YEA Burnin -the bid has tightened up to .0119-.012
I was thinking the other day that BEHL needs to get with these solid waste companies that have all of these closed landfill cells. Most of them have a large flat surface and a byproduct called leachate which is the liquid byproduct of rain and decomposition. For that matter if leachate worked well in producing algae they could setup PBR's at working solid waste facilities and treat leachate which is a ongoing battle for landfills.
There was only a couple useable acres at hb
Was it the week before last I said seeing large PBR farms like windmill farms was 3 to 6 years away, well I was wrong!
We have had the best weekend of dialouge on this board in a long long time. I appreciated everyone who contributed, Thanks!
I think Monday will be a buy day for BEHL.
BEDA Is trading above it's 20 and 50 mda and on the verge of crossing the 200 mda which will give it the coveted Golden Cross. The MACD is above the signal line, a 9day moving average. Second, the MACD is above 0 which implies that the underlying moving averages are trending higher. And to top all of that off the BOD are in talks for a stock buyback
IBOX If you have not looked at the ibox recently you all should open it and do so. Steve017 has done a lot of work on it and it is looking good. Thank you Steve017 for all of your efforts to keep this board up to date.
I agree the website is a mess, Dennis needs to make that a priotity this week. Keep in mind a lot of things have happened this past week. The 4th quarter was completed, RWE is there and all the components are coming in for assembly. What Dennis needs to do is get someone on that web monday and kick some but till it is right. With Dreamweaver which is what most use for design and maintainence of websites the whole thing could be done in a couple hours tops.
Lipid, refresh my memory of when the Peru project was PRed. If I'm correct I have not heard about the Peru project since before December. If that is the case then I quit looking for that project to come to fruition last year. I believe that project was announced when Dennis was PRing on a whim.
5. Compensation by the issuer; and
Dennis Fisher has received no compensation to date. Other than Monique Berry and Frank Rawson who receive
salaries, there is no compensation for serving as a director.

Greenman, things should change now that they building PBRs and once deliveries of omega 3 starts the dilution should stop. I know some longs are running short on patients, but another couple months should provide the proof in the pudding.
Kurtzy I have been close but never to the lake, I was busy selling back then you know the creed of a salesperson is Alway Be Selling. Now at Christmas I always spent on Mt. Ashland skiing. Have a great week.
Lipid that 300,000 bought quite a bit, all the turns the tubing harvesters pumps and a tremendous amount of purchasing. We will have production of omega-3 soon and start filling the $6,000,000 order and we could not have done it without money. Lets not be dollars waiting on dimes my friend.
Deniseann, are you another displace Texan? What brought you to BEHL other than being a wise investment.
I'm going to have to get that PM thing. My BAD
Big thats the beautiful part of a human mind, the ability to retain. Dennis can take anything with him he has in his mind but nothing on paper. It happens every day when people move on the company they left just keeps progressing. What they can't take with them is most anything on paper, in some cases they can't even take the business cards they collected.
My thought is that Dennis Shen did exactly what was released in the PR entered into the wind mill industry. You look at Shen's resume' he does not carry baggage with him, he does not leave a company without a plan. I would say Dennis Shen did exactly what some investors failed to do, he executed an exit plan.
Thats a good idea, I try tgo be above the the fray but sometimes life just makes me give them a little more than what is acceptable. Today was not a good day for my diplomacy mode. I wish I was articulate as Bigbake
Silvertwinky, I'll try to get that spread sheet back together this weekend. I read your post all the time and know you are a long like so many. It maybe Sunday.
F Failing grade, lacks any credible references to back up his bantor.
Well then I guess I should point out to you that your PPS is tanking and you have no trades today!!!! Why is that, would it be an empty shell that has no business and only someone in a spare bedroom manning the station.
Danno, BEHL is not having a problem generating revenue nor selling stock. Thanks for coming by we are having a great time over here with a PPS that is going to start moving in the right direction. Dennis Fish listened to his investors and is putting BEHL on the track of profits.
Like I told lonsenior last nite, we investors in the green algae business should be more civil to each other. I also mentioned to our friend lonsenior that we on the BEHL board hope that things reverse for your declining PPS of at your Algae. But you should really talk to Barry, he can probably get it up for you.
I used to go there all the time, I used to sell to the the engineering firms at Hanford Nuclear, and over Idaho National Lab's and some solid waste facilities around that part of the country... If it was so cold up in that part of the country that would be a good area for PBRs. It seems BEHL has found a solution for the extreme heat of Death Valley but not the cold. Stay warm!
Great, I figured you were. Good catch on the medical the medical posting. I truely believe one day in the not so distant future will see the revenues of large PBR farms. One 100 acre farm will generate $87,000,000 plus management fees. There will be alot of these farms dotting the landscape of barron terrain. Let me assure everybody that I am as anti global warming as the come but do believe there is a better way than oil. By the way Kurtzy what part of Washington do you call home?
Why thank you Ms Kurtzy, I'll have to watch my manners when I see you for now on!!!
I wanted to answer this question of your last nite, back in the 80s and 90s I used to drive from Texas to LA on fairly regular basis and I would see these windmill farms. I would just say to myself that is just these liberal West Coaster and not pay it any mind. Now you see them puppies everywhere, I say in the not so distant future you drive down the same interstates and see 100+ acre PBR farms. They will have to buy the PBRs from somebody and the one with the least expensive price that produce the best algae will be selling those PBRs. Keep in mind that is just my opinion.
Well lonsenior, let’s see if I can use my last post of the day to answer your question. Dennis plans on selling a lot of acreage of PBR's and with these PBR's there will be management contracts which probably relates to percentages of revenue and that is a source of revenue. Now the more PBR's BEHL sells the more recurring revenues off of the percentage of some other companies investment and it goes on and on.
Now, it might appear to someone such as you that I was making light of algae sells, wrong bucko, this $6,000,000 order is just the beginning. Dennis said that he can sell all of the algae products he can produce, so let’s see 6000'sf Santa Anna 1 acre in Georgetown, I believe 1 acre in The Woodlands, TX. Lets not forget 20 acres in Las Vegas Baby!!!!
I look forward to the day I hear the same from you about your investment. We should all be more positive about each other’s investments not trying to cast dispersions and doubts. How is Barry doing, I'm sorry to see your stock price declining I truely am. I'm sure Barry will get it up for you!!!
Humble, we will know in about 3 weeks, hopefully the Santa Anna PBR will be up and running producing algae. Building a selling PBRs is what is going drive this stock and selling a little algae along the way won't hurt.
Good read Steve0 much more technical than mine, I really liked the ducks on the pond thing. Like you, I believe we are on a holding pattern like sitting on a tarmac on the redeye. When that PBR gets complete we will see this baby move and I am patiently waiting as we all should.
That would be nice, I have heard the same thing just want to be cautious and not assume.
Lets take a look at the Chart for today, seems if we could have closed at the high today we would be at the 20 mda, the 20 mda and 50 mda seem to be narrowing and soon we will be crossing the 20 and shortly after the 50 mda. The k line dropped below the d line which normally indicates a bearish trend which today certainly appears to be the case.
It would seem to me that we are going to remain in this phase till we see a working pbr in Santa Anna. Once the green stuff starts reproducing I think we will see this baby start that upward trend we are all waiting on.
Why thank you, after months of tension on this board I thought I would give everyone a laugh!!! Glad you liked it.
210,000 Buys,1,482,000 Sells, 440,000 unknown
The reason most of your trades went at the bid is it was a day of selling. Yep MMs sell on the bid
NORTH LAS VEGAS,NV ,Jan 28, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) Not really just wanted to show Rick how a PR is normally started
Come ON it's FUNNY
Big, there are a lot of people that love the challenge of getting a company up and running but they hate the mundane existance behind a desk twiddling their thumbs. They thrive on the challenges of upstarts. If I recall his family is in the impost export business from China, this and whatever he is doing now was doing is secondary to him.
Wow, what a wonderful story!!!
SANTA ANA, CA, Jan 28, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- BioCentric Energy
Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) announced today that a highly experienced
algae specialist has been hired and will be joining the BioCentric Energy team
beginning Monday, February 1st, 2010. This algae specialist will be working
onsite at the BioCentric Energy headquarters located in Santa Ana, California.
Ms. Domini Maddox, a graduate from the University of Texas, has extensive
experience working with and identifying various strains of algae, lipid
contents, DNA extractions, PCR amplification and creating laboratory protocols.
Also, Ms. Maddox has worked on biofuel research projects sponsored by DARPA. Dr.
Jerry Brand, the director of UTEX, who is well known and respected in the algae
industry, highly recommended Ms. Maddox for the BioCentric Energy position. Ms.
Maddox conducted algae research directly under Dr. Brand for two years. UTEX is
the principal resource in the algae industry with approximately 2,300 different
strains of algae in collection and an extensive library and research facility.
Both Ms. Maddox and UTEX are valuable resources for BioCentric Energy to have
within the USA and within our headquarters.
In her new position at BioCentric Energy, Ms. Maddox will be researching and
identifying various strains of algae with high lipid/oil contents for various
applications, and optimizing and managing the consistent growth of contaminant
free algae. Working closely with our technical department, Ms. Maddox and team
will manage the monitoring and compensation for dissolved oxygen, the C02
content, nutrient needs, the flow rate turbidity, connectivity, and temperature,
in BioCentric Energy's V3 Algae-Pro system. Furthermore, Ms. Maddox will be
providing the BioCentric Energy Executive team with daily reports and data on
algae growth rates, lipid contents and other relative information as mentioned
above.
BioCentric Energy is pleased to announce that the final engineering on the V3
Algae-Pro Photobioreactor system is now complete. We have received via shipment
from China the 32 Corners for the V3 Alga-Pro system. Also received at the Santa
Ana headquarters are the 8,000 lineal feet of proprietary, seven (7) layer
tubing. Installation of the V3 Algae-Pro system will commence over the next two
weeks.
BioCentric Energy's Dennis Shen has formally resigned from his position as the
company's COO and Board Member so that he may pursue opportunities in the
wind-mill industry. BioCentric Energy wishes Mr. Shen the very best in his new
endeavors.
Although research on algae has taken place since the early 1970s, algae derived
products have never received more attention than today. Every week, BioCentric
Energy hears from potential clients wanting to take part in the algae industry
but do not know which segment of the algae market they should pursue. This is
why BioCentric Energy's marketing department diligently researches potential
algae markets from Energy, Health, Beauty, Nutraceutical, Farming / Feed and
Carbon Sequestration. One very promising algae market is in Nutraceutical
products.
It is no secret that Omega3 is beneficial and necessary for reducing
inflammation in the body, improving circulation and even aids in depression.
BioCentric Energy's research data shows that the Omega3 derived from EPA/DHA is
a billion dollar market and growing. "In 2011 retails sales of food and
beverages enriched with omega-3s (EPA/DHA) will reach more than $7 billion."(The
US Private label food market - Packaged Facts).
Omega3 (typically known as fish oil) is derived from fish. The EPA/DHA are the
powerful properties making Omega3 so valuable. Fish oil does not naturally
contain EPA/DHA; however, fish eat the algae that contains EPA/DHA. BioCentric
Energy builds affordable, low cost closed-loop photobioreactor systems that grow
algae. A specific algae strain with high EPA/DHA oil content will be grown in
BioCentric Energy's V3 Algae-Pro systems and the oil will subsequently be
extracted. Our clients will quickly be a part of this of growing market. It is
estimated that "in the year 2012, EPA/DHA will become a $12 billion market" (The
Alternative Health Journal) BioCentric Energy and its products will be playing a
significant role in this market. By providing our clients with the latest
information on how they can best utilize and profit from their closed loop
photobioreactor systems and algae, we can strengthen our company and
shareholders future.
As a reminder, the 1st Annual BioCentric Energy Shareholders Meeting will be
held on February 24th, 2010 at 12:00pm - 4:00pm at the Las Vegas, Nevada Monte
Carlo Hotel & Casino. Following the Shareholders meeting on February 25th & 26th
(also at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino) is NAA West Coast Chapter Workshop.

Steve017, from what I gathered on the last press release the RWE gang was in Santa Anna and when they finished the install there everyone was going to go and install the PBR in Georgetown. I think they want to start producing that beautiful thing called REVENUE!!!
It's about time to have a good day, the news has been positive!
