I understand Paul, there could be some tremendous pricing based on various factors that come into or move out of play. It's just wrapping my head around that kind of appreciation, even over a say the course of a year or two, I find extraordinary, no inside joke intended.
I suppose with a float that's as small as this on a merger of this significance and potential, yes I could see some big numbers it's just that I've never seen anything behave this way. I've never seen a bunch of market makers move so hard just to get a few thousand shares on the market or to or to shake the tree so many times to get anything to fall off. It's a new experience and I'm learning quite a lot. I am so grateful for you guys here sort of helping me through it.
Spock....despite the knowledge I have I still need training wheels on my brain.
Santa That is great information. Thank you for sharing that. I will be studying it to any depth it can take me. Even though I am first science officer I am an eager learner. I'll consider that an early present from the North Pole.
Spock....I've been a very good boy this year by the way. I should be on that good list somewhere.
$300?
St. Halaliel!
You're just goofin on us, right?
Spock
Forget the POR,;it's useless. Is That What you just said? Really!
Wow, you're way to smart for me.
Spock ... Like, wowsers, man.
I love that handle: budgetthis
Quite fun.
More creative than Sperk
Hello to Jack's Colon and to NY heat. Welcome aboard and may your financial dreams be brought closer to reality by joining us. We have a good board here with lots of great people and we have a very low tolerance for BS. That has served as well so far. There are some very intelligent people here you've landed in a good place.
Spock... First science officer.
I'm just about to buy a quarter million shares. What an incredible dip. Not missing out on this. Yes I could buy up to what sporting already has and get 8 million shares I know but I'm having too much fun in a couple of other positions right now I just got to let him ride. Every once in awhile in the OTC you catching an incredible ride or two. I'm standing in that spot right now and I wish to God you could all be with me.
Spock....
I have no choice but to sound like the green horn I obviously am but I keep refreshing my screen in utter disbelief. I've never seen a run that simply really doesn't stop. Sure it gets toyed with once in awhile is market makers try to grab some but the run does not stop.
And I have that obvious internal battle. Should I sell everything and take what amounts to an absolutely insane profit or simply let it go organically where it appears bound to go.
What would Warren Buffett do.
.
Spock.... Would he call Mr. Icahn?
I continue to increase my position regularly. The MMs seem content for the past month to keep this at roughly .045. that's fine.
We know the merger candidate has likely already been selected. All we need to do is the one thing most in the OTC hate to do.
Spock...the more tickets you have when the ride begins, the better the ride.
Well, goodbye, then. Oh, yes, I'll take your shares.
Spock....
Cuppy,I fully respect your knowledge of grammar. I should have some similar accreditation for grammatical snobbery.
Seeing the language suffer from needless terrorism even in professions where good grammar is demanded makes me quite cranky.
Are you saying this present example is somehow less than egregious? (I rather hope not.)
Spock... live longly and prosper.
Paul, thank you for your reply. It is straight forward and informative, exactly the type of reply called for. I so appreciate it, brother.
Spock.....I require so little care and watering.
Man I hate to sound nitpicky about the TDS thing I don't have a tweet. But there's a bad grammatical error in there and it doesn't look good I hope they change it quickly. It's supposed to be extraordinarily well, not extraordinary well. This is precisely the wrong tweet or the wrong post to have this kind of an error in. People will poke fun at the company unfairly because of it.
Schips, by the way I'm really sorry to hear about your job. I don't know what it is about why so many companies seem to do this to the employees right around the holidays. I've seen it for years and it just seems so intensely cruel to me. It's always around the holidays that so many places let people go.
Sorry I missed out this afternoon. I had to be out this afternoon away from the internet but it looks like it was an interesting time. Looks like a lot of people were scrambling around to get control over very few shares. Reminds me of Bitcoin a little bit actually. The early bitcoins were available now they're over $20,000 a piece I think. I'm not saying we're going to go to town that hard but it just feels similar. Catch everybody in the morning.
Spock....
This is so much easier than buying lottery tickets. I'm buffing out my position by about another 10% on this incredible dip. I'm taking as many shares out of the market as I can. Once they're in my hands they're like being locked in a safe at the bottom of a black hole.
Spock... for all the effort they're putting in to trying to get their hands on some more shares the market makers sure aren't freeing up that many.
So tell me why the big money is going to wait for this to get 400% more expensive before they start putting some of their money on this? Is there a strategy there that I just don't see clearly?
Spock.... Don't tell Dad I was asking such a question. He will have an apoplectic fit.
Thank you, T-Max. I was appreciate your experience. I do have to agree with the 1.25 EOD. Why anybody would sell here, is pretty much a mystery to me. But hey. Life throws its curve balls doesn't it.
Spock
An intraday RSI that's very high is in most circumstances a very good reason for market makers to throttle it back a bit and most of the time it works perfectly for them. Actually it works beautifully for everybody involved. This case is different. In my opinion because so much of the float is so unavailable to the rest of the market because we have a steel grip on so much of it It seems to me that this will continue to go up today.
Spock.... As previously stated earlier today I already went insane.
Mercy!
I just tamped it for 1K hoping to knock it over a buck and even that didn't do it. Bummer. Oh well I guess I'll just have to sit here and smile and wait.
Spock
I've had romulan ale. Oh, yes, it kicks serious fanny. I was in a coma for 4 days as far as I can remember. Haha,. Ha. He he.
I'm having more fun than my federation visa allows me to have. I'm seriously afraid of getting caught with something they call a blank eating grin on my face that I can't hide. For a Vulcan this is nauseating. Somebody's got to help me.
Spock ??
CJ always says to have your tickets BEFORE the ride. She's right, of course. Chasing the roller coaster down the track is not only unstylish, it's rather unsafe. Tptw fixing to launch, yet again.
Spock
Well, it has worked for me quite nicely. I learned that buying and selling just to relieve my boredom with having patience just leads to seller's remorse just about all the time.
Spock....I held on to my dad's 2211 issue phaser for like the first 160 years of my life when logic dictated I should sell it. Sure enough, not 3 years later the price quadrupled for no reason I could ever find. I could've purchased a new Musk/Royce with all the trimmings and had PLENTY left over for the matching submarine. The young can be so foolish. Just TRY to buy one of THOSE now.
Our news should help, GREGG.
SPOCK... But even without news, this is a killer stock to own.
Consider this: it's my tiny, insignificant opinion that the MMs are shaking the tree rather hard to build up their inventory of this stock. I mean, is it NOT one of their key functions to make a market in various stocks to help maintain liquidity for the shareholders?
Well, they surely can't do that very well if they don't have shares to sell. The MMs know damned well how much they should have on hand to open up a serious run, it's their business.
Walk with the MMs, do as they do and enjoy the thrill of buying low and selling high, very, very high . PUGE IS GONNA ROCK.
SPOCK....GIT YER TICKETS HERE, FOLKS.
There once was a day a company called Haloid showed up in the business pages of newspapers across the nation. After some time it became known as XEROX. it did well.
I believe 12/04/20 was our Haloid/ Day 1. I'm gonna stick around, do what I can do to help turn CLHI into whatever form of XEROX it shall be, just like Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, Hewlett-Packard, etc. I see that sort of potential here.
Spock.....what was the Federation of Planets known as originally? NACA? Something like that?
Nuke,. I would tell you to keep your ear really close to the ground, I mean establish relationships on social media with people who are as close to the company as possible. Do not violate their trust ever. Even if they violate yours, take the high road.
Keep a very close eye on this board, this forum. You will find that there are people in this forum who make it their business to watch their investments extremely closely and they will post anything that they feel is tantamount to a red flag on the field and that's something you should always pay attention to. Likewise if you should happen to come across something that you feel you'd want to be warned about, then warned the others here so that together, with our collective intellect we can apply our various DD skills along with our own public and private contacts to examine all red flags to see which are valid and which are not.
We don't know anything about you, we don't know how you do your DD, but I think it's fair to say that most of us would have each other's back as we have built some decent relationships here over the few years we've been working on this merger together.
Spock... Just don't cry wolf. and when you hear something you think we all should know, let us know. We'll do the same for you. Pretty easy.
At this point in time and for the foreseeable future I am content to keep my shares off the market. My expectation is that they will undergo significant appreciation with dilution kept at a minimum. If it behooves our group for me to maintain this position and I do it in tandem with other shareholders I will fully support the effort no doubt.
I think it's worth saying that over the past year that my way of posts I have to a degree gotten to know at least some of the other shareholders, how they think, what their motives are and I'll tell you honestly I like the people on this forum. We have intelligent, clear headed, low tolerance for BS people. I may joke around honestly but don't take that to mean for a second that I'm a chucklehead, I'm not. I just like to have a little bit of fun with investing and with people. I enjoy people.
And while we all have the same motive for investing our reasons for investing and our goals for same may be very different but I'll say this generally for money, more is better than less. If this group wants to act more or less as one, to share a common goal with a common approach I would like to support that, I would like to be part of that. I want to see everybody get from this what they hope to get from this. What I hope to get is long-term appreciation that leads to security I don't have a compelling desire to sell any of it. If anything I'd like to continue to acquire more even though it's going to be maybe more expensive for me to do so for a little while, but I have other investments that are paying off and quite frankly there's only one of them that has the upside potential this has so it's likely that I will continue to improve my position, to increase it for the foreseeable future.
And I can't wait for tomorrow morning's bell.
Spock....
Cuppy, with that kind of decades-long commitment to the market I hope you made profits approaching sheer Insanity. Honestly.
Spock...I though I had been doing pretty damned great until a few others disclosed their respective positions. I'm but a schoolboy.
Thank you ,ezz! I've not taken any profit yet from my CLhi, but perhaps I'll get loop-e and do so. My basis is quite low
And...welcome aboard to Bucky.
This is almost what I imagine it might've been like buying Apple in the early days, before anyone gave a hoot.
Spock
I just woke up to begin my day. Can anyone confirm for me that yesterday was not just a very pleasant dream which will soon fade away completely into nothing? I would deaRly love to fantasize that my portfolio is not a portfailure .
Spock....at least I think I am still, as of this morning, Spock.
Add, wait and enjoy the obvious ride when it comes. Too simple, and lots of fun.
Don't care how long I need to add for, the ride only gets better as your number of tickets goes up!!! Too Cool!
Spock..... I already have more than enough patience for a play like this one.
TraderBel, Ive had that awful thought a couple of times. Can you even imagine not having paid any attention whatsoever to your ancient shares only to learn what is going on now?
Recipe for bathroom trouble.
SPock.......in zero-G it would be even worse.
Santazar, thank you so very much. I will certainly let you know what I find. Well done.
Spock
I too I'm going to follow be BPETE's inspired act of buying somewhere shares. It commemorates very nicely this fine day...
Spock..... And what a very fine day it is.
Zepak, only if you have the time and get the chance if you could get the case number and docket number and specifically which court this is going on in I'd like to download the documents from Pacer when they come out later tonight or tomorrow. This all sounds perfect, I mean really perfect from what you're saying.
Buddy I'm overjoyed. And keep the info flowing as best you can you got a whole lot of people sitting on the edge of their chairs. This is great great great great. I'm very happy.
But I guess that's what you would expect from TheHappyV. Spock.
Many thanks.
It's not uncommon for court dates to start late or to drag a little bit through dry formalities before they get to the salient moments. I have no worries especially since the judge is in favor of all of this happening and we have the quorum and all the votes we need by proxy. Honestly I don't think there's a better position we could be in.
Spock...
I've already picked out my new Audi.
ZEPAK...OUR man with eyes on and boots on the ground. Dude, we'll be hanging on your every word. Thank you.
Spock.. deep space scanners on FULL.
At $50/share I'll be....better off. Yup.
This is a board full of very fine people. I enjoy being among you. I can't even find the right words that describe how much I want good fortune for all of you. I'm excited this morning.
I do hope that maybe one day we have a small convention somewhere. I'll come. We'll meet and have great conversations while we consume better beverages.
Spock.... I'll even show you all some very cool transporter room practical jokes.
SPORTY NORTY always brings focus right back when we need it. His list of upcoming catalysts would be the envy of any young OTC company. There are plays out there today that offer more excitement but very few that offer this much upside potential.
I will freely admit that I don't add as many new additional shares as I certainly could here, but my primary reason for that, honestly, when things get slow, I get bored. Yet, i watch this stock every ten to twenty minutes and I have more alerts and lookouts monitoring this stock than any other I have..
When it starts it's true run, you'll know it because the Earth will shake.
Spock.. I'll even feel it in space.
Have a seat. Yes, several million shairs. Adding all the time. Something of an obsession with me. Now , if yer want illogical, MY *FT might be an illogical thing to see as the A/D line is beautiful but the company does not seem to have a whole lot going for it except the very possibility of a merger coming, albeit very very quietly.
Regarding the chairs, every one of them is a custom made Lazy-Boy.
