Can you give us a link to those shares being restricted and for how long? A filing would be just great.

I can show you where Clint and Donna sold shares and then loaned that money back to the company and charged them interest. They recieve a payment monthy plus interest.

They have not gone without being compensated by no means.

This is their ATM machine working.
