Welcome to reality - i've been posting this kind of information on this board since forever

all they do is borrow money at ridiculous terms and have the debtholders convert and dilute the stock

they have never generated cash from operations and this cycle will continue until the company eventually goes bankrupt

by the way if you want to lock up the CEO and the CFO they're the same person
