If the SEC, as they say, focus on problematic companies, why would they not have concerns with the J series transaction conducted with Nasrat. I mean, after all, Elite has been painted as a sleazeball company in constant contravention of all that is good about an operationg company. Shouldn't Elite be on the SEC's watch list?
