LICENSEE’S ROLE

Manufacturers have three primary responsibilities as collegiate licensees:

1. Always obtain institutional approval on all products, designs, labels, marketing & distribution plans, and
advertising/promotional materials prior to any production and distribution.

2. Actively maximize distribution of collegiate products.

3. Pay royalties due to the institutions in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Ensure compliance with Labor Code standards by all factories/suppliers of collegiate product as
established by the institutions
