In due time grasshopper. All him to run his company the way he sees fit. He's doing a good job. We all can't be pleased 100% of the time. Personally, I'd love to have all the filings done, CE removed, "green bandages" on shelves, a few stores opened, the pharma deal done, and Batman's head on a lance. But, we can't all have it.

(Batman's head on a lance is a reference to the first Batman movie with Jack Nicholson as the Joker)
