I have to reply to that comment! You say: "If Phan is guilty, he was acting for Hartcourt and thus Hartcourt will have to pay"!
Phan was Not acting on behalf of Hartcourt, if he indeed did what the civil complaint said he did. He was acting on behalf of HIMSELF! If he was acting on behalf of the company itself and it's shareholders, there would be NO civil suit.
The suit is all about greed and obtaining money under false pretense for his OWN gain. That is Not acting on behalf of the company or it's shareholders.
And I am not a "chicken little" as you call me. I saw the chart at this time and thought it was a good time for entry and therefore started posting comments on how I feel about this company.
You have every right not to like my comments...if they go against your beliefs, but that wont stop me from posting.
But unlike you, I wont resort to name calling. Just like the SEC, let's keep this thing "civil". LOL
