LOOK looks to me to have formed an Inverse Head and Shoulders here, currently forming the right shoulder at 1.74 now....
some info.:
Head and Shoulders Bottom (Reversal)
The head and shoulders bottom is sometimes referred to as an inverse head and shoulders. The pattern shares many common characteristics with its comparable partner, but relies more on volume patterns for confirmation.
As a major reversal pattern, the head and shoulders bottom forms after a downtrend, and its completion marks a change in trend. The pattern contains three successive troughs with the middle trough (head) being the deepest and the two outside troughs (shoulders) being shallower. Ideally, the two shoulders would be equal in height and width. The reaction highs in the middle of the pattern can be connected to form resistance, or a neckline.
The price action forming both head and shoulders top and head and shoulders bottom patterns remains roughly the same, but reversed. The role of volume marks the biggest difference between the two. Generally speaking, volume plays a larger role in bottom formations than top formations. While an increase in volume on the neckline breakout for a head and shoulders top is welcomed, it is absolutely required for a bottom. We will look at each part of the pattern individually, keeping volume in mind, and then put the parts together with some examples.
Prior Trend: It is important to establish the existence of a prior downtrend for this to be a reversal pattern. Without a prior downtrend to reverse, there cannot be a head and shoulders bottom formation.
Left Shoulder: While in a downtrend, the left shoulder forms a trough that marks a new reaction low in the current trend. After forming this trough, an advance ensues to complete the formation of the left shoulder (1). The high of the decline usually remains below any longer trendline, thus keeping the downtrend intact.
Head: From the high of the left shoulder, a decline begins that exceeds the previous low and forms the low point of the head. After making a bottom, the high of the subsequent advance forms the second point of the neckline (2). The high of the advance sometimes breaks a downtrend line, which calls into question the robustness of the downtrend.
Right Shoulder: The decline from the high of the head (neckline) begins to form the right shoulder. This low is always higher than the head and usually in line with the low of the left shoulder. While symmetry is preferred, sometimes the shoulders can be out of whack and the right shoulder will be higher, lower, wider or narrower. When the advance from the low of the right shoulder breaks the neckline, the head and shoulders reversal is complete.
Neckline: The neckline forms by connecting reaction highs 1 and 2. Reaction high 1 marks the end of the left shoulder and the beginning of the head. Reaction high 2 marks the end of the head and the beginning of the right shoulder. Depending on the relationship between the two reaction highs, the neckline can slope up, slope down or be horizontal. The slope of the neckline will affect the pattern's degree of bullishness: an upward slope is more bullish than downward slope.
Volume: While volume plays an important role in the head and shoulders top, it plays a crucial role in the head and shoulders bottom. Without the proper expansion of volume, the validity of any breakout becomes suspect. Volume can be measured as an indicator (OBV, Chaikin Money Flow) or simply by analyzing the absolute levels associated with each peak and trough.
Volume levels during the first half of the pattern are less important that in the second half. Volume on the decline of the left shoulder is usually pretty heavy and selling pressure quite intense. The intensity of selling can even continue during the decline that forms the low of the head. After this low, subsequent volume patterns should be watched carefully to look for expansion during the advances.
The advance from the low of the head should show and increase in volume and/or better indicator readings (e.g. CMF > 0 or strength in OBV). After the reaction high forms the second neckline point, the right shoulder's decline should be accompanied with light volume. It is normal to experience profit-taking after an advance. Volume analysis helps distinguish between normal profit-taking and heavy selling pressure. With light volume on the pullback, indicators like CMF and OBV should remain strong. The most important moment for volume occurs on the advance from the low of the right shoulder. For a breakout to be considered valid, there needs to be an expansion of volume on the advance and during the breakout.
Neckline Break: The head and shoulders pattern is not complete and the downtrend is not reversed until neckline resistance is broken. For a head and shoulders bottom, this must occur in a convincing manner with an expansion of volume.
Resistance turned support: Once resistance is broken, it is common for this same resistance level to turn into support. Often, the price will return to the resistance break and offer a second chance to buy.
Price Target: After breaking neckline resistance, the projected advance is found by measuring the distance from the neckline to the bottom of the head. This distance is then added to the neckline to reach a price target. Any price target should serve as a rough guide and other factors should be considered as well. These factors might include previous resistance levels, Fibonacci retracements or long-term moving averages.

Broadband over power line vendor rolls out service
Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana will have BPL service this month
By Grant Gross, IDG News Service March 02, 2004
WASHINGTON - More than a million residents of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana will have a new broadband option this month in the first large-scale rollout of broadband over power line (BPL) service, despite concerns that the new BPL technology interferes with other radio frequency devices, including ham radios.
Current Communications Group, a BPL vendor, announced Tuesday it is teaming with Cinergy Broadband LLC, a subsidiary of Cinergy Corp., to roll out BPL service in Cinergy's coverage area by March 15, said Brian Lustig, a Current Communications spokesman. Current Communications has been conducting small-scale trials of BPL in the Cincinnati, Ohio, and Potomac, Maryland, areas for more than a year.
The large-scale rollout will be available to Cinergy's 1.5 million customers in southwestern Ohio, parts of central and southern Indiana and the Cincinnati suburbs in Kentucky. The rollout follows action by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in mid-February in which commissioners voted to move forward with a process to measure interference caused by BPL service. The FCC's move drew criticism from groups such as the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), which contends that BPL interferes with ham radio signals.
An ARRL official wasn't immediately available to comment on Current Communications' announcement.
BPL vendors pitch the service as a third broadband choice, in addition to cable modem and DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) service. FCC commissioners have trumpeted BPL as a broadband option for customers in rural areas where cable or DSL service aren't available.
Current Communications' service will allow consumers to receive broadband through their electrical outlets. Users can plug in a HomePlug power line modem into an electric socket anywhere in a house or office without professional installation or additional wiring, according to the company.
Current Communications is also planning to offer a voice over Internet Protocol service, possibly through a partnership with another company, Lustig said.
Customers in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky will be able to buy BPL service for $29.95 to $39.95 a month, depending on the connection speed. A second Current Communications joint venture with Cinergy will deploy BPL to smaller municipal and cooperatively owned power companies covering 24 million customers across the U.S. The companies have not announced a date for that second rollout.

If your computer drags and lags and is slow, read this.....
these are "free" way to improve the speed of your computer:
Computer Cleanup
By: Jeff Cunningham
Here's a problem I bet most of you have run into, your computer at home or at work is running slow, really frustratingly slow. So what can you do to make it run like new? Keep reading.
We've found out that even if you got a new computer within the last few months it only takes a couple of weeks or even days to slow down. We're going to be talking about fixes you can do to Windows XP, but remember, most of these fixes can be done on other versions of Windows.
The first tip, and the easiest, is just turn off your computer. Unplug it from the wall, leave it off for 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn it on. This will help get rid of unneeded files and other junk clogging up your memory.
Still having problems?
All windows operating systems come with one very good program. It's the disk defragment program. To find it just click on your start button. Then go to "programs" .... "accessories" .... "system tools" ... and then click on “disk defragmenter” In the main window highlight your "c" drive and click defragment. Now go cook dinner, watch a movie or go for a walk. This can take a few minutes up to a few hours depending on how messed up your disk is. Remember, it's normal for your disk to become fragmented, you just have to run this program every couple of weeks.
So you think your computer is still running slow??
Maybe you need to free-up some more memory. There are two easy clean-ups for this. First, on your keyboard click and hold in the windows button.. Then also click "e". This opens up the file explorer. In your main drive, usually the *c* drive, click the plus (+) symbol next to it. Then you need to search for two folders. First, the folder called "temp". Then the folder called "temporary internet files" These are usually in the main windows folder, local settings or my documents. Highlight all the files in each of these folders and hit delete.
Now close all the windows.
If you use *internet explorer* to surf the web do the following on a regular basis. Open Explorer, click on “tools” then “internet options”. Now click “clear history” and click yes. Then click “delete files”. In the new window check the box labeled "delete all offline content". Then click OK. This could take a few minutes if you've never done this before. Once this is done, your internet surfing should go much quicker.
UPDATE:
One tip we have added to the list will permanently eliminate the need to constantly remove temporary internet files, there is a setting that you can use inside IE. It will dispose of temporary internet files every time the browser is closed. Open up Explorer, GO to TOOLS ... INTERNET ... OPTIONS. Choose the ADVANCED BUTTON. You will get a window to open, then scroll down the highlighted entry and click on the button to select the option: Empty Temporary Internet folder when browser is closed . This will permanently eliminate the need to navigate the C drive to get rid of temp files. Then click APPLY and OK. Bye bye files!
Now if you're using the internet a lot, there's a good chance you also have what's known as “bots” on your system. They are very small programs that track the sites you look at and eat up a lot of memory which in turn slow down your computer.
How do you get rid of them? We recommend a spyware program. We've used the free program called "SpyBot" and have defiantly noticed an increase in speed. Just make sure to read all the instructions before using this program. You can download this program by clicking here for free.
Now with most of these programs and tips, there is information in the windows help feature. or within the program itself. As with any computer tips and tricks, try them at your own risk. And if you have questions ask for help from someone who knows more about computers.
HRCT IR wrote replied to an e mail I sent today.....
Earnings will be out within 3 weeks. They did not (could not) tell me the exact date. They may not know themselves though.
The reply I got was better than nothing though!

Comment on the our Constitutional right of free speech.......
Is the constitutional right of free speech all encompassing?
In other words, can anyone say anything to or about anyone and get away with it?
Does the right to free speech also include lies that can hurt people in various ways? If so, why are their laws against slander (saying a lie) and libel (writing a lie)?
Isn't slander and libel a form of free speech? Aferall, you are just saying what you want too. Right!?
Why is it wrong then?
Because it is a Lie! There is a much older law that predates America's constitution. It goes like this:
"Thou shalt not lie"
Do you recognize this?
Here is another very old bit of wisdom that predates this country's constitution:
"Do not cast thy pearls of wisdom before swine, for they will only trample them underfoot. Do not give what is wise to dogs, for they will only turn and attack you."
Just something to think about!
And one other thought: "Engaging in a debate with a fool for a long period of time, makes you a fool yourself."
All of these things come right out of the original source of wisdom...the Bible!
Go HRCT!
Last comment on this discussion which is going nowhere. You say: "The SEC is not alleging that Phan received money from the improper sale of HRCT shares. The money went into HRCT's bank account. "HRCT the company" is named as defendant in the suit."
Here is my reply: The money that was taken (whether it went into HRCT's bank account or someone's personal account) was done by Who??? Some "Person" did this action, NOT the "Hartcourt company"! Hartcourt the company is named in the suit you say. Who is "Hartcourt the company"??? The company is not human and therefore can do no wrong! It is the HUMAN behind the company that did wrong, not the company itself. The HUMAN did the misdeed, which brought about the complaint in the first place (by other humans).
Hartcourt the company is composed of several shareholder/owners, which had NOTHING to do with the actions which led to this complaint/suit.
To penalize the "company and all of it's shareholder/owners" for the misdeeds of a single individual in upper management would not only be illogical and unfair, but unjust as well.
By your reasoning and logic, if what you say is true, whenever any single individual does anything wrong or illegal, his entire family, friends, community, state, and race should be held accountable and be punished.
The thousands of innocent shareholders of HRCT will not suffer from the misdeeds of a single individual by this civil suit.
Your reasoning is faulty and if you can't see that, then we will just have to agree to disagree!
I have to reply to that comment! You say: "If Phan is guilty, he was acting for Hartcourt and thus Hartcourt will have to pay"!
Phan was Not acting on behalf of Hartcourt, if he indeed did what the civil complaint said he did. He was acting on behalf of HIMSELF! If he was acting on behalf of the company itself and it's shareholders, there would be NO civil suit.
The suit is all about greed and obtaining money under false pretense for his OWN gain. That is Not acting on behalf of the company or it's shareholders.
And I am not a "chicken little" as you call me. I saw the chart at this time and thought it was a good time for entry and therefore started posting comments on how I feel about this company.
You have every right not to like my comments...if they go against your beliefs, but that wont stop me from posting.
But unlike you, I wont resort to name calling. Just like the SEC, let's keep this thing "civil". LOL
The reason why I am here is because I am a new shareholder, but the questions that rings in my mind is this:
if you are not a shareholder here and have not been for quite some time....why do you care at all about a company to post constant messages on a message board (whether they are good or bad comments). To me, it doesn't make any sense. I am not saying a person can't do this, you can do whatever you want....but to me, it doesn't make sense. I'd question someone making constant positive comments too about a stock, who has no position or interest in the company too (not just negative comments). I don't understand it though.
The ONLY reasoning I can think of for doing this is....
an empty life and too much time on your hands.
But even at that, I don't understand why choose a stock message board? Personally, I'd be in a general chat room talking to other people, making friends and meeting people.
To each his own. Discuss away...I gots ta get back to work.
I read the 1 page complaint, it is not that hard to understand.....
you do not hold a publically traded company and it's shareholder/owners responsible for the misdeeds of one man.
Hartcourt, the company did not do the action that warranted the civil suit, Phan the Man did. He was only a representative of the company, but not the company itself. The SEC knows this!
Do you condemn an entire state, when one man steals something and came from that state? Do you condemn an entire race, when a member of that race does a misdeed?
No way! The man is NOT the company. When this company went public, it became open for many owner/shareholders.
If Phan did the misdeed, he is the one who should pay (not only the fine and legal fees, but the restitution back to you and me both..all of us)!
If I have said anything that doesn't make complete sense and that does not have the ringing sound of Justice inside it's very words, may God judge me!
None of this is sugar coated, I'm speaking the truth!
What I don't understand at this board is this.....
if so many of you don't like this company, why are you even here??? If I don't like a stock or company, I don't hang around a message board cutting the company down. Afterall, what do I care?? I come here with some words of encouragement and optimism about Hartcourt and you think i am a pumper??
Look at the fundamentals of the company and what they have been doing the past 6 months. Look at the chart and the support line! This stock is readying for a move upward imho.
Hartcourt should have nothing but great earnings this quarter and year, given all it's recent company developments and yet because of the SEC civil case against Phan, so many of the people here hate this company because of this single individual and his actions.
From what I have heard, Phan is gone. Whether he is guilty of the $800,000 fraud is yet to be seen. BUT, I will not hold this company accountable for the possible mis-actions of one man! $800,000 is not the end of the world.
The man is NOT the company! CEO's come and go all the time. HRCT is under new management and whether or not the SEC civil case is settled or not, this company at this level should have no where to go but Up from here.
WHY? Because ALL bad news has already been factored into the price at this point. If Phan is found innocent...the price will go up. If Phan is found guilty...the price will go up...for the simple reason that this civil suit uncertainty will be over and Phan will have to restitute the money he took under false pretense back to the company!
If Phan did the wrongdoing, he is the one who will have to pay the fine and legal fees, not the company and it's innocent shareholders. All the thousands of innocent shareholders here did not do a thing wrong!
Either way, shareholders will stand to benefit because the uncertainty will be removed. Until then, the stock will move up based on it's fundamental and technical merit.
end of story. If you don't like this stock, why hang around the boards? That doesn't make sense either! Does it??
If you look at the chart, HRCT is at it's very strong year long support. The reason why it wont drop on the news is because the "weedout" came BEFORE the news release. Now that the weak hands have been weeded out, the stock can move up without them, as they look on in disgust! LOL
HRCT is at a very strong year long support line now. With this news and anticipation of a great earnings quarter, watch the price move up imho.
SCKT..3.44....
news out this morning. price should consolidate at this level imho.

Hartcourt will be in the green tomorrow. Friday was capitulation day! Back to 64 cents in a jiffy imo. Easy 30% upmove coming.
That message makes good horse sense to me. I think hartcourt will start recovering right off the bat this coming monday. Friday looked like a high volume washout day before something big comes out. Got rid of the weakhands before they let this one ride up. 51 cents is a very strong support here.

This company has proprietary technology and patents in BPL (Broadband over Power Lines) and the FCC has been seriously considering this type of new innovative technology....
http://www.nwfusion.com/net.worker/news/2004/0212powerbroad.html
The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will look into ways that an emerging broadband option – broadband over power lines – can coexist with other devices using radio frequency.
The FCC on Thursday voted to move forward with a process to measure interference caused by broadband over power line service. Broadband over power lines – often called BPL – delivers high-speed Internet access using near ubiquitous power lines, but some licensed users of radio frequency spectrum have complained that BPL interferes with their signals.
The FCC notice of proposed rulemaking will attempt to measure radio frequency emissions from BPL equipment. Several groups, including the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), have expressed concerns over the unlicensed BPL equipment interfering with their licensed radio signals. However, Ahn Wride, a senior engineer in the FCC's Office of Engineering Technology, said FCC staff are confident the interference problems can be resolved.
HQNT closed at 1.08..up over 20% today. I fully expect it to go to 1.20-1.25. This was an easy one to get in at 76 cents a few days back. Nice little company here!
