Still long and strong on SSWC. Eventually, we'll see things do an upswing for the good. The ATM effect will eventually go away. Everyone can say and bicker all they want about how things are playing out. It's easy being the arm chair quarterback and ANALyze things. Unless you're in the day to day grind, you've got no REAL clue what's transpiring with SSWC. INCLUDING ME!
I say, give KG and the CPA a month or a bit longer to get the filings done. Mahoney left an incredible mess with the books. It's not easy putting the pieces together. Per Ken Glynn, the CPA was sick for a couple of weeks. He's back to work and will be devoting more time to the books.
One last note: I have been removed as mod. From what I've heard, for restoring posts without Dak77's permission. True, but, there's 3 sides to every story. This IS Dak's board. He runs it the way he wants. I can't control that. He felt I should be removed, so he did. I'm not going to argue. I'm not going to get involved in anymore of the drama either. I'm still going to post as usual.
GLT-those who are good to SSWC.
As I always say. All the questions you have about SSWC, you need to call KG to get the answers to your questions. I'm sure you can find the number at the bottom of any SSWC PR.
I'm only posting this as a public reply ONLY because it MAY help someone else in the future. Usually, this is a PM matter. This isn't meant as a plug for this website. It's ONLY a recommendation in order to help someone repair their credit score on their own.
Usually, vets can get a loan with little or nothing down with a bruised credit score. It's harder these days than it was 3 years ago. Just "a sign of the times". Vets still can get a VA mortgage, it's just harder these days.
What I would recommend is that someone sign up for www.truecredit.com. REMEMBER, IT'S NOT A PLUG, JUST ADVICE. You get all 3 of your credit scores in one place. If you see something on your credit report you'd like to dispute, there are links you can do it ONLINE to dispute it. They still have to follow the same rules as if you'd sent a certified letter to them. I've done this in the past and actually raised my credit score because of it. I can't swear that anyone will have similar or better results since we all have a different situation.
If you want to do this without signing up for aforementioned website, do a google search on repairing your credit score yourself. There are businesses out there that "repair" your credit score for you, FOR A FEE. There are also risks in doing so. You'll have to do your own DD.
Remember. I am only giving advice, nothing more. I'm going on my experience from my past history. What you do is ultimately YOUR responsibility. I can't post that enough.
Yeah. My infamy precedes me. I'm here now. Woe is this board. LOL!
In regards to me being removed as a Mod on the SSWC board. It's dak77's board. If he wants to remove someone as mod, that's he right. I restored some posts that CowboyDennis had posted I felt weren't against TOS. Spark had deleted them, then whined to Dak that I restored them. Not much I can do about it, so, I'll move on. I'm still going to post as usual on the SSWC board.
Fair warning to the mods though, I WILL be requesting review of every post of mine that gets deleted. Admins have no tolerance of Mods who delete posts that aren't against TOS.
With this being such a paper shuffle, only the devil himself would allow this scam to continue.
I agree.
HEAR! HEAR! I agree with you!
He's not diluting. Period. he's said he's not. His shares are restricted. Even you should know better. Restricted shares means he can't trade.
I sent FFGO's IR a nasty email calling lumb and his stooges out. Which would include NMGL. I don't trust them one bit. This is nothing more than a rinse and repeat of the Hanover Capital Group scam. http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/news/article.html?in_article_id=407869&in_page_id=2
If I'm wrong, prove me wrong! Otherwise, I am correct on what I've learned and have come to this OPINION. Honestly, IF I'm wrong, provide the evidence. I am calling out "the powers that be" in NMGLE, SLOANE, and FFGO to prove me wrong. I truly mean it. I seriously don't think they can do it.
I speculated that it would be shares in NMGLE after they authorized a billion new shares. I toned down my rhetoric to try and give them the benefit of the doubt in the last few weeks. They proved me me right in my original speculation.
I say it's time to file a shareholder lawsuit and an SEC complaint against these people. It screams paper shuffle and scam, in my opinion. Regardless how they wrangled and maimed the wording involved in their deception.
I'm not doubting you that you visited. I read your post that you did in fact visit there. As I've stated before, I'll give KG the benefit of the doubt and take him at his word.
I also have to say that while I do believe you. I also have learned about pennies, "I'll believe it when I see it".
KG did mention that he had the paperwork and would release it in the future. From what I've read into this and what I've gathered, both of you are telling the truth. I will trust people at their word, but, only so far. I am investing my money, as well as the rest of us are, I do like to have real evidence to back up what is being told to me.
KG said he had a website that he sold his solar Iphone chargers on. I believed him, but, I still needed proof to belief him 100%. I ordered a solar charger, tested it, and provided a review of it as well. KG proved to be a man of his words to me then and there.
We shouldn't let our emotions(including my own) get us so wrapped up into a stock that we don't want to see what is really going on. I got burned REAL bad by doing just that in another stock and it is in smoldering ruins. I ultimately have my own self to blame for "marrying" a stock. Something one should NEVER do.
LMAO!
He's not. I haven't seen any contracts myself. It doesn't mean that he doesn't have a point. I am giving KG the benefit of the doubt and take him at his word, until he proves otherwise. I too, would like to see the contract though.
CD may come across as brash, but, he's more than EARNED that right to. He's looking after his money and he IS giving us great DD. You do have to concede that to him. I am. He's a good guy. I may not agree with him though. I do respect his opinions. He's proven himself in my eyes. If you need any proof, just read the 3rd sticky for yourself.
The kid has given us more DD than the majority of us posters put together on this board. I think he's earned enough respect and reputation to voice his concerns and maybe a little "hell" from time to time. As long as we (including myself) keep within the TOS, AND, remain civil, this is actually healthy.
Could you point me in the right direction (besides going to a burning place! LOL!) so I could find out more about Mahoney. From what I've gathered, KG isn't a big fan of his.
There ya go! More like it. Give the kid some credit. I don't agree with his whole thing with Lionheart, but, at least he's digging up some DD on them.
THAT is why I at least engage him in conversation. He does have his right to his opinion, even though there is a section of us (ME!) who disagree with him. He's not bashing. He's only raising a concern he has about lionheart.
No smear campaign. At least not the discussions I'm having with CD. He has his points and opinions, which he's entitled to. We can't always have 100% rah-rah daze. Nice as they may be. He and others may have a valid point to bring up about SSWC. As long as we stick to the TOS, everyone shouldn't have a problem.
(Even though I think CD is wrong, IMO. LOL!)
If you say so. Have you tried looking at other sources to find the existence of Lionheart? I footed the bill last time to get the information from the state of New Jersey to confirm VESTED CONNECT LLC existed.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=52498244&txt2find=knef
I'm content with trusting KG. As I've told you our PM discussions, if you're having such grief with Lionheart, SSWC, and KG, why not sell? Be done with it. Move on to greener pastures. You're not always going to get the results and information instantly.
With all due respect, I would advise you to sell and move on since you're not pleased with the way things are. Lionheart is here to stay until August 9, 2011, whether any of us like it or not. $500,000 loan at 5% interest? I like that.
I know the majority out there are painted through rosy colored glasses. No argument there. Lionheart does exist. KG stated he has the documentation about the Lionheart deal. Just call him up about it. Yes, you "left a message". Keep trying. Not all of us get through to him the first try.
<shakes head slowly and thinks: CD and these others just don't get it. No matter how many times you tell them>
Some wiki info on La Salle Parish, LA
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Salle_Parish,_Louisiana
Geographically speaking, it looks like a great area that would hold some rather large areas of petroleum. IMO.
Cool. You good kid. Still have hope for yer generation. LMAO!
Well, I had to look up mdeskm's post to find the number and give him credit for using his post as a reference. Only fair.
To negative ninnies,
YES! I could've just looked at the PR. I could've also done a word search on 908 to find it. But, I knew where to find it off hand.
I called Corestream and left a message for Mr. Adkins. I'm trying to put a face and/or voice to the company. I'm interested in meeting with someone, personally. I really like the potential this company has.
Wonder if they'd hire me as their IT guy. That alone SHOULD drive the pps to $76.99. IMO. I'm worth a whole lot more. LOL!
908.788.0077 Ken's number, courtesy of mdeskm 's earlier post.
In due time grasshopper. All him to run his company the way he sees fit. He's doing a good job. We all can't be pleased 100% of the time. Personally, I'd love to have all the filings done, CE removed, "green bandages" on shelves, a few stores opened, the pharma deal done, and Batman's head on a lance. But, we can't all have it.
(Batman's head on a lance is a reference to the first Batman movie with Jack Nicholson as the Joker)
Have you bothered to call Ken Glynn up and ask him about it? You're a smarter person than that. Give him a call. Post what you learn. Let's put this to bed once and for all.
I'm not trying to have the last word or have a battle over it. I just wanted a clarification. Sorry you felt that I was trying to start anything or have the last word. My apologies. You do have a good point though. I do get defensive when I feel someone is trying to call me out.
Your original post is just as true too. You can see where one stands the more they post. They form a pattern that shows their true colors.
NP! I'm not trying to cause any problems for anyone but those who are out for blatantly nefarious deeds in regards to SSWC.
Ken Glynn can't use VERT. His shares are restricted. If that is what you meant.
My conversation with Ken Glynn: Number one thing: Lionheart is in this to MAKE MONEY, as we all are, NOT CAUSE A DEATH SPIRAL. PERIOD!
I talked to Ken Glynn for a few minutes. Thanks to him for taking the time to talk to me. He definitely is the man you want at the helm of SSWC. What I can't understand is the people who are trying to create trouble and nothing else.
I had asked Ken about Lionheart and aspects of it. First and foremost, coming from Ken Glynn, LIONHEART IS IN THIS TO MAKE MONEY, WHY WOULD THEY INVEST $500,000 AND TAKE ON WHAT CORNELL HAD IF THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY?
The terms of the deal are they have taken Cornell's stake and loaned SSWC $500,000 for the purpose of getting inventory, setting up the first store, and what not. THIS TOTALLY TAKES CORNELL OUT OF THE PICTURE.
A $500,000 loan at 5% interest is extremely good. Would YOU loan money to anyone that you didn't see had excellent potential to recoup your costs? NO! I wouldn't either. If I had he money, I'd be opening a store in Texas.
Now, to address the people who keep screaming DILUTION and other negative things. BRUCE KNEF, KEN GLYNN, AND LIONHEART CAN'T SELL ANY SHARES. PERIOD! Lionheart is restricted from selling ANY shares until Aug 2011. Bruce Knef and Ken Glynn can't sell any shares due to restrictions.
All the trading going on is nothing more than what you'll find on any other stock. This doesn't negate any other market factors, swings, PRI, MOUSE, MICKEY's, and other things.
To those of you who post blatantly false information, Ken Glynn is well aware of who you are and what you're doing. I wouldn't be surprised that you get some kind of legal action taken against you. *KEN GLYNN DID NOT SAY, MENTION, OR INSINUATE THAT HE WAS LOOKING AT LEGAL ACTION.
I'll post more later, I have to at least do SOME work while I'm at work.
As always, you're my favorite ihubber and billion dollar babe! LOL! She has a point.
Gotta love good looking, intelligent, educated, and opinionated women.
Wouldn't know. Haven't ever had one of those women. Kinda like to keep to the more fun ones.
Who bought shares of this POS of a SOB of a POS ran by SOB's who should be the first up against the wall when the revolution begins? LOL!
Why couldn't they buy my 2 million shares?
Thank you for giving me the idea to ask KG about Lionheart. I'll try and get a phone number or contact from him.
Question is, how do WE make money off of this stinkie pinkie?
SSWC is a spin off of IVOI. Ken Glynn has purchased SSWC. SSWC has NOTHING to do with IVOI. IVOI is a POS shell that is nothing more than a dead horse, IMO. SSWC might be worth your while to check out. All I'm saying about that.
HA! I KNEW this would come to life. I go on vacation and here it is.
FYI. I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. I can make a visit to the new corporate headquarters at some point to do some DD and meet someone face to face. I'm EXTREMELY bullish here. Time to get more funds to clear and buy some more shares. woohoo!
Person mark for you! I've been looking for something to or someone who is already getting the ball rolling. Any chance you know of, or are involved in, a shareholder lawsuit against Lumb and his stooges?
Waiting for funds to clear. I wished I would've had cleared said funds earlier this week when there were the 8's and 9's.
He doesn't always answer email. To give him the benefit of the doubt, I don't think he has time to always answer it.
