Informed investors would want to see proof of this.
No proof = BS
Informed investors understand ADFs are a red herring, as was declared numerous times by experts in the field
What happened to the 3 cent prediction that was suppose to happen today?
Elite may open at 3 cents Monday
I am wondering where that J series ratchet down price is. It doesn't seem to be in the 10Q. Oh that's right it doesn't exist. Just more nonsense as usual.
Wonder if ceo sold tons of shares before this 10Q was released
No thanks. I am done beating on that dead horse. GLTU
And the circle cycle continues......
Thoughts? Well. . . this is just more unsubstantiated crap.
Looking bad for Elite.
big downturn very possible
Usually companies in their 27th year in business are a little more advanced than Elite
Thoughts?
Warned everyone about Elite trading in Frankfurt lol
Elite is a goner
Always obey a Super Genius
Padin. . .yes, exactly. This is what I have been saying.
naltrexon beats dont stop oral consumption. so being there or no doesnt matter. NOW IT DOES MATTER IF THE PILL GETS ALTERED!! chewed crushed snored...
Good afternoon Nasdaq; I am most definitely aware naltrexone was present in two of the reformations. The poster I was responding to (Jimmy Joe) had indicated it didn't matter if naltrexone (sequestered beads) was present or not (i.e. would not affect the results of the trial either way). I agree 100%. That is all I was trying to say. I am looking forward to the CC (next week?) and, with that, an update as to what the heck is going on at Elite. GLTU and keep the informative messages coming.
The naltrexone was present in the TWO reformulations of SequestOx but not the THIRD unique opioid.
Yes. . .that is what I am saying. . . it didn't matter if naltrexone was present or not. The study pertained to the "achieving bioequivalence with a Tmax range equivalent to the reference product when conducted in a pivotal trial under fed conditions". This thread started because I had responded to another poster who was wondering why there was NO naltrexone in one of the tests conducted. I repeat, again, the presence of this substance was not necessary because this was not an opioid abuse trial. I have been here long enough to be familiar with Elite's ADT. I am aware that the naltrexone beads, when not abused/altered, pass through the body. Geeeez
The whole point of my post is that you do not understand that it doesn't really matter if Naltrexone is present or not present in the formulation used.
Nasdaq. . .thanks for the clarification in your PM. Good info.
I think this is what my reply to the poster inferred. This was a fed study (not an opioid abuse trial). My point is. . .what would be the purpose of having naltrexone present in the study?
This was a BE fed study to determine Tmax of the opioid. Naltrexone even if present would be sequestered anyway. So what is your point?
And how do you know that the naltrexone beads were not present in the formulation tested? Please show a link.
This was a FED study (not an opiod abuse trial) to determine the effects of a fatty food meal on the Tmax. The presence of naltrexone was not required.
Any reason why they would not include the naltrexone beads ?????????????
Thanks for the info. . .I guess it's broken then.
it doesn't work for me either.
Good afternoon all,
My apologies if this has already been discussed on previous occasions. My situation is the "Go To Post" search box located immediately above the sticky notes is not working for me. Is this now a feature accessible to paid subscribers only? I have a free account.
Mrwrn, thanks for the info. If I am understanding the data correctly, it looks like the re-submission of the SequestOx NDA would be deemed to be a Class 2 event; meaning a six month review cycle.
Hi Abbey, this is exciting news.
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/elite-pharmaceuticals-reports-positive-topline-133558623.html
My sentiments exactly
There was doubt that the warning letter would be resolved too. Took a little while but it’s cleared. Same will happen for the ANDAs. FDA is sloooooow.
Yep, I went back as far as 2012 and missed the late filing notification in 2016.
Four times, including the 10k in 2016.
I ask again. Has Elite ever submitted a late filing notification to the SEC?
Has Elite ever submitted a late filing notification to the SEC?
You are right. They did submit the last SEC 10-Q by the deadline. Hooray!
Please conduct more DD. Clearly, more than one goal has been achieved "on time" by Elite.
Accidents do happen. A dead clock is right twice a day.
Clearly, I could care less. I am a long term shareholder. I am in this for as long as it takes to reach my exit price. Will the credibility materialize when the ANDA approvals start arriving? There is a good chance this will happen. The share will price will appreciate and hopefully everybody will be happy.
Clearly not familiar with credibility building on Wall Street and setting expectations.
Read my last post again. He has accomplished more than just one.
hysterically funny, did he meet one deadline, whoopee!!!!!
nasrat has never met a deadline, expected or not
Hysterically funny. Question: was the generic Percocet ANDA submitted in the financial quarter stated below; i.e. Q3?
nasrat has never met a deadline, expected or not
I disagree. . .again. Nasrat never said they would be definitely submitting the ANDA in December. He used the word "expecting" when advising us as to when they expect to submit. Contrary to what is being alluded to here, Nasrat and the other 45 (approximately) employees are not sitting on their asses all day doing nothing. They are currently involved in several projects which will lead to more future ANDA submissions. The Sungen/Elite submission will happen when it happens. They will submit (if it hasn't happened already) when the ANDA is ready and not before.
The communication of it to shareholders makes it pretty definitive. Nasrat has always struggled hitting his own timelines. Was just incredibly sad that this was only one month out and should have been nailed.
CEO’s build credibility from hitting deadlines, surpassing goals, under promising & overdelivering. This is the exact opposite of what he has done since he came on board in 2013. At least he is consistent...
Jour_trader. . .I disagree. You are alleging Nasrat gave a definitive time frame in submitting the ANDA in December.
The one Nasrat said they will file next month in December? Perhaps he meant Dec 2018?
Nothing to prove. I am a shareholder and I know Nasrat has patiently and respectfully answered all of my questions during the course of many CC's conducted over the years.
prove it
Same here
Every question that I have submitted has been answered on the call to date.
Thanks, mrwrn2010. It feels good to flush misinformation down the toilet where it belongs.
Agreed, just keep bringing facts and links. They are indisputable.
Minor drugs? Where is this info coming from?
I get it. Because ELTP has agreements with SunGen for minor drugs and SunGen has agreements with bigger, better comp[anise--therefore, ELTP will BECOME bigger and better.
Re: your private message (to which I am unable to reply privately). . .yes, I received excellent responses to my question on this forum.
I agree 100%. But, in this case, the mod is biased against the investor because of his/her strong negative sentiments against the company. There are many past investors'messages which have been deleted by this mod and then restored by Admin.
Mods must follow the same TOS as everyone else, and are expected to remove posts that violate TOS.
Good afternoon sidedraft. Yes, I have seen mods who are biased or in favor of the message board company on which they are a moderator. It matters not to me what their sentiments are in this regard. But in this case the moderator has shown deletions of mine and other poster's (investors) messages. The mod has strong anti-company sentiments and the majority of the deletions pertain to positive comments. The majority of these deletions have thankfully been restored by admin. Is a mod not required to be fair and unbiased when assessing all messages for TOS content and not just delete pro-company messages?
Thanks for the info waterchaser.
lucky, mydog, I appreciate the response. Thank you very much.
Good afternoon all. I am not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this question. I do find this board very informational and visit it regularly. My question is. . .what is the procedure to file a complaint regarding a biased and unfair moderator? TIA
Ah, but they do review filings.
no, not particularly. They certainly do not "interpret" the filings. sorry
Does the SEC review the information in the submitted filings?
The SEC does not provide the information , he company does, nuff said LOL
Thanks, but I will go the SEC filings which have far more credibility than the unsubstantiated BS alleging there is a ratchet down price. The SEC filings, by the way, agree with the CFO's "interpretation".
no, that is is the "interpretation" by the CFO, big difference LOL LOL
Comments that are on record via SEC filings with the SEC and yet no negative reponse has been forthcoming from them. LMAO
yes but those comments were from the CFO, who has......shall we say to be kind......not always been on top of the financial matters of the company LOL
And yet no proof has ever been provided to show there is a ratchet down price for J series and warrants. What a load of BS as usual.
I wonder what price the CEOs toxic preferred & warrants were adjusted down to...
This absolutely dilutes the living daylights out of all investors except one... the ceo
Based on that alone, I wouldnt touch a share of this junk
