So just a brief educated guess? My guess all imo is naltrexone is not needed as naltrexone is not the issue for the t max. You can put anything on the other side it does not matter I believe as the naltrexone if not tampered with passes through the body’s system unbothered and untouched. So therefore it is not required and is cost effective to not have to use or waste the drug during this process(trial) once again just a guess why not. Anyone want to answer or way in? Does this sound logical to everyone else? Thanks
