Yes but they have been trying to do that. One was dismissed in Nov. and one was dismissed in Feb. The company gave ample notice of their intentions, an entire year ago. A lawsuit will not succeed, and I think this is buying due to promo somewhere touting good news for Kodak, and putting news of cancellation in fine print at the bottom if at all. Is there anyone here who really thinks these shares will not go to zero come Sept 3rd?

DSCR looks like a good bottom play to me. Over 300M shares bought since the 9th, something good coming.

The point of cancelling them is that Kodak doesn't have to pay you. Otherwise they would simply issue more shares and leave you with yours. They will issue new shares and creditors will get some, current common shareholders get none. I doubt litigation will succeed though no doubt that hope may be put out there so others can sell.

I would tend to agree. This seems a very positive development for AMBS and shareholders. The financing and 6 month lockout should help in alleviating short term concerns about dilution. It provides space during which more good news will help bolster share price.

Looks like a huge buy signal to me LOL. Most PennyStocks I've seen in this range are not generating revenues yet, or negligible revenue.

My personal opinion is forget about the dividend. This is a penny stock. Its at a great low, buy more and hold for news to run the PPS back up.
