You could always pull down web traffic reports..
Problem is, http://www.innotrek.com receives such little traffic it doesn't even show up on a traffic report.
At least RMDM's site gets 2,000 hits a month.
Gonna be hard to back a truck up into that "loading dock" for distribution though.
you credibility in my book is sad!
First off it is "Your" not "you". You joined Ihub back in August and have 3 member marks. I joined over three years ago and have 500+.
And you think you have more credibility than me on this forum? Interesting.
Hey bud, it's your money...
Some interesting things to consider..
1. United Liquor Alliance appears to not even have a liquor license in Florida. https://www.myfloridalicense.com/wl11.asp?mode=0&SID=
2. United Liquor Alliance's address and phone number is that of a small residential house where somebody named Matt builds budget web sites. http://tinyurl.com/ycxe43g http://tinyurl.com/yap3cp6
3. RMDM's past shell history
4. RMDM's own filings that show only $14,003 in revenue with an operating loss of $20,317
5. Mina Marr
And that is just a few things off the top of my head. If those things don't bother you, then I suppose nothing I say is going to bother you either.
Of course many are going to be talking about how great this stock is irregardless of the facts. They bought in and want to unload on some dumb money. Nothing wrong with that I suppose. The dumb money has to learn sooner or later.
That's what a bagholder always says.
man.. it got hot in here all of a sudden
$.50 per share huh?
Matt better start making a bunch of web sites out of the cute little house of his..
I answered your question to the fullest extent. It is not my fault if you don't understand its meaning.
If you are insinuating I am a "paid basher" I will glaldy go on the record as saying, NO, I am not a "paid basher".
Infact, in all my time working as both a promoter, OTC consulting and IR rep, I have never once found there to be any evidence such a person exists.
On the contrary however.. many are paid to "pump" stocks.. and at one time even I was paid to do so, of which I have fully disclosed according to SEC regulations.
It's the cost associated with Pharma R&D..
I guess I have just never liked Pharma.. I've lost more money in Pharma than I have ever made.. so I am biased.

Additional Information
I might get flamed..
I'd say dump Pharma altogether and increase Agriculture related holdings. With Pharma you are always having to deal with R&D costs and financing which weigh down markets.
Agriculture.. well.. there are a lot of Chinese who have increasing income.. and are sick of eating just rice and goats milk..
It is pretty much what all pinksheets ever end up being. I'm surprised folks don't do basic due diligence. Google is pretty easy to use really.
According to your post..

Maybe you can call up Matt and ask him to make you a cool website! It might even lift your "spirits" up!
Really cute house btw..

All of them required under Section 17(b), yes.
Besides do you see me "pumping" anything on Ihub? Does my posting history show me incessantly posting 100's of posts a day about one stock?
In fact, it seems the turds run BETTER than a lot of low OS companies with actual products and even PROFITS!!!
Well I certainly won't disagree with you there. In fact that is one contributing factor to why the OTC has the negative stigma it has.
The scammy company's without any real products get all the money, which rarely ever gives back to the investor. The real companies don't get any interest and thus can not capitalize causing them to fail.
So you end up with legit companies failing, and scam companies taking the money and running and everyone else bagholders.
there is not a pink stock out there that where you couldnt find negative stuff to post!!
Actually there are a few pinks out there that are solid companies that have done well and continue to do well for their investors. You just won't hear much about them on Ihub because they don't need to be hyped up and promoted to survive. I'm long one now as a matter of fact.
Back the truck up..
Beep Beep Beep..
Let us see how well it turns out for you and the rest here. I've tired of this drunken pump fest. I don't see many noobs here anyway.
So I should know a thing or two about it then huh?
Companies pay promoters to say what they say. I was once a paid promoter.. so your point is? If anything I should be more knowledgeable about the industry as a result of my past participation.
At least I disclosed my comps.. unlike many on Ihub.
Did your DD tell you how the company plans to fund it's expansion efforts and marketing if it is generating no money according to filings?
Also, if the company pledged no capitalization or dilution how is it going to get the money?
As an investor I would think this would be the most basic question. Maybe I will send them an email and see what they say.
While your conducting that DD, do some on Rule 144(i) and how it impacts this shell.
Looking at the news on that site, doesn't look to me like Hernando County needs any more liquor. That is one depressing County.
Volume comes from paid promoters and insiders to attract unsuspecting noobs. Problem is, this isn't 2005 or 2006 anymore. The OTC doesn't have enough dumb money in the market for even the promoters to unload on, much less the insiders paying for the promo.
P&D's are far more nastier now leaving the market more illiquid with each one.
Nobody has yet to answer me..
Show me one.. just one PR that is not forward looking, or that doesn't require some capital to launch.
According to company filings that have ZERO revenue..
Have you read their reports?
They have yet to make one single dime. I'm not a rocket scientist or anything, but I'm smart enough to know if you don't have any money.. your not going to accomplish all these wonderful things they have mentioned in their PR's.
Show me one PR that is not forward looking, just one. They are all fluff.
It is easy to spot a P&D..
Lots of PR's with promises, no financials to back it up and no verifiable third party sources other than paid promoters.
Simply look at all the new Ihub members who were just recently created to tell you what a wonderful stock this is..
Then look at all the senior members, who have been around while telling you it is a POS..
Who you want to believe? They guy that just showed up... or the ones who have been around awhile.
It's your money after all..
I think gold is over glamorized. Most people are still in denial over China's industrialization and the impact it will have on the global economies.
CKGT - I don't think it takes but about three years to mature a crop. I know SIAF grows a variety of cactus for their HU plantation (dragon fruit). They are developing another 100 acres, and I think they stated 3 years. Btw, speaking about land usage rights.. SIAF has $12.3M in land rights (audited) to CKGT's $19.5M.. they (SIAF) are only using like 20% of their land usage rights and generating $.08 EPS nine months ending (they do have dairy cattle operations though)..
So, CKGT does appear to have some decent land rights.
I've watched this stock get P&D'd more times than you have posted on Ihub. If anyone should "move along"...
There isn't enough dumb money in the market to support these POS P&D's at best you'll get a quick pop.. fizzle and more bagholders.
I was here back in the good days.. before the OTC took a crap and died.

Simply Amazing this turd has been resurrected.
It's all a crap shoot anyway..
Now where did I put my loaded dice at...
I'm certainly not looking forward to it this year either. Especially how the government handled my tax money I paid last year.
Maybe it would be easier if I just handed the check over to the Corporate elitists, Big Wall Street bankers and Crooked lobbyists and their Congressional puppets instead.
Interesting... I use ETFs to gauge my own performance. I'm going to have to see what they are holding.
bout how many shares you got now?
Dairy and Beef.. as China middle class grows, you can expect many of those pork eaters, to be able to afford beef. Insert SIAF.
Dairy is the same situation.
With FEED you are investing in a stable proven market. With SIAF you are investing in a company that has higher growth potential due to increasing consumer demand.
Either way FEED/SIAF are my babies.
