"Also the shares were restricted for a period of time."
Can you give us a link to those shares being restricted and for how long? A filing would be just great.
I can show you where Clint and Donna sold shares and then loaned that money back to the company and charged them interest. They recieve a payment monthy plus interest.
They have not gone without being compensated by no means.
This is their ATM machine working.
Where do you come up with all this BS. You need to look at the filings, they should help you with your DD.
They haven't suffered at all, not like the shareholders.
Right after they did the Last R/S they quickly gave themselves approx. 160,000,000 shares to compensated for any shares lost due to the R/S.
How many of the shareholders like us did they do that for?
Please let us know.
I'm glad we agree.
"No I don't think the car lease is right but it is what it is. When this was set up the pps was not dropping and they couldn't have foreseen the fact that the economy would collapse worldwide. I believe that Clint and the management team has seen that many shareholders are upset at the leasing agreement. We can only hope that they will act on this when the current lease agreement runs out."
Would you also agree that when times are tuff and money is hard to come by that management should make the appropriate changes in the way the run the business and also the way they compensation officers and employees?
Pretty much makes sense to act upon these things, especially in todays market climate.
Here is your homework CLINT.
Change the way the Officers and Board members are compensated, especially the $2000 per. month car allowance and buy a damn car.
As a leader CLINT you need to lead by example, if the shareholders who have been backing you for the last time are suffering, then act like them and give up some perks.
Believe me it will go a long way.
Thanks for the factual information.
"Ain't it great how the company is making sure that we all stay informed and in the loop?"
DID YOU GET AN UPDATE OF THE TRADE SHOW THAT THE REST OF US DIDN'T GET?
READING SOME OF THESE POSTS ON THIS BOARD ARE VERY COMICAL.
SALES NUMBERS DON'T LIE, DO THEY?
I GOT A QUESTION FOR YA.
DO YOU THINK IT'S RIGHT THAT CLINT IS GIVEN HIMSELF A $2,000 CAR ALLOWANCE PER. MONTH AND ALSO A $1800.00 PER. MONTH LEASED VICHICLE WHILE THE STOCK PRICE CONTINUES TO GO LOWER AND LOWER?
AND ALL HE HAS TO SHOW THE STOCKHOLDERS IS 5 CASKETS SOLD LAST QUARTER.
DO YOU THINK THAT'S RIGHT?
WHAT KIND OF PICTURE DOES THAT SHOW TO THE SHAREHOLDERS?
"SCAM MAYBE"
"Out of the 3000 cards do you think that even one relationship with some of the partners that we now have in the industry could have started with the exchange of the cards? Do you think that out of the 3000 cards that one of them may have led to negotiations that will insure that EI would be able to get their products manufactured? Do you think that even one card may have led to an agreement with a distributor to move products to the public?"
ACORDING TO THE LAST QUARTER CASKETS SALES "NO"
WITH THE EXPOSURE THEY HAVE HAD IN THE LAST TWO YEARS AND THE SHAREHOLDERS MONEY THEY HAVE SPENT, THEY SHOULD HAVE SOLD 10,000 CASKETS.
MUST NOT BE A MARKET FOR THESE THINGS.
Waiting for the end of the day.
Hang on.
Hi Mid, I believe it was 3000 business cards.
Your probably right. I remember last year there were about 5 shareholders that attended the show and were reporting back to the board about what was going on. I guess none showed up this year.
Maybe Clint won't be sick this year and he can attend.
I don't know. You might want to email Tony, maybe he knows.
It amazes me that their hasn't been an update on how the trade show is coming along.
It's half way over and nothing has been said about the trade show.
That could be the reason. I just remember how vocal some where about attending this years show. I'm sure EI would get some tickets for the people that wanted to attend, especially from some of those Distributors that are carrying their products.
I quess it must not be as important now.
Has anyone heard about how the shows going?
No problem, I'll keep you abreast of the current PPS.
From what I remember there was several that was going to go, but then after EI said that they weren't going to go I believe some have changed their mind.
I ask about who was going to go last week and nobody answered me.
It seems to me that if their products where still going to be their then several would have gone.
"I think this company has problems IMO. Wasn't the price around .03 after the R/S? It seems it is much lower than that now."
The day the R/S was anounced the PPS was .032
Todays PPS .0050
I would say it's lower.
POST OF THE DAY
BID .0050
ASK .0051
The proof is in the pudding.
REVENUE IS THE KEY
EI was suppose to buy back stock BACK IN 2007...Never happened.
EI went into a joint Venture with a company called Remeire in europe...Never materialized.
EI was not going to do a R/S....This happened. 1/20
EI Projected 3,100,000.000 Revenue for 2007....Not even close, never happened.
EI said that the officers would not sell below .010 before the uplisting...This happened.
EI said they would recalling 20,000,000 shares....They added more then 20,000,000
September 08, 2009
"We are currently in the process of recalling 20 millon shares of restricted stock which were part of the last increase"
October 23, 2009
"Please note, our O/S count since the previous 10Q has increased by approximately 20mm shares"
EI said they had sales of over $200,000 in December of 2008.... not even close.
January 09, 2009
"By the time those two days were over, we had booked
sales orders into the six-figures and its worth noting that December sales orders alone exceed total
sales from the entire third quarter!”
June 30, 2009
"In an effort to end further dilution of our stock, Eternal Image has been working with Mastermind Venture Partners on a non-equity capital raise in the form of a perpetual credit line.
"We will be announcing the details of this credit line in conjuction with Ms. Susan Wong of Mastermind Venture Partners in the very near future." .... WE HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD ABOUT ANY FINANCING. THIS IS ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO.
I totally agree.
If he's not driving the $1800.00 leased Veh. then he's driving the $2,000 a month personal veh. that Shareholders are paying for.
Why should they change they've been misleading the shareholders for a long time.
How many on this board are going to the trade show? I remember reading before EI canceled their space that there was several going.
It's great when I see some factual DD being done.
Good Job.
Correct.
The CLC web site explains everything.
"Very limited product offering for 10 years in business although website says they are "adding new licenses daily"??? What's up with that?"
Limited products? WHAT?
They have Lisenses with 46 Colleges and Unversities and EI has 6.
What's up with that?
Seems to me that EI is more like a hog dog vendor compared to a full restaurant.
Actually Basser,
"CLC represents over 100 schools and is the entity with which EI would be negotiating contracts with if I understand this correctly."
Proper DD is essential wouldn't you agree.
"CLC represents nearly 200 colleges, universities, bowl games, athletic conferences, the Heisman Trophy and the NCAA."

To better understand the process, I'd would suggest going to www.clc.com to fulling understand.
Glad I could help.
"I believe this is around $100,000"
This statement for advance fees as I stipulated in my last post was incorrect, the fees range from 0 (ZERO) to about $1,000.00.
I do remember that the advance fee for the MLB is about $100,000.00
I will check if need be.

LICENSEE’S ROLE
Manufacturers have three primary responsibilities as collegiate licensees:
1. Always obtain institutional approval on all products, designs, labels, marketing & distribution plans, and
advertising/promotional materials prior to any production and distribution.
2. Actively maximize distribution of collegiate products.
3. Pay royalties due to the institutions in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Ensure compliance with Labor Code standards by all factories/suppliers of collegiate product as
established by the institutions
CLC serves as a conduit in managing the application process and makes recommendations to each institution
about the viability of each applicant. However, the ultimate decision-maker on all new applicants is each
individual institution. The more thorough your application and proposed plans, the greater the likelihood that you
will receive a favorable response from the institutions.

Hi Hamp,
Thanks for the PM, and yes they are FU. Worse then ever.
"These were the schools chosen to roll out the product line at the outset. Eternal Image has the agreement with Collegiate Licensing Company itself and not with individual colleges. CLC represents over 100 schools and is the entity with which EI would be negotiating contracts with if I understand this correctly."
"Eternal Image has the agreement with Collegiate Licensing Company itself and not with individual colleges."
NOT TRUE BASSER.
Each school can decide by themselves who they want and if they want someone to market their college logo/name. Whether it's selling tee-shirts or memorial products.
As for Memeorial Products, their is basically two companies that have been approved through the CLC to sell to the colleges.
Each college can decide who they want to use or they can use both.
As long as royaliites are being paid
Each school has differant Royalities % fees.
This fee ranges from around 5% to 14% depending on the college popularity and demand.
There is also a min. amount they have to pay each year, whether they sell 5 caskets or 100 they have to pay this fee and I believe this is around $100,000. I know it's that with the MLB.
All the CLC is their for is to make sure guidelines are followed and the products are up to stuff. They are also a policing agency and makes sure other companys trying to sell products with a certain college logo have been approved. They do file lawsuites for any products that have not been approved.
This happened to me when I was selling a Floating gator head at the UF gator game. They told me that I could not say "Go Gators" on my web site or on any lit. that was associated with the Gator logo.
So,
Once a product has been approved to sell through the CLC they then deal with the University. The University can give a thumbs up or not.
LOL,
Just want to make sure all new investors see the real ETNL/Eternal Image. Way to much hype and the PPS continue to fall.
If Clint would give up the Leased Vichicle and the Car allowances that each officer gets, I might chill out a little. KEY WORD "MIGHT".
I can't comment on other posters of why their not here, so You'd have to PM them and find out for yourself.
I will say this. Since the last R/S the PPS were at .032 and now the PPS range from .0047 to .0057.
Time will tell next month when the Financials come out on their finanacial condition.
Vatcian Library Collection hasn't been renewed and it expired back in June of 2008.
Hey Dancy,
"Today Eternal Image is rolling out products at the rate of about one a month."
REALLY, ONE PER. MONTH
DO YOU HAVE A FILING WITH THE SEC CONFIRMING THIS AMOUNT AND THE AMOUNT OF EACH PRODUCT PER. LICENSE?
CLINT PROBABLY MEANT I URN PER. MONTH, RIGHT.
I'M SURE THERE'S A BUNCH OF BANKS AND FINACIERS THAT WOULD JUMP AT THE CHANCE TO HELP THEM OUT WITH THIS MANY COMING OUT ONCE A MONTH.
JUST LIKE THEY JUMPED AT THE CHANCE TO INVEST WHEN EI UPLISTED LIKE SOME SAID WOULD HAPPEN.
LMAO
THIS COMPANY HAS NO VALUE IN IT AT ALL.

Have I missed something, please show me when EI started offering caskets in the AKC, CFA Line?
Wouldn't you agree that proper DD is essential?
Hi Basser,
http://www.collegiatememorials.net/index.html
There's nothing cheap about their caskets and memorials.
They've been in the business for over 10 years and did all this on their own , maybe a bank loan or two.
Not like EI which has drained the shareholders out of thousands for dollars and still they give themselves thousands a month to drive expensive cars.
$6,000 per, month car allowance to the Officers
$3,000 per. month for a company leased Vehicle
THIS IS COMPETITION AND A FIE ONE AT THAT.
CLINT DIDN'T INVENT THE LICENSING CONCEPT FOR CASKETS AND URNS AND MEMORIALS LIKE EVERYONE THINKS.
Hi Calfire,
Even I may may make a mistake every now and then. Sorry
Here is the correct link to the web site: I did put www.collegiatememorials.com instead of www.collegiatememorials.net
http://www.collegiatememorials.net/index.html
The Memorial Licensing Company™ is the first company in the United States to license a comprehensive line of licensed memorial products. Beginning ten years ago with the Collegiate Memorials® line of college themed memorial products, MLC has become the nation's largest provider of college themed memorial products to status conscious college alumni, university friends, fans, that are designed to celebrate and tell the story of individual lives. This extends to the expression of loyalty to their alma maters as well as their favorite collegiate sports teams.
We live in a time when people are looking for deeper meanings in every area of life. It's only natural, but healthy, that families are taking a new look at the funeral experience and adding new elements that celebrate the lives of their loved ones. In greater numbers than at any other time in United States history, Americans are seeking funeral products and ceremonies designed to celebrate and tell the story of individual lives. This personalization can take on many forms which include education, work, play, civic membership and personal interest.
When you purchase a Collegiate Memorial® product, revenue generated from licensing royalties is used for student scholarships, internships, student development, and special programs that support the strategic initiatives of the Institution. Those initiatives include a student-focused education, diversity, globalization, traditions and school spirit. As a partner and supporter of The Memorial Licensing Company™ and the institutions we represent, you have contributed to the success of the students that follow you now and in the future. On behalf of the students and the institutions we represent, we thank you for making the decision to purchase an Officially Licensed Collegiate Product.
The Memorial Licensing Company™ takes great pride in being an innovator in the funeral service industry. We're adding new products and new licenses daily, so contact us if your affinity association is unavailable. We'll do our best to secure licensing from your affinity group or your alma mater. And remember, The Memorial Licensing Company assures you that all our products are American Made.
If you are interested in purchasing a Licensed Memorial Product, you may contact us via this website or by phone.
Thank You,
The Memorial Licensing Company™
Remember Basser, Clint is not the one to get these Licenses.
"In July 2004, we retained the services of a licensing agent, Woodrow Browne of Building Q, LLC, Medford, NJ, to obtain licensing arrangements for our designer funerary products."
"What some don't realize is that Clint and the management team have been very good at getting the license agreements that allow the products to be manufactured. My opinion is that this is the direction that the company should be moving in, that of a licensing agency to the entire funeral industry. If this is what happens then EI doesn't have the overhead that is present with manufacturing or distribution process. Just get the licenses and collect the money, sounds pretty streamlined to me."
Licensing Agreements
In July 2004, we retained the services of a licensing agent, Woodrow Browne of Building Q, LLC, Medford, NJ, to obtain licensing arrangements for our designer funerary products. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement with Building Q, LLC, the licensing agent is also responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s current licensing relationships. In connection with this, Building Q attends various tradeshows, both in the Funeral and Licensing industries, on the Company’s behalf in its effort to pursue new licensing opportunities. Furthermore, Building Q consults with us to determine the future licensing opportunities that the Company should consider. Building Q is paid a monthly consulting fee of $1,000 plus a one-time bonus of $2,500 upon the closing of a new licensing agreement. In addition, the agent receives 2% of Gross Sales on products under licenses which they helped secure, until the agreement with Building Q expires and/or is modified. The current agreement with Building Q, LLC expires on December 31, 2008. However, it provides for automatic one-year renewal terms, unless cancelled in writing by either party.
POINT IS CLINT HAS DONE NOTHING BUT RUN THIS COMPANY INTO THE GROUND. SHAREHOLDERS INTERST IS AT ITS LOWEST ALONG WITH THE PPS.
YOU CAN HAVE 50 lICENSES BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOUR GONG TO MAKE MONEY.
50 LICENSES, 50 ROYALITIES TO PAY
REMEMBER EI DOES HAVE COMPITION, "COLLEGIATE MEMORIALS"
THEY'VE BEEN IS BUSY FOR AT LEAST 8 YEARS SINCE 2001

"What some don't realize is that Clint and the management team have been very good at getting the license agreements that allow the products to be manufactured."
Hi Basser, Can you give me a link to the number of caskets and urns produced that each of the Licenses have created?
1) AKC
Urns
2) Star Trek
Caskets
Urns
3) PM
Caskets
Urns
4) MLB
Caskets
Urns
Also can you give me a total of how many have been sold of each.
I haven't seen this info. and I belive everyone would like to know.
I like to know How good Clint is in getting these this produced.
Don't worry about the Vatican Library collect, we know by their filings that NO caskets were made and only about 60 urns were made. Maybe this is why they don't carry this License any more.
I totally 100000% agree with that statement with Clint needs to go. He has ruined his chances of making this company work.
Fine someone that has the education and experiance to run this type of company.
If some don't agree with me that's fine but I believe that with the way the PPS are falling the majority agree.
6 months.
Our license agreement with The Vatican Library Collection license agreement recently expired on June 30, 2008, and we are currently negotiating a new agreement with this licensor. Pursuant to a provision of the expired agreement (“Section 20.5 – Disposition of Inventory Upon Expiration”), there is a six month “sell-off” period after termination of the agreement wherein we as the licensee have the right to continue to sell any remaining stock that we have with the Vatican Library Collection logo. At this time, we have 58 urns and no caskets with this logo.
