Seems like the PR they’re getting is worth more than that
Yup. Researched last month. Similar to JD power and consumer digest awards:
https://www.consumerreports.org/consumerist/can-you-trust-those-awards-you-see-in-auto-ads/
Sucks there’s no way to know if they sold any. Looks pretty full. Wonder if they sold some and got replenished
You go to that store often?
Cool. What location?
Sounds good. I think we’re all waiting to see how it sells
yes, proof that it's in one of their "so-called" stores.
just to be sure, you may want to call every so-called store in the so-called store finder. that would be some top notch investigating...let us know what you find. Maybe they said 40% and they're only in 39.78236%
here's the picture NGTF posted on FB today.
their caption:
Received this from a Meijer customer late last night.
The good news is they sold out of Cherry Eclipse and After Dinner Mint Chip.
The bad news is they sold out of Cherry Eclipse and After Dinner Mint Chip

check out these posts on NGTF FB page:
picture of a meijer cooler with tons of product missing
a USA today article post where a woman named Tina Columbo says she went to meijer to get some and it was mostly sold out.
You can believe what you want to believe. I believe Tina Columbo and all the other people posting that it is IN STORE and doing pretty well.
what you might have missed was the DETAILED instructions I posted previously so you can find it for YOURSELF so you don't need to rely on anybody else.
this is from post 1985 so you can privately investigate it:
OK...so, after my last post, I thought to myself, if I were a super-smart hot-shot Professional Investigator, how could I crack this case?
Then I thought, "the internet"! of course!!
Here's what I instruct you to do so you can do YOUR OWN due diligence
1. go to Meijer.com
2. search for "Nightfood"
3. click on the picture for any of the 4 pints that come up in your search (must click on the pint itself)
4. It will show as available
5. click on "check nearby stores"
6. you will see other stores where it is available
7. click in the upper right to change your store
8. pick another zip code in or around the areas shown on the Nightfood store finder
9. see where it comes up...you can find stores with 7 flavors, and some stores with 4 flavors clearly listed as AVAILABLE
So, there you have it....Meijer is showing anybody on the internet who visits their website that the product is AVAILABLE on a location by location basis
again:
Nightfood ice cream is available in approximately 40% of Meijer locations, with concentration in and around the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee.
that's all I know...that, plus the store finder here
you can cross-reference the Meijer store finder with the Nightfood store finder, and see which stores they're in and call those?
also, have you seen all the posts of pictures from consumers on the Nightfood FB page showing the product selling out of stores? (not the stores it's not in, but the stores it's in)...
Also, looking forward to the post of pictures from one of our board members
I privately investigated the Nightfood store finder and entered in the name of that town and guess what I discovered? they're not in that store.
you can try the store finder on the nightfood site here
You successfully identified one of the 60% of the stores they're not in.
I privately investigated the news release NGTF put out about Meijer. you can read it again at this link
Nightfood ice cream is available in approximately 40% of Meijer locations, with concentration in and around the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee.
Perhaps that's why the stores you called were unfamiliar with it?
Stores you found on “their” site? Meaning Nightfood or meijer?
Instructions here. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133901585
I hope you got them notarized!
Some people might claim they’re fraudulent otherwise
I’ve already seen plenty of posts and pictures
You called it a scam. Is that what the so-called grocery dept told you?
Or did you come to that so-called conclusion all by yourself?
Which 2 stores and who did you speak to? I’m happy to call them and “confirm” your “evidence”
Had proof for weeks. Irrefutable proof that you will not accept.
I don’t know what proof you would accept
So, what’s your opinion on whether or not meijer has ngtf ice cream? You were pretty adamant on the record a couple of weeks ago and I’d like to know if you’ve changed your opinion.
Or, do you maintain that meijer is not carrying the product in their stores?
What institutional investors choose to do or not do with a stock that was around $.20 with minimal liquidity most of 2018 likely speaks to different issues
Like you said, there’s one. What conclusions would you have us draw from that?
when you use the calculated phrasing “so called new chain”, what exactly are you calling into question with the phrase "so called"?
Whoops. My mistake. I said “emails” when I meant “posts”
See, admitting mistakes is easy
Actually management explained on the conference call last month why they cannot announce chains until they have permission and it has to do with the stores needing time to get product on shelf.
That’s what they did with meijer too.
If that’s the point then people must be very happy that the stock has traded milllions upon millions of shares at a level 3x where it was in December
Yes or no?
Also reckless to call the company a scam
Two wrongs do not make a right
It’s starting to get kind of sad
SEC rules prohibit a company from buying back shares unless they are either profitable or cash flow positive (I don’t remember which, but it’s definitely one or the other)
What about accusing honest people of being pumpers and promoters and participating and facilitating fraud and a “scam”, which is probably a felony?
You’re accusing management, accusing investors on this board.
That’s ok in your book?
How do you reconcile that with getting your feelings hurt from a “personal attack”?
Read it again. Your post says that they told you Meijer does not carry this product
So, do you believe what that person emailed you? What ToldUSo posted (that it’s in their system but the stores he called didn’t have it and never heard of it)? The pictures people posted of the product in meijer? The people that posted that said they bought it in meijer? The meijer website that shows it’s available in many stores and specifically says “in store only”?
What do you believe?
My guess? New product. Rank and file doesn’t know about it. Maybe depending on where they search in “the computer” it might come up and might not
Maybe I’m naive, but I don’t believe the company and several consumers lying that the product is available in a chain where it’s not. I believe the consumers and the meijer website and not the customer service rep answering emails or the “guy in the grocery department”
Same way the company quoted the GM of the distributor in Ca, but the woman who answered the phone at 7am had no idea what Nightfood was.
Use your noodle.
490 miles to Orland park from Kansas City according to google.
You can create a log in and change your location to whatever you want and see for yourself. I sent detailed instructions on how to do that for the same reason as this whole conversation is nonsense like you said
Stock has tripled in 9 weeks
What are you talking about? Disappointed it didn’t quintuple?
Are you for real?
Which “local store”did they check if you are in KC and their nearest location is in IL?
What is that? 300 miles? Haha
Send them the screenshot I posted earlier and ask why it shows on their website that many stores have it listed as being in stock
And why even ToldUSo said that the guy he spoke to said that it was showing as available in the computer.
I’m sure they’ll have a fascinating answer like “whoops, there it is. What do you know...”
How do you reconcile what they emailed you with what tolduso posted about his guy with the computer?
Makes no sense, right?
Not sure how much ice cream amazon sells, but I guess #9 is better than a stick in the eye
Next time in that meijer could you maybe take pics to post so we can all privately investigate for ourselves?
Obviously some on this board would be very curious to see those pictures
so you've got consumers saying they bought it in meijer, you've got people posting pictures (granted, not the greatest) saying they found the product in meijer, you've got the MEIJER website saying it's available in stores and NOT ONLINE, and you're going with "well, the guy in the grocery department said....". You don't provide a store phone number or even the guys name.
Was it tony? Freddie? Jojo?
he probably just wanted to get you off the phone. When you called, he probably said "Good Morning" and you said "Prove it!"
OK, you're entitled to believe what you want, but you sure look like a flat-earther to me.
at some point, Ansel Adams will walk into a meijer in East Tree Stump and take a perfect picture and would that do it?
Do you need the CEO of meijer to do a vlog about the ice cream? what is acceptable evidence to you?
The product is at Meijer. Did you follow the steps I posted last week? Go to their website and see for yourself. It clearly shows the stores that the product is in. By flicking a setting, you can also see nearby stores that the product is not in. just set a zip in chicago or detroit or anywhere around there and you'll see it.
it clearly shows the store locations, the flavors, and says AVAILABLE IN-STORE ONLY.
What more proof would anybody need. You can right now go onto the meijer site and do it for yourself.
Only a basher can be so defiant in the face of IRREFUTABLE evidence. Or, if you choose to refute this visual evidence, please get specific and explain why it says "IN STORE ONLY". last time I posted a picture, you nearly herniated a disc trying to come up with some nonsense about "well maybe people can order online and blah blah blah"
At some point, will you ever say "whooops, ok....I guess it is in Meijer". What more evidence could you want or need than the Meijer website saying it's in their stores and you ARE NOT ALLOWED to buy it from them EXCEPT for in their stores??
SMH
You’re not the only one.
Check this review from fansided:
https://guiltyeats.com/2019/03/04/nightfood-ice-cream-review/
She reviewed all the flavors. A snippet:
“My only doubt? The catch. A good night’s sleep or guilt-free snack at the expense of good flavor? An ice cream with little to no taste? Well, the ice cream arrived and I dug right in!
Here’s the scoop:
Guys, no joke, this ice cream is delicious! It’s creamy, packed with flavor, and one would never guess how healthy it actually is. While the flavor of food, particularly a snack, is the most important thing to me, nightfood ice cream also keeps its promise, which is amazing! Having nightfood ice cream instead of any other snack, kills your cravings without making you feel full and sick. And it’s so tasty, you can’t help but feel happy and relax.”
The stuff your posting about is over 2 years old.
here's a link so everybody can see:

Dude, it's 2019 (can't believe it's already march).
just like one of the other posters posted the other day that the authorized share increase was back in 2017, and you made it sound like it was recent.
is there a reason you're intentionally making this stuff seem more recent than it is by conveniently leaving out the dates?
