Blah blah blah,
Let's see results. I've been waiting 15 years and yes they were on the verge of releasing a product then.
Bill makes some very good points and you fluff over them.
You don't want to rehash but you keep copying and pasting.
Hope you're right but I don't want to hold my breath.
Also, I am not Bill before you say I am.
Low O/S, could go fast if ever taken over.
I did sell a lot and sold more when they announced the lawsuit.
All you guys can ever say is "sell" if you can't pump it like I can. Sorry I'll do what I want and don't believe the pie in the sky you guys want to feed me. TMMI can prove me wrong, you can't. Still waiting after 15 years.
Sledge,
You'll get hammered by the pumpers if you question anything at all. Jay thinks he has all the answers, but really doesn't.
Many of us have been waiting for 14 or 15 years for the product to be finished. They had demos 10 years ago. Perhaps it's different now, perhaps not.
Maybe I'm Bill too. LOL
Most brokerages won't accept pink certs. Only two I know of will.
actually two years since the vote
yes I see that, It's the number of shareholders present to hold a certain percentage of shares, say 51%. We don't know how many shares those two held, so we can only speculate, but perhaps you are right about not wanting a quorum.
Stew,
Yes I do remember that release as strange as it seems.
Here's Merriam Webster
the number (as a majority) of officers or members of a body that when duly assembled is legally competent to transact business
Here's Wikipedia,
A quorum is the minimum number of members of a deliberative assembly (a body that uses parliamentary procedure, such as a legislature) necessary to conduct the business of that group. According to Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, the "requirement for a quorum is protection against totally unrepresentative action in the name of the body by an unduly small number of persons."
So perhaps it's different for a shareholder meeting.
Stew,
I mentioned it twice and have not gotten a suitable answer yet. So it's not really an obsession because you guys have been hammering the same thing over and over forever.
It seems odd that no one cares how they got voted out so easily when in most companies, the top management holds enough shares to prevent such a thing from happening.
It's the number of people present that makes the quorum not the number of shares. So two less people probably wouldn't prevent a quorum. So I don't think that's the answer. Did they willfully step aside and if so, for what reason.
Do you have proof that Simpson/Fernandez were not allowed to cast their votes in the last shareholders meeting? Do you?????
Well look at the results, I think that showed they didn't vote unless you think they owned only 3 million shares.
Proposition For Against Abstain Total
Gerard Cavanaugh as Director 109,732,458 3,093,151 315,054 113,086,663
Michael Kozole CPA as Director 109,689,321 3,093,788 303,554 113,086,663
Three trades raised the ask to .01
Well that would do a lot of good.
Why don't you answer since you know everything???
Still hoping for a miracle, been waiting almost 14 years and everything you guys say has been rehashed for about that long.
I would be very happy if they release a marketable product but still wonder why the old management didn't get to vote their shares. And nobody could answer me on that one.
Why do you care how someone else votes? Or why do you care if they even vote?
Because they only want pumpers here.
I have been a shareholder for about 14 years and am still waiting for that payday.
I have many concerns as does Bill but still continue to hold some. I sold about half when the lawsuit was announced because we've been down that road before.
BTW, there were pumpers here 10 years ago and that didn't do any good because we're still waiting on a marketable product.
yeah, 5000 shares, wow.
Don't see anybody buying at .12
zenus,
But I suggest you figure out how to dial a number
Don't try to belittle me.
If you're trying to investigate a company why would you call that company. What do you think they would say????
I actually spoke to their attorney in person in Delaware when the new management was taking over.
stock,
How can you say financials are good when the accumulated deficit at end of 2012 is 22,208,275? And no revenues.
I realize if they release a product, these numbers will be meaningless. But when if ever will this product be finished?
If you guys actually believed $40 a share, you would be buying up every available share at .12
zenus,
I have been waiting 14 years for a marketable product.
How much longer do you think we will have to wait.
Does anybody know if they actually hired more programmers?
IMTC
But you sure do waste a lot of time here for a stock you hate.
I never talked you into selling anything.
I've been waiting for 13 years for a finished product and now it's going to 40 a share or higher. Why aren't you guys buying every available share at .12 then?
I want them to succeed as much as anyone but it just seems like everything is recycled. We were hoping for 30 a share back in 2000 when they had demos.
Can they encode real time yet?
What's Google going to update with? All TMM products are in development according to their website.
When will they have a commercial product? This week, next month, next year, 10 years? no one knows.
Jay,
I'm not brainwashed. I've been here since 99 owning shares. But when they announced a lawsuit, it was deja vu all over again. This has been going on for more than 10 years. Perhaps things will get straightened out this time and you will be right, but you're not the first with your pumping attitude.
I sold over 50% of my shares when the lawsuit was announced and may regret it. But if you're right and it goes to 40 a share, I will only be a millionaire instead of a multi-millionaire.
Everyone is entitled to express their opinion here and not be chastised and called names if they don't agree with your thoughts.
pumpers like you have been around forever, and look at the share price.
If product was near finished, everyone would be buying.
you're dreaming,
promises like this have been going on for 10 years
How many times are you going to say this?
Bill,I mean frackedup
It's getting old.
MAXD pretty good volume last 2 days
So I suppose you're buying every available share at .12 to get $35 or $45 later?
You 3 or 4 guys who sit here every day and keep busting the company could have bought in at 6 and sold at 13 or 14. There was 20 million sold at 11 and the bid now is 7 million at 14. You could have made much more than a hundred dollars. You could have made 8000 on 10 million shares. Demmo keeps saying sells but someone is grabbing up those shares and a bid of 14 is much better than an ask at 7 or 8.
Keep knocking them and I will keep profiting.
Trading pattern looks like good to me.
But do your own thing.
IMO
"The waiting is the hardest part"
Yeah and I've been waiting for over 10 years.
You say it's different now. Hope you're right.
Bill, So you think they voted for the new directors? Because there was only a small amount of no votes.
Hope you're right, but you didn't answer my question either. Everyone ignores it.
Why didn't they vote their shares. It's seems obvious by the tally they didn't vote. They probably had many or maybe still do. Did the court prevent it? Can anyone answer?
What happened to the dollar?
Maybe it will go to 3 cents again???
A little trading today
Bill,
It doesn't bother me in the least. I just want to know that everything wasn't orchestrated.
We heard these rah rah posts 10-12 years ago and we're still hearing them and waiting. Posters are still saying a finished product just around the corner. Well, were's that evasive corner. I sold a substantial amount with the filing of the lawsuit but still hold enough.
Yeah, many small companies don't need shareholder approval for many things because most shares are held by directors of company. Just wondering why they didn't put up a fight. Anybody know what the court approval did in regards to being permitted to vote?
