BEDA Is trading above it's 20 and 50 mda and on the verge of crossing the 200 mda which will give it the coveted Golden Cross. The MACD is above the signal line, a 9day moving average. Second, the MACD is above 0 which implies that the underlying moving averages are trending higher. And to top all of that off the BOD are in talks for a stock buyback
