The current AS is not a factor, when the debt holders convert the company will just increase AS as they've done or RS again. They have control and shareholders have no say in these matters. So it's not numerically impossible, perhaps you need to read the filings.
wanna know how many shares are offered at .0002
read the filings - they have about 2.4 million in convertible debt which is convertible at about 50% of the bid price but lets use .0001 as the conversion price
that works out to 24 billion shares so that gives you an idea about how much dilution will be taking place - i know if i were a debt holder and could convert and make an instant 50% profit i'd be converting all day
also makes the recent increase in authorized shares from 3 to 13 billion seem like a mere drop in the bucket - of course since all you longs have no say in what management does in terms of share structure you're basically screwed since they control the majority of the stock, they'll just either RS or increase AS as needed
but you all just keep bitching about the MM and how they won't move their price up - why should they when they have orders to sell enormous amounts of converted debt at .0002
do you mean the posts??
The sellers are the debt holders who can buy it at below market, selling at .0001 or .0002 and making a profit unlike those who bought it at higher levels and are sitting with a losses but keep trying to pump it
LMAO
you're correct - the only way they can keep afloat is to issue debt which eventually gets converted into shares
and they are paying employees in shares - again people here should take the time to read the filings (so i guess i was somewhat incorrect by stating they don't receive funds for shares issued, in essence they're not receiving funds, just getting rid of a liability (payroll) by issuing shares to employees who in turn sell them)- they can't pay their bills with share LOL
someone posted a while back about the company is hiring - those jobs have been posted for quite some time and are most liekly not avialable - again if you read the filings you'll see their employee base has declined over the years
it will be interesting to see what kind of results they post in a couple of weeks when the 10K is released - they put out a press release a while back about a big increase in revenue from the prior year (that may be true or may not be) but it really doesn't matter how much revenue they generate if they can't generate positive cash flows from it
They've already gotten large funds from the govt.
look at the filings - they owe $980K to the small business administration and have been in default on that loan for years
unlikely uncle sam will give them anymore $$$
as to the possibility of funds from some corporation - why would some corporation give them money, as pennygal mentioned their technology is not a big deal, their robots are at best toys
and the majority of their income comes from consulting work they do for microsoft, they're not making profit on the robotics side
one other point - several people on this board keep stating that they've stayed afloat by selling shares
for the record they have not sold any shares and receive no $$ from the redmeptions - these transaction are plain and simple conversions of debt to equity, noteholders redeeming debt at below market prices and in turn selling shares in the open market
the company has been kept alive by continuing to issue more and more debt at ridiculous terms - the ones getting screwed are the shareholders
the company has never ever made a profit nor have they been able to generate any cash from operations - someday people will realize that this has no where to go, if the debt well ever dries up they will be out of cash in no time
too bad they can't sell any of them or make any money if they do sell
they'll be putting out a lot more than 13 billion, read the filings and see how many potential shares can be converted by the debtholders, 13 billion is just the first round
rock bottom, lol
LMAO - told you there would either be another RS or an increase in the authorized shares
the longs are screwed again - this POS is going nowhere but down
PS - guess what they'll do when they approach 13 billion outstanding - they'll just increase it again cause they can and the shareholders can't fight it - that's surely the kind of company you want to be investing in
the company will have to either RS again or increase authorized - the way this is going they will be at 3 billion outstanding in no time
another banner day for this POS - sell volume more than 3x the buy, it's going nowhere
LMAO
there will be another RS within 3 months
some just don't understand what's going on i guess
i guess those people that shorted this POS are a lot smarter than those who bought it at higher levels LOL
why do you keep posting that the company needs to stop diluting at these levels
the company has no control over this - its the debtholders converting and selling - the company is not issuing new shares or getting any proceeds from these transactions
perhaps some DD is a good idea
LOL
the officers control the majority of the stock so the shareholders are basically screwed - they have no power to vote on any share structure issues
are u people serious - insider information
if you took the time to read the financials you'd see that another RS is coming real soon
they have 3 billion authorized shares
they have aprox 1.9 billion outstanding
As of November 16, 2012 there were 211,102,389 shares of the issuer's $.0001 par value common stock outstanding.
so they've issued 1.7 billion shares in a little more than 3 months - most of it in the last few weeks with debtholders converting
when they reach the authorized limit they can either vote to increase that or RS again and the stockholder will have no say as to what they do since the company holds the majority of the shares
Are you saying there will not be a RS - I'll bet the ranch that it will RS in the near future
Look at the OS shares
yeah, big deal, look at the sell volume vs the buying volume - almost 2 to 1 sell vs buy
it closed at .0001 bid .0002 ask
what do you own this at - .0075 or did you mean .00075
either way, this is going nowhere fast, they'll have to do another RS with the way the debtholders are converting, so it will go to .02 after the RS and then back down again - just look at the history
cant wait for the 10K to come out - see how wrong they were with their predictions of revenue again and who they borrowed money from at those ridiculous terms - should be good for a few LOLs
another day another no change
sell volume on this exceeds buy volume on a regular basis
this POS is going nowhere (until the next RS)
LMAO
why post this - it's old news and had no effect on the share price when they originally announced it

Welcome to reality - i've been posting this kind of information on this board since forever
all they do is borrow money at ridiculous terms and have the debtholders convert and dilute the stock
they have never generated cash from operations and this cycle will continue until the company eventually goes bankrupt
by the way if you want to lock up the CEO and the CFO they're the same person
RS was done when stock was at .0001 bid which converted to .02 after the RS
stock has subsequently dropped back down to .0001 which would be .0000005 adjusted for the RS
OS shares as of yesterday about 1.7 billion with authorized at 3 billion
company has issued 1.2 billion shares since novemember 2012 so another RS is certainly in the forecast
and by the way, shareholders had no vote on RS since company controls majority of voting stock and can and most likely will RS again
why do people assume the company is selling shares or that they have any control over who sells shares
it's the debtholders converting and running away from this POS before they lose all of their investment
Look like this pig sharted, LOL
This is a quote from the 10Q:
As of November 16, 2012 there were 211,102,389 shares of the issuer's $.0001 par value common stock outstanding.
Today
As of 10 minutes ago...
A/S 3B
O/S 1.7B
Issued in less than 3 months (90 days)
1,488,897,611 shares = 16,543,307 per day
RS due in less than 90 days, anybody wanna make a wager on this
That's dated January 24, 2013 - so they've issued a billion shares since then
printing press is running hot!!!
thanks
at this rate another RS will be coming soon, AS will be exceeded shortly
Mr. Pink - where did you get updated SS from?
thanks
Where does it say that they bought 72 million shares, they acquired 72 million through conversion and probably were the seller of the 60+ million today
they are debtholders which entitles them to convert at below market price so do the math - if they "acquire" 72 million at a 15% discount they can make some cash by selling at the bid
really don't know why that would excite anyone - seeing a 60+ million block sold at the bid, there has been little activity on the ask side of this
JMO
why is this a good sign??
Panache is a debt holder - they're owed $80K and are converting and selling stock
it's undervalued - why
Yeah, this is really going to take of after they start shipping that new corobot, better load up before that
it was at no bid just prior to the most recent RS and is showing signs of rinse and repeat
sad part about this is that the shareholders are powerless to vote on any RS actions since the company controls the majority of the voting stock
They've been selling this corobot for years now, its just a new model
problem with the company is that they sell so few of these and make little if any profit per unit
their expenses are so high that they've never ever generated cash from operations and have to continually borrow to keep afloat - look at their financials
at the rate this is going you can count on another RS in the near future - debt holders are converting and they're just getting started - the 3 billion AS are only a drop in the bucket when you look at the potential dilution from the debt
of course it's diluting, but the company has no control over what the debtholders do
they borrowed the money at ridiculous terms - read the financials
the debtholders can convert at below market (some as much as 50%) so they really can't lose if they sell at market
so you think it's the company selling shares and not the debtholders converting
the company gets no $$$ from the selling
who thinks it's the company dumping shares?
yes, as of 11/16 there were 200 million OS
read the latest filing, theyve issued 400+ million since then
