1. I would immediately train salespersons on the money making PHR for their participation in our sales progam which would consist of a scenario like thus; You call and set up an appointment with a veterinarian, lawyer, any medical entity or any business with a patient/client base and tell them how their office personnel can sell 40 PHR's each and earn a lifetime paid PHR for themselves and inform the owner that he/she will also receive the same lifetime PHR if the office produces the required result! You show the owner the money made by their cut of the 99.95 dollars per year per phr user and the cumulative income which will go on until users actually expire or quit the program which is a minimal risk due to the fact that people like the product. You are going to have a slam dunk scenario initiated with the temporary (1 year?) usage of the phr to the owner and employees to get participants trained and able to relate to potential users! Owners will push this forever as they will love the extra money coming in from their cut of the PHR subscription! 2. I would also contact every business agent in every union and show them the same plan to sell to all union members via negotiations with companys who will gladly pay for employees who show good attendence records with very little sick days off and offer a company paid PHR for those good employees giving incentive for the "slackers" to also be rewarded with a PHR and of course general awarness of good health for all plus all the security that MMRF's PHR provides! Any particular local union would sign a contract with MMRF that all companys participating would send money to MMRF and monthly checks to union would be cut and sent to a very happy local union! Employees get an earned yet FREE PHR that was negotiated by their new union contract! 3. I would contact every elk, moose, masonic, vfw, all manner of organizations and their members would be happy to pay for a PHR that also brings money into their treasury! 4. I can go on and on but unless Bob Lorsch comes to his senses or we get a real CEO then this company will not survive. JMO..Tif
You always have, simply by telling the truth and your non-use of Kool-aid which I have recently stopped drinking. Probably now get another e-mail now from BL informing me how much I am screwing up my investment when my real intent is to make people aware of what actions he could still take to make this company a success but of course he just wants out of this company and continues to suck it dry with absolutely no regard for others but he will continue to impress all around him with his "sensitivity" by giving them the wet eyed look and a tear or two to perpetuate his actually non-existent "Caring Persona" which of course qualifys him for membership in the actors guild where he really belongs! Sure hoping for a good CEO someday who knows how to sell versus the current CEO who actually thinks he is impressing folks with his endless self-serving ramblings...I believe the word Neurotic fits him perfectly...JMO...Tif
I believe the kool aid drinking has got to stop and folks take a real look at what is real and ignore the hype that Bob Lorsch spews! His PR "I must have seen it coming" should have had the title "I heard it thru the grapevine". As you go back on his history you realize that he never had an original thought nor any patents based on his own original thoughts but instead based on others! His big "coup" with Microsoft were ploys that any 6th grade class would come up with and perhaps (per my grandson) even throw in giving away Bach candy adhered to advertising sheets on the streets of Las Vegas. Has anybody noticed the absence of Bill Gates with his arm around good old bob advocating his wonderful company as appreciation for what good old bob did for Microsoft? Nope, as BL is too seedy for a classy guy like Bill Gates to acknowledge. Bob Lorsch would be in 7th heaven getting shuck of MMRF and vacating the premises with his investment returned as evidenced by the "pay off" the past failed ploy of the merger would have provided for him. Today of course Bob Lorsch will continue milking the cash out of the company, never hire a sales force, and continue to speak out of both sides of his mouth while not realizing that when you tell one person something and tell another person something entirely different and contradictory then you have simply what we common folk call "A LIER". JMO and telling as it is since I swore off "KOOL-AID" which cleared my common sense to look at his "hockey pucks" real history..never again!
...Tiffer
New investers will never be forthcoming as only revenues will provoke such a scenario and Bob Lorsch with his continuing hype and forecast of blue skys does not provide the underlying problem of no sales force and no revenues. Will this change? I do not believe so as Bob Lorsch thinks advertising takes precedence over face to face sales. This CEO is simply to lazy to put together a sales force. I really thought he finally would get on the right path when he put out a PR complimenting a couple of our I-Hub posters on bringing a signed contract and possible future contracts to MMRF thru a face to face at the HIMSS show. I even sent him the post where one of our fellows had a backyard barbeque resulting in 7 PHR's being bought by his friends! These face to face sales mean nothing to a man such as Bob Lorsch who is living the good life on his corporate credit card and as I have stated, simply to lazy to initiate any meaningful marketing plans for a sales force to bring in revenues. Todays PR is another outstanding example of his self glorification/hype and no mention of course of ungoing business, because there is none as verified by the finanacials. I hope a company buys MMRF and gets this lazy CEO gone and starts selling the PHR like it should be sold by the many marketing plans many have advocated on this board. JMO...Tif
Trying to reconcile BL's salary with the revenue producing salespersons that should be partaking of BL's 239 thousand salary and BL should be receiving 1 dollar a year plus of course all he can steal on his corporate credit cart and alter ego who is the RHL group! Downtime Protection and Business Continuance Solution Will Be Installed at 15 Sites Using MEDITECH and Siemens Healthcare Information Systems
NATICK, MA--(Marketwire - May 29, 2012) - Interbit Data, a leading provider of software and services connecting people with information for more efficient healthcare, today announced that Catholic Health East (CHE) has purchased NetSafe business continuance and downtime protection software for 15 hospitals located in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Georgia and Florida. The facilities utilize MEDITECH and Siemens healthcare information systems from which NetSafe uploads encrypted up-to-date electronic medication administration records (eMARs), Master Patient indexes, Blood Bank Transfusion logs and other critical patient information to local computers. By enabling 24/7 access to critical patient information, NetSafe ensures that CHE hospitals maintain uninterrupted patient care during a system or network glitch!
Sure wish our PHR could be mentioned/sold with an outfit like this!..Tif
Love your imagination and spot on analogy which presented facts in a very entertaining scenario. Thanks, I like the laughter from my wife especially as she remarked; He sure got that right! Tif
Individual sales will be the salvation of this company and for that we need a sales force. Sure hope we get it. Tiffer
You have your opinion and I have mine so we agree to disagree and while you may prefer the head in sand stance I prefered to get my head out of the sand and state reality instead of participating in self delusion...I never could get Avon on board because of the smell test failure..Tiffer
Your thoughts reflect nothing of what a CEO thinks when doing business with a company that does not pass the smell test but of course how would you know unless you answered to a board of professionals/majority stock holders who have completely different views then yours? They research any company they do business with! You insinuate bigotry when what you really mean to say is just ignore it and it does not matter! Sorry, you are wrong on the workings of the real business world where the majority of businesses still believe in the word INTEGRITY!
The image of a company is paramount and if you want to do business with reputable companys and the seedy persona of MMRF being traced thru MMRF's videos so easily by anybody with half a brain does not bode well for doing any business with any company. This is ALL about the stock and MMRF's lack of doing business with companys that put their integity on the line when they do business with anybody and they sure as heck are not going to sell PHR's for MMRF. Small fry is all MMRF can hope to entice and probably just the Hollywood crowd at that. BL soiled the sheets when he allowed this to happen and I suppose that is part of keeping a trophy wife instead of thinking with a clear business mind and taking care of your investers and the companys image! I feel especially sorry for Mr. Teich and Mr. Langani knowing when they meet important people to promote sales that most likely nothing will happen after seeing and following MMRF's videos and the curiousity to click on the name Kira Reed delivering the info!
and the sharing of his wifes soft porn videos with the whole world is unselfishness beyond words or understanding!
Future PR released by MMRF! We have started hiring salespersons for the PHR in the LA area...We have signed a marketing agreement with a vendor specifically relating to Equine PHR's...We have given specific info and profit benefits to our Australian partners on the process of individual PHR sales by buyers trusted doctors, lawyers, insurance entitys, etc. which they say they will initiate in the near future.... We have signed up a new vendor for all of Australia for Equine PHR's...We have also signed up several 911 areas involving 100's of thousands of folks able now to input to their respective sheriffs office specific life saving info in case of an emergency call to their address and these 911 contracts will have the incentive of the profit sharing of each PHR sold to do their own advertisements of same to the taxpayers within that area!... I could go on with many many more ploys but for what purpose? Nobody at MMRF lisens...JMO...Tif
My question is are you concerned enough to talk to Mr. Langani over those beers on the prospect of him and Teich talking to BL and discussing the advantage of having an active sales force! I can well imagine a doctor/vet/lawyer with just the PHR sales talking to a patient/client about the PHR and perhaps even relating how some proceeds of that cost of the PHR would be contributed to the Wounded Warriors Project to help our veterans. As the American People are the most soft hearted and giving people in the world then that would be an added incentive for that client/patient to purchase MMRF's PHR. But what we have with this CEO is somebody who is busily grabbing any cash available and paying off vendors with the AS. Heaven forbid he part with any of the cash to pay salespersons! The only "perk" he offers to potential business partners, who would really matter as far as revenues go, is a direct line thru his wifes videos to show his trophy wifes butt! Very distasteful for other CEO's of integrity! I do not wonder at the lack of meaningful revenues with the only sales tool being BL's 4,000 electronic rolodex which has only provided a callous on his finger! Yet a sales force promoting sales to individuals via their trusted entitys would surly work. At least I would hope so! When Mr. Langani came on board BL touted that he now he has the time to contact other Bio Companys on more sales of MMRF's bio assets but as time has proven our bio assets have never provoked another "lucky strike" like Celgene which indicated to me that other Bio Companys consider the value of our bio assets to be minimal! I was very excited on the Unis-Tonghue Joint Venture and remember well the deletions in the agreement hiding what we all felt was the revenue particulars but what transpired at the HIMSS conf. was a Unis executive telling BL that he can now translate the PHR into Chinese and no indication on where that PHR is going in China!! Will MMRF's prepaid J hook cards be hanging with other items on a cart with a cooly pushing his cart and hawking his wares along some street somewhere? Many questions that BL has never addressed and probably never will. JMO..Tif
Kinda hoping that MMRF's silence on recent activitys protrays a blockbuster announcement being prepared on the revenue front. Perhaps BL has a real surprise for us and I can happily eat my words on what I believe to be a lackluster CEO! A friend of mine who owns far more shares then I do remarked that the only way this company will prevail is to establish a sales force and I of course completely agree...we will see...Tiff
What has changed my outlook? His lack of performance in key areas which any simpleton CEO would be doing! I no longer drink the kool-aid and am absolutely ashamed that I did for so long!...I will be among the many to cheer when something positive happens but I can not reconcile a CEO who does not even have the good sense to have a sales force in one of the most populated areas in the country!...JMO..Tif
As Joe Friday said on Dragnet years ago; "Just the facts ma'am, just the facts!...I refuse to be misled anymore by the irresponsible actions of this CEO who would rather blame posters then his own lack of salesmanship!..A salesman he is most definately not!... just a yakker...JMO of course...
All right .. ask for an EXCLUSIVE marketing agreement with MMRF for the horse business worldwide which provides MMRF's newly minted horse PHR for your deployment and see where your submission of said marketing agreement goes! If Bob Lorsch can not put together something like this together for you then that will tell all of us on this board that we are dealing with a CEO who is married to his desk and phone and quite frankly is plain too lazy to put any effort towards making this company a success! He would rather tell all of us how hard he is working 18 hours a day when in reality he is an insomniac who spends his waking hours going hoarse on the phone cajoling anybody who will lisen to incorporate the PHR, and when he actually does, we find ourselves with advertisements with no takers, also worrying about and doing everything to hold on to his trophy wife with ownership of the company, videos to keep her in the play of things, Insurance policy in the millions in case of his demise, blaming posters for the drop in PPS when it is he himself responsible for no sales force, no thoughts whatsoever on how trusted entitys would be happy making money selling PHR's to their clients/patients and all the while looking for an out to get his investment back and leave all investers hanging! Remember the Omidi deal paying off his RHL group shares and establishing a new line of credit from supposed reverse merger? This CEO has too much baggage flitting around in his mind to be effective for putting together a sales force or revenue gathering marketing agreements and selling a really great PHR. I wish he would do a real self evaluation and stop the outright misleading "Fluff" PR's and start being a responsible, honest, true to his word, CEO. In others words...MAN UP.....JMO....Tiffer
Your remark about not being near to the Great Depression is not correct as what just came out on the news channels tells it like it is; The real unemployment figure is 1 percentage point off the highest amount of people actually unemployed during the great depression! Your talk about food lines and related things do not pertain in this new world with 2 year unemployment benefits, rampant food stamp give-a-ways and borrowing money 40 cents on the dollar. Actual number of people off the rolls now and true unemployment figure is according to the news 27 percent! Things are going to get much worst unless things in Washington change!...Not my opinion..just facts....Tif
Exactly; something I have been shaking BL's cage about for many months! BL touts X amount of users signed up by doctors with their MMR-PRO systems in place and even gives us estimates on users signed up by said doctors on a yearly basis generates X amount of dollars but does not have a sales force to sell this money making lucrative business plan to vets, lawyers, and all manner of businesses with clients/patients that would be happy to bring in extra income to their respective business. I sometimes feel that its like talking to a wall trying to get BL to do something that relates to common sense in the sales world and my efforts and others seem to make no sense to a marketing man but would most definately to a salesman!...oh well...perhaps some day he will come to his senses...JMO..You simply cannot beat a trusted entity selling a PHR to their clients/patients...Tif
Just when we thought the company was "going to the dogs" then perhaps the dogs (and cats) will save us...might throw in the horses too....Tif
Mr. Langani, who was an executive for Chartis, knows full well that unless you provide a monetary reward to any individual salesperson working for Chartis then you will have a non-event as far as selling our PHR to policyholders! This "blanket coverage" that Chartis pays for is not meant to make money for the salespersons but to give money to Chartis itself if any new/old policyholder signs up and of course our PHR acts as an incentive (which MMRF gave them EXCLUSIVE rights too and which knocked out all other ins. companys) for policyholder to become a user! What Chartis is really paying for is that EXCLUSIVE right and in my opinion that was a very bad deal and should be termininated and MMRF should be signing up the multitude of ins. companys instead of selling the farm and giving Chartis a monopoly choke hold on our PHR which was stupid! .. JMO...Tif
PETM located in Arizona with 40,000 full time employees and vet hospitals galore would sure be a coup for MMRF to acquire a partnership with! Lets all hope for many more affiliations providing meaningful revenue coming into the pipeline...
You might want to suggest that to BL. I know that he welcomes all suggestions and you will surly get an answer back.
The e-mail blitz over the past years by the contracted e-mail business that MMRf contracted with by giving them many millions of AS has not proven to get into anybodys front door so now that MMRF has now initiated the ploy of going after the doggy/cat door we will see some results! Pets have a high priority in many folks lives....JMO...Tif
Pets best seems to have a lot of vet connections! I hope some of them are horse doctors...Tif

.Accidents that occur while hunting or in service
Cruciate injuries if the pet has pre-existing injury on opposite leg
We consider each cruciate injury as a separate incident. This means that if your pet injures his left cruciate ligament, we won’t consider later injury of the right ligament to be pre-existing as long as it occurs after the cruciate coverage waiting period.
Consistent coverage regardless of spay or neuter status
We offer the same coverage and benefits regardless of whether your pet has been spayed or neutered. Some companies will not provide accident coverage for a pet hit by a car, or injured in a dog fight, if that pet is not spayed or neutered. In addition, when you compare pet insurance options, you may learn that others exclude medical coverage for hormonal conditions and conditions affecting reproductive organs if a pet is not spayed or neutered.
Ongoing/chronic conditions
When your policy renews, we don’t consider previously covered conditions to be pre-existing. This means your pet will still be covered up to your plan’s maximum per incident benefit, even if treatment spans many months or years. Compare pet insurance companies and you'll see that others may exclude or charge extra for this coverage.
Older pets
We have no upper age limits for pets and we don’t reduce or cancel coverage based on your pet’s age. Some insurance companies may not insure pets over age 8 and even as young as 5 for certain breeds.

The company "EMBRACE" with 5 stars has them all beat...too bad MMRF did not get the best...oh well...I am sure BL is doing the best he can...Tif
New MMRF PR stating offering of PHR to pet owners..600,000 vets and pet owners nationwide!..Guess we will see how sales go this year!...A ray of light/hope?? Now that its raining cats and dogs where/when are the horses on board?? E-mail blitz has not worked in the past but perhaps this new blitz might from a reputable company that pet owners trust...we will see!!.http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=178404&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=1700673&highlight=
I think it is very apparent that the "Big Deal Mentality" that the MMRF staff mind set is locked in does not work and this is apparent by the Unis-Tonghue Joint Venture that is not even worth the paper it was written on! We see the Chartis "milestones" that are never reached and other then initial payment we see no future revenues forthcoming! The Australian "milestones" of which needs to be reached, for any realistic revenues, will also be not worth the paper it was written on! I keep harping on having a sales force other then Lorsch, Langani and Teich who are keyed into hoping on the plane with their American Express Corporate credit cards and traveling here and yon signing up people for the unrealistic "Big Deals". This company has a very marketable product in just the PHR for $99.99 and we have no sales force for the approach to lawyers, all manner of medical facilitys, All veterinarians, especially the horse doctors where $99.95 is nothing to spend on up to 10 horses for a PHR! Sure we hear now that horse icons have been put on a possible PHR for horses and this entire ploy should have been completed like yesterday but since we lost our IT expert then I suppose MMRF has hired amateurs to put together a decent horse PHR! I feel the only hope for this product is for a sales force to be formed working right out of MMRF headquarters and for Bob Lorsch to learn how to sale a product instead of trying to keep on trying his marketing ploys!...We need face to face for this hard to sale product and lawyers, all medical entitys, and horse vets can well do what Bob Lorsch cannot do.....SELL TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CLIENTS/PATIENTS....Just My Opinion of course....Tif

Marketing plan for 911!Saturday, May 26, 2012 To: Bob Lorsch; When the city of Tracy, California, announced it would charge residents $300 for placing a 911 emergency medical call, a solution to municipal deficit mushroomed into a national debate about personal versus governmental responsibility.
Sacramento’s CBS 13 news reported that the city planned to fill some of its $9 million budget deficit by levying 911 fees, giving Tracy residents a choice of paying a “voluntary” annual charge of $48 per household for unlimited 911 calls, or $300 at the time of a call! ............................. ....So you can see Bob and Mr. Langani the thousands of 911 entitys are open for suggestions on how to make money for their particular areas! If MMRF started to sign up the millions in the LA/Nationwide/Worldwide 911 entitys with a generous pay out similar to what physicians receive and a code that is affixed and perhaps advertised in the newspapers by the 911/police dept. in that area to mention that code when signing up with an added incentive for a user discount with signup then I feel that this would give MMRF a superior marketing plan and hopefully the PPS will rise on this marketing plan!....Good luck and "go get em" you guys/gals......Tiffer

Subject: New video from Kira!
I really enjoyed the simple straight foreward presentation that your wife did on her new video but the only thing I felt that should have been included is telling potential buyers of the PHR that they could also put their PHR number in the computer of their respective 911 data base which would , I feel, drive more folks to buy the PHR knowing that responders would be reading possible remedys for the stricken person BEFORE they arrive at any address. 911 is very receptive to having as much info on any emergency response and who knows, any particular 911 data base and political entity might even be receptive to promoting MMRF's PHR if they were included in the lucrative cash incentive of making money for their police, ambulance, and fire departments budget concerns. Wishing you both health and happiness....Tiffer
Greed has invoked the buying of this stock on the onset by all investors and greed drives the MMRF staff to make this company a winner! I have put my money on the premise that greed will win as that is why Bob Lorsch started this company in the first place! Yup! I actually entertain the notion that he is doing his damndest to be rich and I will stay with this somewhat questionable CEO who puts out rather dubious PR's but yet keeps trying to make this company a success...Bob Lorsch rightfully pulls money/more stock out whichever way he can to somewhat offset his own money he has invested and anybody who thinks they would do any different also thinks about buying oceanfront property in Kansas!....I had a lot of time to think about friends lost in Vietnam when I spent 5 months in a hospital in Japan and I still think of them daily and give a moment of silence and respect for their sacrifice especially on this Memorial Day thanking them for my long life and the ability to put posts on a message board!...Tiffer
You will never see that as a selling point because you are not in a physical condition to warrant such thoughts but sadly there are millions of folks out there that do have those concerns and like folks at the recent barbeque that one of our posters had at his house with 7 phr user memberships being bought shows the awakening interest that folks have in their health! The future will surly be individuals taking more responsibilty for their own health/records and advance info will play a very big part in saving lives for those with enough foresight to have that PHR...just like an insurance policy on their life which costs little!...Tif
No! emergency responders would have access and it is FREE! beats the heck out of responders looking for a card with your access on it when they already know your malady(s) before they even reach your house! Also foreign languages come into play with a card that nobody can find and read when a persons I.D. and address would be sufficient to access their info (if they have a phr)..Worldwide? of course, with todays technology! Huge..LOL (got the spelling right 3F)..with 10 percent of the POP. responsible for 90 percent of health care costs which is in the trillions in the U.S. then you may get an idea of how much 911/medicare is used by that minority of our pop. responsible for most of health care costs...Tif
You are ignoring the reason for a PHR in the first place! I do not know why you also ignore the 911 calls going on currently nor do you realize the life saving capabilitys of this ploy! For those who have a phr number in place with their respective 911 entitys it would save lives which I have no doubt! For those who do not have a phr then its on their backs but not us who have the PHR! You insinuate also on the low use of the 911 calls and ignore the older population that use the 911 extensively! In the real world and according to my 911 cousin this would be extremely beneficial to saving lives and is really indisputable by anybody taking issue with it....Tiffer
Just got off the phone to my second cousin who is a 911 sheriffs office employee down by sacramento and she told me that my thought of a phr number could be easily incorporated in the history of all 911 calls from any particular number and data/internet access number could be inputed easily on the top of the history list for anybody wanting to put there newly bought pre-paid PHR number there! So 3F we have a nationwide system in place for emergency responders and your synopsis on what I am saying is not persuant to ALL people but a very good selling point for users of our PHR..........Your quote; "Its a great idea but I just dont know how you can implement it. You have people calling 911 in any particular area from all over the place. So would everyone living in that particular 911 area be made to have a PHR from MMR? That would never happen"...You see 3F my idea is only for MMRF's PHR and the capability of new/old users to provide more capability for emergency responders. We "implement" it ourselves by a simple call to the sheriffs/police dept. I hope phr users do not make the mistake of calling 911 to implement but call non-emergency # of respective 911 sites...Wish BL would stop eating out of that box of donuts on his desk and get with thinking out of the box again....Tif
