Timez, you have been here for a little while but I do try to sooner or later acknowledge the new members when they pop in. If there's one thing in life that I have learned is important it's to acknowledge people. It's never really that you want to change anybody's life but you just want to acknowledge them. Let people know that you know they are there.
More newcomers are on the way almost by the hour I think even if they don't pop up publicly, I do get private message by them so I acknowledge them that way.
