I mentioned it twice and have not gotten a suitable answer yet. So it's not really an obsession because you guys have been hammering the same thing over and over forever.
It seems odd that no one cares how they got voted out so easily when in most companies, the top management holds enough shares to prevent such a thing from happening.
It's the number of people present that makes the quorum not the number of shares. So two less people probably wouldn't prevent a quorum. So I don't think that's the answer. Did they willfully step aside and if so, for what reason.
