Invariably bad.

LLEG, EGOC and AQLV all spring to mind, but there are several others. Real CEOs don't address MB audiences, they run companies, get results and let those results speak for themselves.

Penny stock scam CEOs, on the other hand, whose real product is shares, address themselves directly to their marks on the MBs, and as is the nature of con men (and the occasional con woman), they are usually smooth and convincing to those who are already sufering from confirmation bias.

It's about the reddest red flag you could ask for.
