I believe they got part ownership or right with KTecLighting (Raycono) when OPTEC purchased/took over an LED company now formed under the group OPTEC LED INC.

OPTEC is a group that buy tech and companies. Here is the PR for the LED LOI

The Raycono was suppose to be a Kickstarter and then Indiegogo but both off those projects were canceled in 2018 around the same time of the LOI.
