I’ve already posted many links... the problem here is the knowledge base we can user to educate ourselves is vastly contradictory. I can find studies that claim yay or nay.

I simply use logic at this point.
We’ve been cleaning our homes for years with X products (Bleach, Ammonia, Bio Oils, Commercial...) and never do we leave it wet for 10 minutes. No ones is dying from salmonella and other food bacteria from not leaving their counter tops wet.

I also seriously doubt cleaning crews in hospitals sit and watch every surface to confirm they remain wet for 10 minutes. The idea is they need to remain untouched after being wet for at least 10 minutes. The dry product is still active and kill said contaminants.

IMHO.
