I believe they got part ownership or right with KTecLighting (Raycono) when OPTEC purchased/took over an LED company now formed under the group OPTEC LED INC.

OPTEC is a group that buy tech and companies. Here is the PR for the LED LOI
https://www.accesswire.com/502357/Optec-International-Executes-LOI-to-Acquire-Proprietary-Next-Generation-Advanced-Commercial-LED-Technology
The Raycono was suppose to be a Kickstarter and then Indiegogo but both off those projects were canceled in 2018 around the same time of the LOI.
I’ve already posted many links... the problem here is the knowledge base we can user to educate ourselves is vastly contradictory. I can find studies that claim yay or nay.
I simply use logic at this point.
We’ve been cleaning our homes for years with X products (Bleach, Ammonia, Bio Oils, Commercial...) and never do we leave it wet for 10 minutes. No ones is dying from salmonella and other food bacteria from not leaving their counter tops wet.
I also seriously doubt cleaning crews in hospitals sit and watch every surface to confirm they remain wet for 10 minutes. The idea is they need to remain untouched after being wet for at least 10 minutes. The dry product is still active and kill said contaminants.
IMHO.
Isn’t that life in general... there’s always more then one “right” answer.
In this case, after reading and using logic. Visibly wet for 10 minutes is an improbable need as I doubt hospitals and cleaning crew can abide by these restrictions and I highly doubt we as citizens have ever let our products sit wet on our counter for 10 minutes, it always dries within 2 minutes.
Knowing that most of us and probably cleaning crews do not leave said product visibly wet for 10 minutes and no massive viral or bacteria outbreaks have occurred, nor do we all die from salmonella at home. Its safe to say its contact time and not wet time.
Why are some people so uneducated and afraid to do some research.
The common cold is one thing... this stain of Covid is definitely not a common cold.
Many otherwise healthy young people have been hit hard and have died... tho it’s true that not many will die or even have symptoms but some will. I have no intention of playing Russian roulette with my and others lives.
10 minutes of “contact time” not wet!
“ Surfaces are not assessed for wetness* and the EPA does not require test surfaces to remain wet during the test method.
So if the disinfectant time is not the wet time, what is it?
Users should wipe down the surface and allow the treated area to remain undisturbed for the given contact time. Regardless of whether the surface is wet, dry or somewhere in between, the efficacy can be assured in line with the EPA registration.”
https://www.healthcarefacilitiestoday.com/posts/The-truth-about-disinfectant-contact-time--15846
Wet time as been debated and debunked. Its been noted that the EPA contact time is not “WET” time, its minutes undisturbed after the pathogen/virus/bacteria has come in contact with the product.
Test have been made in controlled environments with wind blowing on the treated surface as it dried up... and all tests confirmed that as along as you follow the EPA’s recommendations of contact time on the label, the products are effective. “Wet time” is not a thing. Just think about it, Electrostatic sprayers do not leave a surface visibly wet for 10 minutes and most product dry up within minutes.
Not an issue. Contact time doesn’t mean plunged and wet, it just means the time it takes for the product to be effective after being applied and undisturbed. A room could be given to a new patient after it has been cleaned and left alone for 10 minutes.
“In short, environmental professionals should wipe the surface, allow it to be treated and remain undisturbed for the stated contact time (e.g. 2 minutes). As long as the surface is wiped and remains undisturbed (regardless of perceived ‘wetness’ or ‘dryness’), efficacy can be assured, as this process aligns with the required EPA testing methodology/registration.”

Somehting tells me after Gary realized he messed up with the 4 Million projections (Gross or Net we dont know)
He’s probably planning on releasing both reports back to back. Who knows really.
Tho its still terrible for the company to come out saying they will do one thing and not do it.
Agreed... we all make our money on “pumps” today is no different with Opti.
I sold some for profit, left the rest to ride just in case.
Making any profit is amazing and good for you.
Expect some profit taking near EOD... Monday should move again... Tuesday Selloff.
Its like clockwork. I sold 20% of my stack today and moved it to another ticker.
Always good to take a little profit, sucks to see big gains disappear without cashing out a bit.
Are you stating you believe ASCM will start cashing in at around 0.0295, thus starting a consolidation wave.
Its expected at some point today, you cant just go up up up...
Well.. they both solve a need “lol” and funny enough the OPTEC iWand .. or UVC in general is the best way to clean one of those “other” wands.
Buy both as a gift. Hehe.
OPTEC is a company that acquires tech... they dont need to make it.
I presented the PR that showed they acquired the LED tech and with that probably some contacts and maybe patents like Raycono.
Raycono never did complete their Kickstarter nor Indiegogo. No sales.
The tech was most probably acquired.. shelved... and brought back to light due to the current world situation.
Here, Research: now we know why they were easily able to produce these devices, they have been in LED for years.

Yes there are.. but not one is made of aluminum and uber pocketable.
The key here is these are super easy to have in a pocket or purse... and lets not forget the Rover!
None are as small, made of aluminum and utilize FAR UV-C... for me the FAR UV-C is the kicker.
Comparing PCTL’s few weeks late with reason (Auditing issues due to Covid) to ARYC’s 5 year non compliance is ridiculous.
Your right... and they should be getting current soon with appropriate filings.
We’re in on the ground floor here, its going to be bumpy but if all aligns, major profit for us million+ bag holders.
I simply see a great idea that is needed and could have a big user base in a market that has never been monetized which in turn helps fundraise for schools at the same time.
No brainer here, helps schools, helps those who cant go watch said sports and makes me cash. Win/Win/Win.
Everything is high risk in the OTC.
Their website mentions: “Website will be updated soon”
Their last PR mentions: “ Fonu2 is completing its accounting next week and will file with OTC markets to get current immediately after.”
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now, no reason not too.
Exactly... pulling at this point and risking the chase isn’t a fun one. I got caught a couple of times and that gap the next day wiped out a lot of possible profit.
Just hang in there or flip into the day but dont close without your shares.
Just do like i did and stop obsessing over daily movement, the audit is out of their hands as its an independent review done by an outside firm.
All will come to us in good time, we’ll be laughing about this mid 2021 or hitting ourselves on the head for not buying more at 5c!
Tuberculocidal! Wish they had thought up a better name for their version of PCTs product. Lol
Why is it ridiculous... its the truth, audits are more complex due to the Covid situation. Simple as that.
Hope your right.. but to answer your question, most SEC Suspended stocks have come back to trade in the Grey Market. Except a few who have class action lawsuits against them.

Shareholders understand there is an audit happening for the year end filing.
PART III - NARRATIVE
The Registrant is unable to file its annual report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is awaiting final audit of its financial statements for the year-end and completion of XBRL conversion of its financial statements. The Registrant currently expects to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the extended due date for the filing of the Registrant's Form 10-K.

Exactly.. you get it!
While the audit is being completed, PCTL is moving the company forward. They need not worry about the few flippers wanting news so they can profit. Their goal is to create a huge sustainable sanitation company.
GO PCT!
Have a read buddy...

Sure thing.. Proof of Final Audit:

Your right... its been “Created” and given to the Auditors for them to file. Still out of Garys hands.
It will eventually be filed, PCT has been late in the past but always filed. Nothing to be worried about here other then impatient investors and flippers affecting daily prices.
Dont get caught up by minor fluctuations. 2 years from now no one will be complaining about buying in at 3c vs 5c.
I dont think you understand.. its been filed, its being reviews by auditors. Its out of their hands.
I honestly think its out of Gary’s hands at this point. Investors should realize we are in different times and set milestone dates are very hard to meet.
Good day to AVG Down.
Fundamental are still there, those who ran we’re probably expecting an immanent run and not willing to wait it out
PR seems to have been put out to drop share price since the PR basically says nothing... Someone is loading up all these cheapies.
That and the SEC doesn't exonerate anyone, at best you get a no further action required but not one of the recently suspended tickers we’re able to receive such wonderful treatment.
Grey Market it is... time to decide if you’re going to average down or cut your losses.
Fair warning to all, I pulled my shares today ever since this TPT Medical stated this:
“ TPT Global Tech has approved testing kits sourced directly from fully FDA CE certified factories. ”
https://tptmedtech.com/
The SEC has suspended many stock for their involvement during this pandemic.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
I’ve learned my lesson from a loss on one of those tickers.
IMO, take a step back and factor this into your investment risk.
Good luck.
Not enough gas in the tank, its coming back down.
I think the big boys are wanting for it to get back to 2-3c before loading up for the the next run.
We will probably see a morning blip and then back down... flippers paradise if you can time it.
Flipping when we’re in the 3s is amazing. It use to churn from 3 to 4 almost daily which gave 20-25% gains on flips.
Thats not consolidation, this is called a sell off after an amazing week of news and prospective sales.
Company gets funds for growth and sell 300% less shares on the market to get there.
We get to take some profits for being loyal longs or buy back lower and hold to create higher lows.
Everyone wins.
