"I really don't understand the attraction it has for you."
I'd be doing the same thing if I had hundred of millions of shares in this.
Here's the Younited BBDA video:

Contains Brian Weber interview. Actually a pretty good video, too bad it was a rainy day festival in a scummy neighborhood.

"Now taking on hiatus from the racing circuit, Brian is focused on shaping his construction business the way he shaped his race team. With superior performance and excellent teamwork, from start to finish line!"
I hope he doesn't apply the same formula to BCND as his driving record supports (the reason he no longer races):
http://www.nascar.com/drivers/dps/bweber00/bg/index.html
AND he's focusing on his construction business? NOT BCND?
His construction website has been re-registered so it is active.
"They feel there is no merit to the claim" which means that DOM did not really know and leaves open possibilities.
Otherwise DOM would have stated "There is absolutely no merit to the claim", that there would not have been a meeting set up with BCND, and no monetary offers "a few thousand dollars at best".
DOM got caught. BCND did not respond due to possibility of greater rewards. Why simply take a "few thousand dollars" when one could get much more than that? Once you agree to DOM's offer you are stuck.
Of course this "pig" has a long way to go, it's a long stock and it's a pinkie. You should know better than that, play it as such.
How's your grandson doing?
Some use PRs to dump stock, thus it would defintely sit at 2's or lower. PRs are not always a positive thing.
From Pink Sheets:
"Generally, Pink OTC Markets will remove the Caveat Emptor designation once the security meets the qualifications for Current Information and Pink OTC Markets is satisfied that there is no longer a public interest concern, typically no sooner than 30 days. In the case of reverse mergers, Pink OTC Markets will remove the Caveat Emptor designation upon qualification for Current Information or, for SEC filers, with the submission of a super 8-K, with no 30 day minimum.
During the time it is labeled Caveat Emptor, any stock that is not in the Current Information category will also have its quotes blocked on pinksheets.com."
Jay Kober is awesome!
He's a freakin' Perry Mason, tore into Wayne Barclay. It appears that Kober did his homework.
And only 1 re-examination question from Township rep. I think Lee Demosky got blown away from Kober's detailed questioning.

You don't screw around with a ranger!
Otherwise Ranger Rick & Development will tear open a new one in the Council!
Nantucket Nectars had a backer
and that they started up during the Snapple craze, so there weren't too many "flavored waters" then. NN were selling 1000 cases a week in Boston alone.
But if it weren't for that 1 backer who put up $500k then NN would have failed.
So it is a lottery, hopefully there is someone (or a group) who believes in the products and will make a large investment. Unfortunately, right now there doesn't appear to be such a huge commotion over BBDA's drinks; one is plain jane water and the other could be construed as an acquired taste which not everyone will like... heck, Potencia is not even their product?
There's a lot of people long on this. This one is a long soap opera.
The ones who are not long in BCND are dumping right now because they didn't get their quickie.
Shares are supposedly still maxed out, so that means everyone is waiting for action from the company. Until then there will be a slow drip of selling from bored investors.
Mir got knocked the f out!
No Bionic anywhere to be seen, probably couldn't afford the ad.
Who is energyvisionintl.com ?
Info email link goes to that somewhat invalid domain. Looks like someone forgot to change something!
Lol, still has "2007" at footer.
That's not a model, it's a painting on a plaque of wood.
Ah yes, you are correct -eom
It was a rather obvious panic oversell, imo.
I think people forgot what the company needs to do to uplist.
You should've sold it all when it was at 6-7's like most of us did.
Appears you held on too much for too long. Since your preaching you only dumped 25M and should've dumped it all. Your son ain't gonna be too happy about that since you could've made a LOT more money.
Where did you get that assumption?
Proxy is asking for massive 16B dilution and going straight to .0001.
No problem, I just thought a lot of people used stockpromoters as a resource to find out about possible PR's.
It's from stockpromoters.com

(unfortunately one has to register with the site)
Rick is a "specialist".
He, if anyone, will get the job done.
Armed Forces dude don't take crap from anyone.
That PR cost $7500
StockStars.net - seventy five hundred dollars
Massive dilution for PR's.
Not sure if someone already posted this:
OTC Reporter - one billion nine hundred fifty million free trading
StockStars.net - seventy five hundred dollars
Willy Wizard - three thousand dollars

BUT the pictures are older than that, from 2006. So it wasn't until almost a year ago they decided to put up a website. Rick has been involved (in perhaps being a supplier?) for quite a while.
People didn't like how the 10k sounded.
But it's needed if you want to uplist, so this sucker will go back up soon enough.
The previous company at that location was Freedom Card Services Inc. which Rick Blackburn was an officer there.

Not really, those are just news articles which can be fraudulent.

There are no patents through search of the gov patent site:

Attempted to look up "demarco" as inventor name. Patents in the #4500000 are around 1985. There are none associated with thermal or energy.
Claiming patents where there are none, not good.
But does the company really have any patent?
Looks like the patent in the ibox is for Eastman Kodak.
If ENCS is claiming that as their patent then that is fraud?
No one buying licenses because there is no patent = no div.

A lot of flipping and not quite enough interest from the public to buy enough to get past the flippers.
Tiny trades today, shares are maxed out.
P2P trading, flipping, imo.
Wasn't that a mid-day transaction?
Reported after-hours, LOL, playing games.
OOPS! No websites? Expired!
What happened to all of them? Couldn't afford to keep them up?
Why aren't they allowed to renew one of their domains?
Sounds like massive fail in progress.

NEWS: Image Worldwide Stock Split
Newly formed printing and packaging firm applies to NASDAQ for transaction to unify recent acquisitions
-- Graphic Arts Online, 6/29/2009 7:53:00 AM
A diversified media company, Chicago-based Image Worldwide, says it has filed with a NASDAQ oversite STL Marketing, which acquired St. Louis Packaging and STL Graphics Group, plans a reverse stock split.agency to change its name to STL Marketing Group and make a reverse stock split. The move comes as the $7 million printing, packaging, publishing and creative firm announced pro forma results from its Feb. 2009 acquisitions of St. Louis Packaging, Inc. and STL Graphics Group. STL Graphics Group is a web and sheetfed operation in St. Louis.
In February, Image Graphics (the current corporate entity) named Steven St. Louis as its CEO, succeeding Paul Sorkin, who remains involved as a consultant. During the last few months the company says it has been restructuring its divisions, operating model, and future business plans along with a new mission, vision, and budget for the company. Certain products, services, and expenses have been eliminated and others adjusted to become more competitive and to create the best synergy with the remaining divisions. The new parent company name is STL Marketing Group, Inc.
St. Louis Packaging, Inc. and STL Graphics Group concentrate in the packaging, printing, and mailing arenas. The company lists Paul Mitchell, Mary Miglin and Panasonic among it clients for packaging and commercial printing and design and mailing services.
STL Marketing Group says the combined forces of St. Louis, STL, and Image strengthen its ability to provide quality products and services while increasing revenues and profits instantly. St. Louis Packaging, Inc. has been in business for over 12 years and had over $5 million in revenues and $300,000 in net profits in 2008, according to unaudited figures.
STL Marketing plans to operate with four divisions: Image Chicago Magazine & Promotions, All Pro Networks (an IT solutions unit), St. Louis Packaging, and STL Graphics Group. STL Marketing projects over $6 million in revenue and $300,000 profits for 2009, and over $7 million revenue and $400,000 net profits for 2010.
Unaudited revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2009 were $1,179,559 compared with $501,460 for the three months ended March 31, 2008, an increase of 135% for the quarter. Net income for the three period was $98,563.
STL Marketing says it has experienced a few delays with its recent audit but is still working with audit firm Veraja-Snelling to confirm 2008 numbers for the acquired companies. Auditor Jeannie Veraja said, "We were not present to observe a physical inventory count at December 31, 2008 and 2007, which is a generally accepted auditing standard, so we were not able to perform to procedures to satisfy ourselves on both beginning and ending inventory quantities. This is not unusual for a first year audit of a small closely-held company which historically has maintained their bookkeeping system on a tax basis method, the standards of which are different from those required by U.S. generally accepted accounting principles."

We know what you're trying to do, it's just very hilarious that you're trying to promote the stock after your rant: "this crap willnever go up ever."
4's seem a bit high for something that "willnever go up", don't you think?
All in all everything is a crap shoot.
Lol, stop trying to sell your crap on us:
quote biznipianjr: "but for shareholders. forget it. i sold my shares to my daughter as they are unsellable in the real world. its a dead carkus. this crap willnever go up ever. its dead wood. i am so sorry i ever got involved with bllb. it has caused massive losses to all my followers. it was awful and rodney and his ilk are morons."
I believe that was already established (see BCND news from June 15th):
"As he is also manager for Renaissance Renovations and Development LLC, the contractor that received the high bid for demolition of the Westmoreland Glass Factory in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, he brings with him existing knowledge of the project."
That's the whole idea of posting, to find out more information.
If you keep your DD to yourself you are hurting yourself (and possibly others) by not having all information available to make a valued judgement.
There is another stock named Patriot-blah-blah where quite a few users (including myself) were screaming that it was an obvious scam and posted info clearly showing fraudulent activity. SEC suspended that stock soon after (price has fallen greatly since then and still falling). What happens if those posts were removed because some "moderator" or group of users wants to make some money? Would that be fair?
I posted about that Dr. Marek in Europe idea because it appeared related and I did not believe anyone else brought it up in the past. "Left for Europe", from Poland, "Adam Marek", involved in geology... sure seemed like a good match?
Because they can.
