Thanks both Reeper and mrw21j. The difference between .0118 per share and .22 per share is a remarkable range for fair value estimation.
How old is Dr. Otiko? Just curious.
When does the actual phase 2 clinical trial for the psoriasis cream start with patients and when would it be expected to end?
Do we have the finances to make it that far as a company before someone shuts down OWCP for fraud, ineptitude or simply bankrupt?
Thanks.
On the OTC website there is no yield sign or stop sign. It says Pink, Current Information, Verified Profile, Transfer Agent Verified.
At what point do these levels of status get downgraded given what The Dumpening is saying about our horrendous debt situation?
Thanks.
I saw a post that the revenues for 2019 for SGMD is actually going to be $70 million. Does our share price at $0.125 already fully reflect this reality. The revenues are going up dramatically but I do not see this information being consumed by investors. Markets are supposed to be efficient mechanisms for price discovery.
6000 share trade at .0008 is around $4. A 4 dollar trade was able to drop the VDRM stock price by 42%. A agree with RpK6 that this seems disproportionate to the amount of money involved. Is this normal?
The market cap of DVLP is $2.4 million. I wonder how this relates to the revenues, revenue growth rate and the level of debt. There are around 500 million shares outstanding. Perhaps a fundamental analysis could determine whether the stock price should be higher or lower than the current stock price of $0.0045. Does anybody know how to do a fair value analysis on DVLP. I am sort of new to this.
42% rise in one day in a hopeless company. What could be the reason?
Is Dr. Otiko allowed to bankrupt and terminate VDRM and then go on to start another company with some change in the business plan?
Grandmasin. If good news did come out about a deal or two for VDRM would you be willing to buy stock in VDRM at these low prices and then sell at a much higher price?
Thanks Stockexpertpro. It is nice to see your thorough post about the valuation here at CUR. If insiders are buying before the most recent reverse split who would want to sell the stock from $8 down to $1.70.
Doing the math we now have 700,000 shares outstanding of CUR stock. The stock price is currently $1.70. That would put the market cap for CUR at $1.2 million or thereabouts.
NSI 189 has been shown to be entirely safe and to grow neurons in the hippocampus. No effectivity has been proven, but in my mind isn’t the potential utility of NSI-189 worth at least $1.2 million? Doesn’t CUR have some other assets that are worth something. We have stem cells and some other intellectual property assets I believe.
What is a fair market cap for CUR just based on what we actually know about NSI-189 and the other assets that we have?
How about selling NSI-189 as a supplement and not making pharmaceutical claims that require FDA approval. It has been proven to be safe to FDA standards.
Thanks again Stockexpertpro.
Could Caligan Partners be actively shorting our stock PTN while at the same time accumulating shares silently until they get to 10%. I do not know how a hedge fund can short and buy shares simultaneously. Such an idea would seem illogical.
Over at AMAG they have bought more than 10%. PTN owns Vyleesi. AMAG only has North American rights to Vyleesi. It seems odd to me that two stocks that should rightly be considered takeover targets would be going down in price.
Does anybody else find the price action to be unusual? Perhaps the majority of traders think that Vyleesi will be a dud.
Wallet Investor is a website that uses artificial intelligence to make predictions on stocks, currencies, and commodity futures. I do not know how well they are at making predictions. Wallet Investor is predicting that VDRM will trade at $2.64 in June of 2020. Wallet Investor is predicting a maximum share price in November 2019 of 37 cents.
This would all be great news for me. On what basis would artificial intelligence be seeing something that nobody here except slops and freestock can see. Does artificial intelligence know things that are not public?
Of all the stocks that Wallet Investor does research on there is not any single stock that I see that has a greater predicted stock price appreciation than VDRM. The predicted appreciation between today and June 2020 is 34000% gain in less than one year.
If computers can buy stock perhaps computers will see this and take a flyer on VDRM when doing a gain versus risk analysis.
This stock OWCP went from $0.003 to $3.23 in February 2017 over several months starting in 2016 i think. The spike at the top was super fast. It is now $0.0095. Is this the all time greatest pump and dump in stock market history? Do we get a place in the Guinness Book of World Records? Can anybody think of any other stock with a similar stock price performance chart? Will a book get written about OWCP and become a best seller?
i know that this company is probably a scam. Probably only idiots here due to “adverse selection”. Joke mostly. However for those still interested in CBD there is a CNN Special tonight at 8pmET called Weed5 CBD hosted by Sanjay Gupta. It should be worth watching for those with an interest in the CBD craze.
Thanks whytestocks. That was such a positive conference call. One analyst asked why the stock price has not responded to the positive news. The CFO said that Nostradamus does not answer his calls. He mentioned that short selling activity is common for a small cap biotech company. This is true.
CNN Weed 5 CBD airs tonight 8pm ET
AXIM was at 15 in June 2017. Now it is 0.63.
Cramer thought CRON was cheap at 11. I think that was two weeks ago.
CNN Weed 5 CBD airing tonight at 8pm ET.
Caligan Partners Hedge Fund seems to have an interest in AMAG. I wonder if they also have PTN on their radar screen.
The listed stock price is now .0001 down from .0032 where we last traded. Did this stock actually trade at .0001 somewhere?
Down 39% this morning. Perhaps investors are fearing an inevitable impending dilution event. Also revenues might be lower than what was expected. Perhaps we overpaid for some assets like Where’s Weed.
GRSU had a market cap of $300,000. Did that just evaporate to zero? Will future trades go through? I have 300,000 shares. They were worth $990 two weeks ago. Is there any way to collect my $990 now? Anything might be better than an eventual nothing.
Miramar is the Miami metro area. Does anybody know who Richard Inza is and how he is related to VDRM?
I called again VDRM IR number (310-734-6111) and left another message with my name and telephone number. This is message number 2 after a message left last Monday , 8 days ago. There has been no reply yet from Southern California.
Here Today gave me another number in Miramar, Florida of (924 251 0616 )and a man named Richard Inza listed. I called but the call could not go through. It said try again later. The hurricane Dorian is off the coast of Florida. I will look up where Miramar , FL is?
You other investors could also make calls to the two IR numbers. I think Grandmasin could ask some deep and penetrating questions. Slops has talked to them in the past and posted about it here on this board.
Grandmasin I agree that we should post substance. I will try to answer your question to Freestock about what is the possible positive view exactly?
It is the use of the transdermal technology to deliver medications across the skin to treat conditions more effectively and with a lower risk of side effects. That is the premise.
When you look at the actual business practices of VDRM it is a horror show. It is a stark contrast between the wished for fantasy we longs invested in and the sordid reality we bagholders (stuckholders) face here at VDRM.
Since the stock price is so low, why not keep the fantasy alive since it costs so little now to hold on? That is the reason we don’t sell even when any reasonable person would have given up hope long ago.
Thanks Here Today. I was calling 310 734 6111. I will try both telephone numbers now.
No call back yet. I will repeat the call to IR every three days. Slops used to call IR and they would chat for extended periods of time. I too thought that we are a one man show here at VDRM but slops said it was someone else not Dr. Otiko. What is the name of the IR guy?
Is there any chance that GRSU could become current again and then be upgraded to stinky pinky in the future? The FDA has to approve of CBD being in a drink (or food)before any drinks can be sold retail. At that point I envision a rush of big corporate money into the CBD and Hemp infused beverages. I would like to find a micro cap to invest in that then grows into a small cap or even a mid cap in this CBD or hemp space.
Raspberry Wonder had a hemp extract in it. I had a case of it. I wonder whether it was legal to sell the product. That was more than two years ago.
I called IR today and left a message on the answering machine with my telephone number. I will continue to follow up.
PTN is showing some relative strength is a broad market sell off.
Will IHUB still show a share price for GRSU once it goes to the grey sheets? Last trade here was $0.0032. I suspect it will be down 50% from there or more if it does trade again in the future with an even wider spread between bid and ask.
I did enjoy the Raspberry Wonder.
I am considering calling the IR telephone number. What sorts of questions is the IR person allowed to answer in private with me without violating the fair disclosure laws. IR can say a vague thing like “good things are coming together and stay legal even if nothing is happening I suppose. Any specific questions suggestions from IHub people are welcome. I will be courteous and friendly as the best approach to getting any information.
I will make the call on Monday. I could use the last shareholder letter July 2019 as a template for questions. I could ask for a breakdown of where the 45K in revenues came from. I could ask about restocking details for Vitastem at amazon. I will certainly ask about CBD product development.
I did see a pharmacokinetic study of how the trans dermal technology (VDRM)really does mean that more pharmaceutical molecules get delivered through the skin. That study should get published more broadly and replicated by independent academic labs.
I could also ask about the legal status wrt Kasten Corp. and whether another lawsuit would be likely if business for VDRM were to grow substantially.
Thanks
OWCP was the ultimate belly flop. DVLP seems to be a real actual business. Revenues seem to be doing well. OWCP is a stinky pinky. LM are you suggesting that management here at DVLP is similar to management at OWCP?
Our market cap is $188 million. Our cash on hand is around $80 million. Our P/E is around 11. We still have rest of world rights to sell. We also have other products in the pipeline.
Vyleesi comes to market in Sept. There should be a noticeable marketing campaign all paid for by AMAG.
Just imagine if Vyleesi had failed to get FDA approval. These days winning is what it takes to just hold even in pharma stocks.
I think it is because the trans dermal mechanism actually works. It could have many useful applications for safer and more effective drug delivery.
With competent management I do not see what would prevent a successful company from emerging. With frauds and scams and incompetence, failure is always a distinct probability. I am holding long just in case the product is good enough to overcome the mismanagement that seems remarkably inept to me.
The stockholder letter of 7/2018 seemed upbeat. Since then it has been silence. Recent financial filings do not really tell us what is going to happen in the future for products and sales. How can an investor make an investment decision without the needed information to make that decision?
A CBD product will have a bigger market than does the Vitastem product. It is time to add CBD cream to our lineup to then have two products for sale. Getting the CBD to cross the skin is a critical factor in achieving a high effectiveness for joint pain treatment. OTC oral medications cause liver damage or digestive problems. Time is slipping away. Somebody else is going to eat our lunch.
DFG is just one person it was noted here. He loaned the company $5 million dollars. The market cap of our company is around $1.5 million or so at this time. Even with the convertible debt terms with no floor there would appear to me to be a real jeopardy of a multimillion dollar loss for DFG. If they were to get 2 billion shares to sell over time the price per share of OWCP would drop to $.0008 per share. Outstanding shares would increase by 10X.
The company however has about 1.5 million USD in cash left. (if I remember correctly). It seems to me that that money is about all that is left here that has any substantial material value. I wonder if DGF could try to recoup that money somehow? Otherwise it is more money down the drain for DGF and for we stuckholders.
Does breaking below one penny affect our ability to upgrade our listing from stinky pinky to OTCQB? Our revenues growth seems to be solid. Why is the price per share so low?
If revenues and profits come the stock price would have to go up eventually.
