He's not. I haven't seen any contracts myself. It doesn't mean that he doesn't have a point. I am giving KG the benefit of the doubt and take him at his word, until he proves otherwise. I too, would like to see the contract though.

CD may come across as brash, but, he's more than EARNED that right to. He's looking after his money and he IS giving us great DD. You do have to concede that to him. I am. He's a good guy. I may not agree with him though. I do respect his opinions. He's proven himself in my eyes. If you need any proof, just read the 3rd sticky for yourself.

The kid has given us more DD than the majority of us posters put together on this board. I think he's earned enough respect and reputation to voice his concerns and maybe a little "hell" from time to time. As long as we (including myself) keep within the TOS, AND, remain civil, this is actually healthy.
