Yawn
So does this mean you’ve given up on your cause trying to disprove that the ice cream is, in fact, available on shelf in one of the largest supermarket chains in the country? (How embarrassing that must have been for you...)
And now you’re moving on to “share selling scam” despite the 8k recently filed showing lock up/leak out agreements for the two largest shareholders
Might be time to turn in that Private Investigator badge your mommy bought you?
That’s ok, we all know you’re still a fireman, an astronaut, and a cowboy

Followed by entry into a 12-month lock up
Thanks for saving the world
Smart investors know what they hold
#StayRetiredSherlock
And the journalists at Fast Company, Washington Post, Maria Bartiromo, the people who run Meijer supermarkets, all stock promoters?

up over 1000% since the low in late 2017
4.5 out of 5 stars on that FB page. Thanks for pointing out how much people love their “imaginary” products
Great job Sherlock!!
People that tried the ice cream commenting on the FB post of the washington post article.
click here to view it on FB:
Just got our third shipment!!!! Love it!!
I got my goods yesterday.. Taste great.. Bye Häagen-Dazs!
We got our variety pack yesterday too. Tried 2 flavors so far. Very good!
check out this Washington Post Nightfood review
gotta say all this publicity is pretty impressive. Hard to see how any private investigators (or regular investors) would not think this is legit.
From the article:
"And here’s the thing: It actually tastes really good. Unlike other “functional” ice creams that boast of higher protein and lower sugar and fat, Nightfood uses real sugar — no alternative sweeteners. There is milk and cream in the ingredients list. It has fewer calories than your typical pint, but you would hardly know it from the texture or taste. It does not seem like a healthy ice cream, which makes it all the more likable. Compared with Haagen Dazs, Nightfood’s pints have significantly less sugar and fat — but they taste way better than other low-fat alternatives, like Halo Top."
sounds pretty good to me...
Obviously this is a real company as any sane person can see
The amazing thing is that you’re so convinced it’s a scam you will sister and contort the evidence
Don’t like the company, fine
Think it’s a scam? Fine
It’s amazing that in light of all the evidence, you still persist with conspiracy theories
Even more curious is why are you here in the first place posting al if you’re allotted posts while tilting at windmills
Kinda strange
Anyway, after your last post nobody will listen to anything you say
So, good day to you
Told you so!!
Please nobody ever delete this post from tolduso
Classic sleuth work! It shows his agenda and his ability to perceive and interpret reality
Told you so!!!
Then why the “locations”?
And why is it only listed as available in some and not others?
Are you serious??
You’re some private investigator
If you walked into a meijer yourself and saw it on the shelf I think you’d still come up with something
“Maybe its a hologram?”
“Maybe I’m hallucinating?”
“Maybe somebody ordered 89 pints of Nightfood on the internet, brought them here along with them to get some eggs and milk, then the ice cream got too heavy and so they set it down here in this freezer between the Haagen Daz and the Ben and jerry because they were tired, and then they accidentally put price stickers on it and then some people accidentally started buying it and posting on Facebook that they bought it at meijer, but it’s not really available there”
You’re a regular Sherlock Holmes old mate!
Is it good?
If I told you I called the guy and gave you his name, rank, and serial number, you’d say I was lying so why bother
Do your own DD. Maybe you should short the stock
Check-mate
Told you so
OK...so, after my last post, I thought to myself, if I were a super-smart hot-shot Professional Investigator, how could I crack this case?
Then I thought, "the internet"! of course!!
Here's what I instruct you to do so you can do YOUR OWN due diligence
1. go to Meijer.com
2. search for "Nightfood"
3. click on the picture for any of the 4 pints that come up in your search (must click on the pint itself)
4. It will show as available
5. click on "check nearby stores"
6. you will see other stores where it is available
7. click in the upper right to change your store
8. pick another zip code in or around the areas shown on the Nightfood store finder
9. see where it comes up...you can find stores with 7 flavors, and some stores with 4 flavors clearly listed as AVAILABLE
So, there you have it....Meijer is showing anybody on the internet who visits their website that the product is AVAILABLE on a location by location basis
Of course, you might argue that Meijer's website is hacked. Or, maybe Mr. Meijer, who runs a $10B plus company, agreed to put this info on their site for some shares of NGTF penny stock???
Or, you may just move on to some other theory about why this is either not proof, or not important.
You can refer to the cleaning lady at wonder ice cream or some other conspiricy theory
And then, you can go to the tried and true, "well, this does not guarantee they will succeed" (which I don't think anybody here would argue with)
So, for now, do you put the issue to rest of whether or not the product really is at Meijer?
Please answer "YES" or "NO" before you move on to your next argument
Told You So!!!
(now's the part where you run out of posts????)
Well that’s the best I have. If not good enough for you I don’t know what to say
I believe them
Maybe, as a former professional investigator, you must be better at this than I am
Why would you ask if people said where they bought it and then I showed you proof, then you say they are lying?
So what difference would it make if they said where they bought it if you’re then going to claim it’s not true?
This is like playing whack-a-troll
So you think the company is lying when they say it’s on shelf at meijer
You think they’re lying about a deal with wonder ice cream?
Lying when they said they manufactured over 100,000 pints
All lies?
here you go:
found the facebook post
one lady said she got some, another guy said he couldn't find it near him. and, it's the picture the company posted of the product on shelf!
are we done with this line of questioning?
well, hang on to your hat because I got something coming for you when I have a minute
I believe the press releases and what the company and people have posted
people do post about stuff they like. look at Halo Top. Private company. People post about how much they like that product (or don't like that product).
any consumer brand, people will post if they like it. this is SOCIAL media
what happens when we post irrefutable proof?
where do you go from there?
I don't have pictures bookmarked...but I did see it somewhere on FB...people posting that they bought it at meijer on FB, that it was amazing.
check the company wall
nobody knows if it will be successful, but I believe they are really in stores, that they really produced product, that they really sold over $100K so far this quarter, and that the media is all over it, and consumers are interested.
nobody can ever guarantee the success of any company. so, what's the point there?
And, when somebody clearly shows the product in a Meijer cooler, will you just move on to the next thing?
ok, so now you're saying it's real...the ice cream and the factory they shot the video in are NOT a prop?
But just that the media has been a selling opportunity, where the stock price also happened to triple on massive volume and now hold the new levels.
is that where we're at?
And, all the distribution news is fake, and their announcement of largest revenue quarter in company history also fake...and a scam company?
I can't follow along with the narrative.
Can you clearly state your position here?
do you think Maria Bartiromo was also a "rented prop"? Their experts? Their pro athletes? Their board of advisors?
and how do you account for the images posted on facebook of the product on shelf in Meijer stores? also a prop?
reviews are starting to appear on Amazon and Facebook. I think this is the real deal.
you can argue the earth is flat all you want...
The real deal?
You didn't see Maria Bartiromo eating the ice cream on national TV (Fox Business) last week?
The video USA Today did?
The articles on the websites of MarketWatch, Food Network, Parents Magazine, Health.com, FastCompany, Business Insider, Bustle, and more
they're all right here
I’ve seen multiple Facebook posts from people saying they bought it at meijer. Do you guys follow the company on fb?
Ouch!
I remember hearing Canada and China. Didn’t remember India
I don't think they manufacture the product themselves. And they announced recently that they teamed with an online retailer (that does ben & jerrys and hagen dazs) to handle the direct to consumer sales.
The news release says "within the next four to eight weeks", but it seems standard for you to misunderstand just about everything (perhaps intentionally, perhaps not).
And, if you do the math, that sounds about right. figure 3 weeks to train your "all-knowing" cleaning lady about this brand new product they just took on, and then another week or more to get it on shelf.
It's about 5:20 AM california time. Why don't you call and see if you can get the night watchman on the phone and he can walk you through their rollout strategy.
takes time to roll a product into retail and get it on the shelfs
SMH
When is that Indian news from?
They mentioned this quarter is the highest revenue in history, over $100k so far.
Did you contact the General Manager of Wonder Ice Cream quoted in the distribution press release yesterday? or content with "the lady" you spoke to at 7AM california time who has never heard of Nightfood ice cream because it only shipped to them last week?
maybe at 7AM, you got the cleaning lady??
Been a brutal few days all around
