proceeds of the sale go to the seller.
When long-standing investor shareholders have already been diluted to nothing, and officers are paying themselves $426,000 PER QUARTER, and this has been going on agonizingly, for two or more years, it is inadvisable to suggest -- much less seriously entertain consideration of -- a reverse split. Enough of people's money being taken and taken. Time for the officers to suspend their salaries pending paying off any debts legitimately owed, and to consider paying those debts from their "personal" funds, which funds, after-all, derived from shareholders pockets under the assumption the company was meeting its obligations to its business partners. Talk of a reverse split raises the issue of whether court mandated mental health status exams are in order. A reverse split in this particular case suggests someone is out-of-touch with Reality. Talk of a Reverse Split represents an unacceptable, pre-meditated "threat to oneself or others", warranting a psychological assessment of whoever suggested it. It is grossly inappropriate to this company's history and circumstances. The officers would clearly do well to rid themselves of whoever has been advising them on matters of finance and fund raising, and pay their debts by some means other than further taking and taking from pre-existing shareholders.
Please explain what you are talking about... "$5.57 taking out cash"??
You say the sinker tunnel was unsuccessful and abandoned.
Was the point of it not to have a more accessible year-round work space from which to STAGE drilling, rather than a expectation that the tunnel itself would directly intersect gold or silver veins? Wasn't the issue that finding accessible veins from within the tunnel did not happen fast enough to justify the lease fees that Silver Falcon is supposed to pay to Goldland? Seems like the cart was in front of the horse when that lease contract was made.
If they sold all the authorised shares at current prices -- and someone said there are 10 billion authorised -- before your alleged reverse split -- then there would be reason to believe the dilution was ended. At least in the near future.
Do you have proof of a reverse split -- as opposed to a suspicion based on your observations of PAST behaviour? It may be prudent to assume past behaviour predicts future behaviour, but it is not any kind of proof.
Suppose all the rest of the authorised shares are being dumped on the market at .0002 and .0001. Would an end to further dilution not begin in a small way to turn things around?
How could anyone know details of a consolidated bid? May be several trapped longs trying to average down.
Thanks for your insights. i cannot private reply.
One begins to understand all the time spent in South America....
I agree with your thesis about gold for the longer term, but if EU starts QE in any significant way, it will affect precious metals (again) internationally, as will the continued apparent inability of governments to stabilize matters in crises.
I cannot answer here in brief what benefit i could see in someone stepping in and taking up over half the authorized shares, but common shareholders are supposed to have 1 vote per share in this company. In the very least, it might lead to enough influence to prevent the reverse split that some predict, and which all know to be a sure-fire formula for (further) disaster. My own feeling is that the company's officers should settle the majority of the debt arising from interpersonal conflicts with their own personal funds, and stop punishing small investors.
At this point, $500K at .0001 could control 50% of authorized shares.
Looks like 10,000 shares is the new "666" (code that some parties use to signal each other).
Makes no sense to pay a commission to buy $1 or $10 of stock.
Disgraceful.
Thank you.
What possible reason could there be that the share price could ever regain even half of one cent?
Looks like there has also been some bad faith by various so-called partners, including predatory lenders, who, as matters have emerged, did not come out so well yet as far as I can see.
While having given up hope, it would surely be "one fine day" if any of those promissory notes ever actually got converted to stock at 3 cents and 4 cents before September 2016.
Anyone have any ideas how that could ever be possible?
But the question is who is selling 80 million shares at .0002.
Looks like screaming "FIRE!" in a public theater leads to people running for the exit doors.
It sounds as though pre-existing shareholders would be restricted from selling stock in the new Joint Venture for 3 to 5 years, in the Abba Medix merger with Saratoga.
Yes, the nano trades want explanation.
Well, they can sell 30 million shares a day and pay all the debt from those proceeds -- over the course of a year or two or three.
