Yes. . .that is what I am saying. . . it didn't matter if naltrexone was present or not. The study pertained to the "achieving bioequivalence with a Tmax range equivalent to the reference product when conducted in a pivotal trial under fed conditions". This thread started because I had responded to another poster who was wondering why there was NO naltrexone in one of the tests conducted. I repeat, again, the presence of this substance was not necessary because this was not an opioid abuse trial. I have been here long enough to be familiar with Elite's ADT. I am aware that the naltrexone beads, when not abused/altered, pass through the body. Geeeez

The whole point of my post is that you do not understand that it doesn't really matter if Naltrexone is present or not present in the formulation used.

Here is a response by another poster. Perhaps this post would be easier to comprehend:

"So just a brief educated guess? My guess all imo is naltrexone is not needed as naltrexone is not the issue for the t max. You can put anything on the other side it does not matter I believe as the naltrexone if not tampered with passes through the body’s system unbothered and untouched. So therefore it is not required and is cost effective to not have to use or waste the drug during this process(trial) once again just a guess why not. Anyone want to answer or way in? Does this sound logical to everyone else? Thanks"
