Surf, I used to sell management solutions to landfills and transfer stations much like the one you just showed pictures of. I have never seen an active facility with so much over grown weeds and grass. This company is nothing but a scheme and I believe there are a couple folks posting on this board that needs to disclose their relationship with this company.

Kris Kringle, one other non material stiffing going on are those dividend shares given to each investor that was suppose to be paid in April. Yep ole Vinny even screws the investors but don't worry it is non material.

chillaxin, so there is a penny stock with a billion OS selling at 10.00. Nothing surprises me in pennyland but I don't have one red cent in that one I do however have pennies in this one. I call it my magic mushroom, it will grow with fresh bull and dye when the bull dries up. The key is to pick it at the right time so you guys guys keep that bull coming and keep it fresh, heck I have nothing but time.

Chillaxin, could you share with me those penny stocks with 1 billion shares selling at $10.00 per share. That's a market cap of 10 billion dollars.

Chillaxin here is my problem with this business model, way too many shares out restricted and not restricted. How does Vince propose to get the shares down to a respectable 40 million, reverse split is how he has accomplished this in the past... There us always the option of share buy backs but Vince in my opinion would rather just go for the R/S. Please tell me I am wrong, I am just here for the novelty owning this my last POS penny

Boomer, the redundant negative comments by you and other don't go unnoticed. One thing that has occurred is the ticker is now clear. The company had to meet certain standards to make that happen. I don't own enough shares in this particular stock for its outcome to affect me greatly one way or the other. I appreciate your concern.

A lot of progress with USRI last week, maybe we see progress in the PPS starting tomorrow.

Independent Truckers, does that mean he has a lease agreement with 200 independent truckers or he has contracted with a company that has 200 independent truckers leased to them. Are these 200 trucks working daily collecting oil and scrap. I happen to have knowledge of the trucking industry. If there were 200 trucks doing daily business for the collection of scrap and oil for USRI then we would be doing much more business in dollars than what was reported. Thanks for the recap of what I have already reviewed.
Impress me and tell me how many millions of gallons of used motor oil was collected, tell me how many tons of scrap metal was collected thats what USRI is in the business of collecting. Seems about 20% of the employees work for stock options!

It is my opinion that the PPS is where it is at because there is no plan to implement collection. What I've seen so far is Cyrstal Clean is going to collect oil for us if we have any and if Vincent can find another company to collect the tires and another to collect the scrap metal he will collect residuals from these partners.

Chill, I hope to see the ticker become current in the next day or 2. I also look forward to hearing how Vincent is planning to implement this plan.

I see, who is providing the national sales force to solicit these accounts for USRI. If contracts are secured who is going to perform the collection of scrap metals and tires. Is this going to be handled by another joint marketing/services arrangement? I assure you that HCCI's customers already have secure contracts in hand for the disposal of their tires and scrap metal and most likely with a local company with personal relationships. I'm just trying to figure this thing out.

Thats what I am referring too, Heritage Cyrstal Clean did almost 153 million in revenue in 2011, what value can USA Recycling possibly add. HCCI is building a refinery in Indianapolis. He must have naked pictures of the CEO in compromising positions.
Take all that away then you have Safety Kleen the nations largest used oil collection company in the nation out there.
I am really interested in hear how this contract ties HCCI to a deal with USRI.

Everyone here is precieved to be and investor of the ticker, you have placed yourself in a completely different catagory as somebody that has met and given money directly to Mr Vincent Smith. I ask that you produce proof of your statement.

having some knowledge of the workings of publicly traded companies it would seem if he did in fact give Mr. Smith a large sum of money he would have gotten something in writing. Scrapguy could you scan that document with Mr. Smiths signature and post it here so I may see if in fact you did have business dealings with Mr. Smith.
