I guess there are factors that point towards political motivation, but attacking innocent citizens seems like a poor way to protest.
I am wondering if there will be background checks for everyone that purchases a pressure cooker or bottle of ammonia after this? It will be another distraction so that our government doesn't need to spend time solving the real problems we face. Even our mourning is politicized these days, another sad comment on our culture.
You got to spend time with Daughter Derf too? You did have the best week ever then! I hope you spoiled her appropriately! I will catch up on the happenings in the Grotto later tonight.
I hope you had a great time at the Masters! I wanted Cabrera to win just because his swing reminds me of some regular duffer, and he's an old guy! My second choice was Day because he's married to a local girl but it was Scott's day, I guess.
I'll become and official Hubber again when I have more time for it.
Today was an awful day for Boston and the country. We live in a violent culture and it seems that any weapon will do. I just wonder why all this is suddenly starting to happen so frequently.
First, since you ridiculed me for paying again, I have let my paid membership lapse and maybe I won't renew it.
Anyway, I wanted to tell you to have a great time this week and I hope you run into this guy:
[quote}
One day, a man was golfing when he hit his ball into the woods. When he went to retrieve it, he found that it had hit a small man in green tights.
"I'm so sorry!" the man said.
"Don't worry about it. Anyway, you caught me. I'm a leprechaun and you have managed to stop me. You get three wishes."
"Oh, no, I don't want the wishes. Just as long as you're okay." The leprechaun thought the man was so nice he decided to grant three wishes for him. He gave him unlimited money, terrific health, and a great sex life. The man came back to the golf course the next year and recognized that same leprechaun.
"How're you doing?" asked the leprechaun.
"Oh, terrific. Everytime I stick my hand in my pocket a 100 dollar bill comes out and I've eaten nothing but Snickers bars for a year and I'm at my ideal weight and can run a mile faster than anyone."
"How's your sex life?" asked the leprechaun.
"Fantastic! I'm up to twice a week now!"
"Twice a week? Why so little? I gave you a great sex life wish!"
"Hey, it's not bad for a priest!"

Just goes to prove that Ihub is not the center of the trading universe. What a great run this is having!
Thnx Shark!
saw your pm. FWIW Gone4ever is NOT me, but have fun quoting my old posts to her if you must. She was named Narnia before she took a close variation of my old name. I am not at my computer and my phone is slow so not following your witty banter.
Keep an eye out for Worthington's response. It will be very telling.
I wanted Ohio State to go all the way!
Since you have asked the ultimate question I will respond to yours rather than coming up with an inferior one!
Life - constant movement towards an unknown destination with less and less frequent stops to consider a change of course as we get older. The young search for happiness and change course often, the aged prefer the comfort of routine, so let's all stay young forever!!!
Now, I am off and running but responding first so I don't suffer the wrath of Derf for not participating. Catch you all later!
BTW, great question Susie!
The party that is asking for summary judgement must feel that they have a pretty air-tight case. Generally, summary judgement is requested when the party requesting it can show the judge that there is no merit what-so-ever to the other party's case.
In this one, it would appear that they feel that there is no merit to Paxton/ Worthington's argument. Summary judgement is generally granted when no factual info has been presented so there is really nothing for a judge or jury to decide.
I wonder if Paxton/Worthington will counter with their own request for summary judgement? It wouldn't be an unusual counter move but they should do it quickly if they feel they actually have a case.
Thanks for the digging, the plot continues to thicken, doesn't it.
LOL. The only thing worse than trading this trash would be shorting this trash. But, you are right, we will agree to disagree. Good luck in your endeavors.
I didn't compare WGAS to EXXON. Penny stocks are 99.9% share selling scams. Discussion of "future" projects and "potential" revenue, etc. just need to be tempered with facts. No revenue. multiple reverse splits, ongoing toxic convertable debt, dilution, no assets to develop, that's what "investors" are buying. There is no drilling, there is no place to drill. No drilling, no oil, no revenue. WGAS sells stock. It is a stock selling company and has been for years and years now. Nothing is developing here.
Exxon did not start out as a penny stock. Exxon had a viable product and real, ground floor investors. Companies with a great business plan, assets with real potential and excellent management don't need to deal with toxic funders and uninformed penny stock "investors" and promoters. 99.9% of the OTC companies are share selling scams. WGAS sells shares, it has been selling shares for years, it has reversed over and over, it has gone to the toxic well over and over and has developed nothing.
I am only suggesting that, to date, after all these years and after 3 reverse splits and after the shareholders here paid to develop an asset for someone else, that the ONLY business WGAS conducts that produces revenue for ANYONE is selling shares. These are all facts. Litigation, disputed assets and "potential" loans (LOL, BTW) are all conjecture. The FACT remains, WGAS is a share selling company.
The bid remained unchanged today. That was a first. WGAS sells stock but the marketing approach may need some revamping.
I think EOD was manipulation to bait in higher bids to sell into. Now comes the words, charts, evil mm games, weak hands and burn shorty. WGAS plays by the book. WGAS is a share selling company.
What is it exactly that WGAS owns that is free and clear and not in litigation??? Where is it that they can drill again?? Why aren't they drilling?? Oil, you say?? All they have ever done is sell stock. WGAS is a stock selling company, nothing more. They have been selling stock for years now and when they run out of stock to sell, they reverse shares back from those who bought them and sell them again. It's a wonderful business. But oil, no, I haven't seen any indication of oil here.
The only value in WGAS is created here with words that are used to sell worthless paper. WGAS sells stock. Stock sellers need buyers at the highest possible price. Marketing is how that is done. Charts and words are great marketing tools for WGAS.
Impossible to get WGAS on the bid?? Really? So worthless paper must be selling at a premium these days. Ha.
WGAS sells stock. No assets, no revenue and no prospects. Maybe one of the toxic debt holders will finance a decent pump and dump, that's the only thing that moves this, well, that and out-and-out manipulation, but it will take more REAL action to move it than it did in January due to the many more shares in the float.
But, if the bid is properly propped up and the ask is pulled correctly so that a higher and higher price can be achieved and if retail continues to believe that level 2 is anything more than a nicely constructed fairy tale, just maybe it will run again.
WGAS trades like a classic, heavily manipulated pinky and that's all it is in my opinion.
Now I am LMFAO. This is a manipulated share dump. This is the seller trying to bait in some additional retail money. There is NOTHING to make this stock have any value, no assets, no revenue. WGAS sells shares and it looks like retail is wising up. Usually when the seller pulls that large block buying at the ask, buyers jump the bid and then the seller hits it. Today it didn't work, the ask went up to show a green close and the bid just sat there at .0051, no one fell for it. So, NITE has 10k at .0051 and then there are 40k at .003 and the next bid is .001. Trend-down, down, down......
Yep, that's exactly what it is every time. WGAS transparency.
Nice ask hits but no one is taking the bait on the bid side.

clearly?
Sadly, the Bucks beat themselves tonight. But, on the bright side, I don't need to watch any more basketball this season!
and from all perspectives. There are penny stocks that build their business without dealing with toxic convertible debt and without reversing their investors 3 times. The more toxic convertible debt they accumulate, the less chance they have of ever making a go of it. And more than one reverse split is a clear indication that the company is in business to sell stock and little more, ever, in my opinion.
WGAS has gone back to the Asher well over and over, they have reverse split three times now and their execs are very highly compensated for a legitimate start up that has been starting up for, how many years is it now?
I don't dd penny stocks obsessively. The third reverse split was pretty much the end of this one for me. WGAS is just one I watch now to see how it all ends up.
Hope it goes well for you. For now, WGAS has one product and that's shares of stock. It's a stock selling company.
Everything else here is just an ongoing dialogue regarding what "might" happen or what "may" happen or what "could" happen at some future date that keeps getting pushed further and further into the future.
Hope the next promo goes well for the shareholders.
I just found it interesting that 5 million of those restricted shares were accounted for in the most recent 8k and the others were not. I guess we'll see where they went when the fins are filed.
Thanks for the clarification.
At the rate they're going, a billion is not out of the realm of possibility here! GLTY as well.
Maybe it will be a material event next week then, or the next or the next. December is a long way off, maybe they used the bulk of that financing to pay the lawyers, but Asher's shares will hit the market long before a drill hits the ground, in my opinion.
I am on the other side of the coin. Once they did the third reverse split,no further dd was required for me. Money might be made trading this if the trades are timed perfectly, but the trend overall is down, and no revenue producing business is being done.
Trade it well.
I thought the restricted were only 14m. Sorry.
Why do you suppose they would only account for a portion of them in that 8k?
Hopefully, they don't choose. It would be irresponsible for a company without revenue to pay 125k all at once through toxic financing arrangements when they have the option to pay 12.5 a month. No, that money went for the huge salaries the execs of this startup make and to the attorneys who are trying to get their only asset back. We will see what the fins show.
Oh, are we talking about the non-equity based 8.5 million again? LOL, companies that have actual products in the market and revenue to pay the monthly installments can't get that type of money. And then there's WGAS, no revenue, no assets that aren't disputed and tons of debt already. Yeah, some financial institution will loan them 8.5m,sure they will. I need to go feed my unicorns now.
Back to my point then, paying for anything in restricted shares would need to be filed, especially if it was a merger or some other material event. I guess we will see it in those complicated financials, Q1 is due in April, isn't it? I will be curious to see where they got the 12.5 to pay Tony this month.
You say that as if it's a bad thing! This is a great one right now.
